Riding down a hill to the school Rei was pedaling at inhuman speeds, "We are late... omg omg omg." They reached the meeting place but the bikes brakes went out. "NOOO, my bike's breaks broke Walter T-T" She looked for a safe place to crash but ended up going off a ramp.


In mid air Rei and Walt fell off the bike and was flying to a window, "Opps.... I have you Waltz." her black wings formed and she grabbed Walt from behind with her arms around his chest. She tried to slow down the landed but they still crashed through the window into the building.


Some how they both landed in there spot and where unharmed.


"I... Call... Hacks...." she muttered as her eyes where rolling around her head, "Do i get my points now?"

Kia's alarm went off late making her angry she got up and threw her alarm across the room making sure to break it and stretched her tail swaying happily as she did she got up out of bed drowsly and headed to her closet and slipped something grabbed her skate bored and left the house

Walt laughed at the whole event he never minding getting helped by devils or angels since he was only human. "Thank you." Walt said as he was caught in the air after being flung off Rei's bike.


"Plus 10,000 skill points." Walt said smirking he really didn't care about the crash and found it quite fun it was something different at least.


He heard Theodore say minus 1000 points and walt just smiled. "Well then Rei 9000 points gained I say that's a win." Walt said smirking he could care less that he was late since he normally turned up late away.

Rei head was rocking back and forth as she recovered from her dizziness, "A girls score is not a game... please do not mess with me = )" She shook her head and recovered from her dizziness. Then she glanced at Walt who looked perfectly fine as he defended her. She smiled for a quick second when he award her points but quickly dropped it for a more serious tone. She pulled out her juice box and started sipping on it. She looked around to see all the seats full, "I am Rei Omi, Vice President of the Student Council, sitting in for the President of the Student Council, Raika Shinto," she set her juice box down, folded her legs, while releasing an enormous amount of cold-hearted killing intent (It works like spirit pressure in bleach and shows how powerful a creature is ), "Shall we start our meeting begin this meeting." As she ended her sentence, she closed her eyes, tilled her head, and rested her chin in her palm.


(Realistically speaking... i made my character to be weird and the points game to be something that makes other people think she is loopy and a coping mechinsm she uses to not go insane in the human world. not something that other people will act on, @blacknightomni please do not play with my character quirk like that. We both know that what you just did just is out of character for them. The only people who who follow her up on the point system are people who understand the point of it and people who have been around her long enough to understand what it means. And you are not respecting the system, what you just did would normally cause her to go berserk and start fighting everyone. I will let it go this time but please do not be a dick and do that again. Its not funny and takes away the fun out of creating characters like the these)

Raika was running down the hall, "Oh dear, I told everyone I would be late!" She had been talking with the other students as she was going to the meeting, but they insisted on her staying and spending time with them. She couldn't deny them what they want, she was the student council president it is her job to appease the students. Raika keeps running and then trips into the wall. "Eeek!" she then falls onto a student. "Kyaaaaa!!" She gets up and apologizes to the student, she wastes more time asking if they are okay or need to go to the nurse. After being a 100% certain that they are fine she continues to run to the meeting.


10:00


She continued to tun to the meeting room as she closed her eyes and thought Oh gosh Rei is gonna yell at me again. As her eyes were closed she didn't realize that her she was headed down the stairs, she fell. "Eeeek" as she was falling two boys were walking by. "Kyaaaaa!!" The two boys were startled and raised their hands up. Luckily as they did Raika fell into one of the boys arms and landed safely. She smiled and thanked them both. As she made sure that they were okay and helped them find their way off of the school grounds. She thanked them almost 100 times, waved and continued on they way to the meeting room.


12:00


After encountering the elderly staff that needed assistance and helped clean up the room area. She ran onward trying to make it in time for the meeting. She rushes around till she reached the meeting room. She rushed in and swung the doors open "I'm so sorry I'm late!! Please forgive me!!"

"I'd like to know what the other three factions have to offer as we put up our trade routes."

" We don't need your trade routes as we can bring in our own revenue from the docks you bastards tried taking from us."

"I can only offer protection of those trade routes through our manpower, plus a 30% profit of what we make in total."


IN THE SHADOWS OF THE SCHOOL


Somewhere around the school 60 or so figures were moving in detected watching the meeting looking for the best time to attack.

Raika looks around at the others and walks over to Rei and tugs on her sleeve. "Umm Rei-san....What's the meeting about again?" She meekly blushes and looks like a lost and confused bunny rabbit.

Rei lost all seriousness when