Hogwarts Will Always Be Home (BiancoangelloXShuPhoenix)

Imelda narrowed her eyes at him, realising he knew far more than he should about death eaters. Raising a hand, she declined his offer. "No thanks. I got a dirt flavoured one once and have gone off them ever since." She stated it quite plainly before going silent.

"... I see..." He says a bit disappointed at his failed attempt to clear the mood. Attempting to seem brave he takes one bean and after examining carefully he puts in his mouth and starts chewing on it. The look on his face filled with horror as he wandered what taste might hit his tongue. "..Meat..I guess that's not half bad.." He says as he relaxes more trying to swallow the bean awkwardly. The flavour does not bother him but the texture in which it comes brings him discomfort. "So... are you excited for this year?"

Imelda half smiled at his reaction as she set her green top hat on the seat beside her, letting her dark auburn tresses fall around her. "Yes, I heard something exciting is going to happen this year. My mum has been hinting at it all summer." She said.

"Is that so? It must be something big then." Angello sets his eyes on the green top hat and then looks back at Imelda. "May i take a look at it?"

Imelda shrugged and handed it to him. "It's not very interesting. Just a top hat. My mum made it for me. You know you should have seen Krum flying, he was brilliant. He even did the Wronski Feint and..." She then proceeded to ramble on about how great Viktor Krum was, awe-filled and admiring.

Angello took the hat as Imelda rambled on and on, he figured it would be polite to just nod and agree to what she did as pulled a smile, his eyes however were fixated on the green hat infront of him. He pulls out a silver needle from his pocket and draws his wand out. He hold the needle with his index finger and thumb firmly while he points the tip of his crimson wand at the needle carefully aiming while closing one eye and flickers his wrist firmly. The needle now changing into beautiful feathers similar to those of a peacock. Angello casted the transfiguration spell with rather ease, after all Slyherin had a thing for such spells, however, this was just a tiny bit more advanced than his current year. "Here, some feathers you can add to your hat" he smiled as he put the majestic feathers in her hat and handed it back to her with a smile.

Imelda promptly cut herself short as she watched him transfigured the needle into feathers, a look of impression clear on her face. She was always good at transfiguration, but he was clearly excellent and advanced for his age, just as she was with charms and DADA. "Wow...thanks!" She beamed at him as she took the hat and added the feathers. "It now has a certain 'je ne sais quoi' don't you think?"

"J'espere que tu l'aime." He smiled as he replied. "It means i hope you like it. We should be arriving soon. I wonder what Dumbledore will announce this time and what that something your mother was talking about is" He says as he looks out the window trying to spot the castle

"I just hope there aren't any dementors hanging about this year," she said as she spotted the castle, the train coming to a halt. "We're here!" She smiled as she began gathering her possessions.

Angello looked down as he began to think about what his father told him about Barty Crouch Jr.. Surely that would mean high possibilities of seeing a dementor for the second time. As Imelda points out the train has arrived, he too grabs his possessions as he waits for Imelda to go first, after all, if there's one thing he always had, it was manners.

As we approach we can see the curious foreign visitors arriving at the 2 students original school

Imelda smiled gratefully as she exited the compartment first, then the train. She found a carriage to ride in and climbed in, gesturing for him to take the seat beside her.

As they reached the castle she was amazed to see a beautiful carriage being piloted by six white pegasi heading toward the castle. She gasped in amazement, wide eyed. "What on earth is going on?" She muttered. She nearly jumped in alarm when an enormous ship also appeared from the depths of the Great Lake, with fur clad girls and boys inhabiting the ship.

Every Hogwarts student was muttering to each other in curiosity. What was this? Once all were in the great hall, Dumbledore made the announcement that the two foreign schools of Durmstrang and Beauxbatons Academy were visiting. She did not have a chance to wonder why as the blue silk clad girls (and boys) of Beauxbatons entered, distracting all with their almost surreal beauty. Next came the Durmstrang students. She nearly fell off her seat when she spotted Viktor Krum, amazed he was in her presence ad near her age. She could've died and gone to heaven right then and there.

Angello was definitely struck by the beauty of the students of Beauxbatons, however it was short lived as his eyes attention were caught by the gigantic nature of their Headmistress, Olympe Maxime. Angello's attention was caught once again at the Durmstrang's performance, specially intrigues at their acrobatic skills. Their styled definitely interested him, and how not? After all it is the school where the author of his precious book attended.

Angello was thrilled at the announce of the competition however is widely depressed when he hears he is a year younger than the necessary age requirement. He felt clumsy as he did not notice that he recognized Igor Karkaroff, of course his father had mention such a man. Specially since he had offered information against Angello's father in exchange for his freedom. His claims however were shattered thanks to Dumbledore much the same way he defended Snape.

Imelda couldn't believe the announcement of The Triwizard Tournament. It hadn't happened in hundreds of years so it was no wonder her mother had been so excited. She was disappointed that she was three years too young to enter, but she was still happy she would live to see a tournament. When she saw Karkaroff she frowned. She was sure he had been a Death Eater and that her mother had mentioned him before. Why on earth would he be the headmaster of a school? Then again, Durmstrang did play host to the darkest wizards in general.

Another intriguing figure as professor of the DADA classes. One that Angello was indeed disturbed by, specially because of his earlier profession. Nonetheless he was perhaps one of the best choices as a teacher of such class. A class he would enjoy but unlike earlier years, he might not ask questions so frequently or stay after class for extra lessons.

Imelda gasped as the form of another person entered the room, grumbling to himself and limping. The sight of his scarred face and magical eye was alarming, but she knew exactly who he was. "Alastor Moody?" She muttered to herself. He was one of the best aurors alive and as imposing as he was, he was certainly perfect for the position he was no doubt taking up.

Suddenly as routine commanded. Everyone was sent off to their dorms.

On the way to the Slytherin dungeons, Angello wondered how would he even sleep that first night after all that happened in such short time. The announcing of the tri wizard tournament with the arrival of the foreign schools, Alastor Moody as the new DADA teacher, seeing Imelda again. It was all too much for him to sleep in tranquility however he knew he needed to be well rested for the forthcoming day was one that started pretty harsh with a DADA class with his new teacher. What sort of things would he learn in his fourth year. He wondered though, would he see a subject that his own special book hadn't taught him about yet.

The next morning, after getting barely any sleep from excitement, Imelda headed off to her first class of the year: Defence Against the Dark Arts. She knew this would probably be an unorthodox lesson

Angello walked up the dungeons on his way to class a bit stressed about what he would see in his first class. He assured himself it would probably be some boring subject about more magical creatures and how to defend against them. On his way to class he managed to spot Imelda surrounded by her friends which made it impossible for the Slytherin student to approach. He enter the classroom and sat down as he saw the big figure with a scar on his face.

Imelda took her seat which happened to be beside Angello. She was excited to see what the class held in store, but like most students was more than a little intimidated by Moody. When the Unforgivable Curses were mentioned, a chill slid down her spine. Teaching magic of that level and darkness was illegal in schools, and she was sure Dumbledore wouldn't possibly accept it, but alas, he had for some nauseating reason. As Ron explained the imperius curse, she watched as Moody made a spider dance around the room, to Ron's chagrin. Admittedly it was amusing, but had it not been used in such a context, it would have been chilling to say the least.

As Neville explained the cruciatus curse, she felt a chill of her own. She knew of this curse all too well. As she watched the spider squeal and squirm, she recalled the story her mother had told her about the time her favourite teacher had been tortured by Bellatrix Lestrange for being half veela. It sent a sick feeling to her stomach and she looked as though she would puke, turning exceptionally pale.

Angello was indeed caught by surprise. The three unforgivable curses, a subject not to thread on lightly but apparently the professor thought otherwise. Angello never taught he would learn all this so soon, but the scariest thing to him was that it was not the first time he had learned about them.

No, during the summer Angello had been uncovering more secrets of his book and while still not too far ahead than he was last year he had unlocked the secrets of the unforgiveable curses, not how to cast them however but how to defend one's self against them effectively. As soon as the Professor strikes the spider with the killing curse, Angello turned white to the thought that just by saying 2 words and aiming a wand, one could end the life of another person so easily. He even remembered the words that his book taught him '..The killing curse is an unblockable spell who's effect can only be avoided by getting out of the trajectory of the spell."

"He looked at Imelda wandering how she would take it since she was not influenced by a book left by another powerful wizard"

By the time the killing curse was cast, Imelda had promptly left her seat and fled the room, still looking pale and nauseous. She had never seen anything be killed in her entire life, and even if it was only merely a spider: it was a life taken. So hasty had she been in her flee that she had left all her things including her wand behind.

As soon as class ended, Angello placed his possessions in his bag and then proceeded to do arrange for Imelda's, his attention caught by her wand. He remembered words from his father "A wizard should never leave his wand behind, not even in his most personal moments. For you never know when the need for a simple charm may come, or maybe even one that could save a life".

Angello strolled around asking Gryffindor students where Imelda had gone but all he got in response was judging looks from the other house. It was quite the quest to look for a student in such a castle. He thought the best plan would be to attend the summoning of Dumbledore at the Great Hall for the tri-wizard announcement. Perhaps he would find a little luck there

Imelda had been hiding in the girls' bathroom talking to Myrtle, until Hermione had gone to comfort her and they walked to the Great Hall together. Imelda still looked slightly shaky but she was a little distracted by the pending results, making her feel marginally better. She spotted Angello, and gave him a brief and discreet nod, before turning her attention to the wooden goblet at the front of the hall.

Before everything starts, Angello quickly gets up from his seat going through the jungle of people to reach Imelda and hand her her possessions. "Never leave your wand behind." He said as the last thing he handed her was her own magical stick holding it by the tip with the handle towards her. He smiles and then retreats back to his seat. At that moment you could hear Dumbledore give the order to the students "Sit down, Please."

Imelda could almost feel the glow of the Goblet of Fire as it illuminated her face. The tension in the room was palpable until the goblet emitted bright crimson flames and the first name flew out of it. Viktor Krum for Durmstrang. Imelda's mood lightened considerably when she saw the Durmstrang champion walk with a surly scowl to the room beyond the great hall, hardly looking pleased at all, but still so very gorgeous. She clapped and politely along with Ron who looked just as in love as she did, and everyone else. Next Fleur Delacour of Beauxbatons, an enviably beautiful witch with silvery blonde hair. Again she clapped.

When Cedric Diggory was named she stood with the rest of the Hogwarts students, cheering wildly and trying to get a glimpse of her first crush. She had liked him ever since he had said 'hello' to her last year.

Her heart almost leapt in its chest as another name flew out of the goblet. Dumbledore seemed just as surprised as everyone else. The surprise turned to anger when Harry's name was the name on the parchment, and an uproar began. Imelda was simply shocked. He was fourteen just the same as her. How?
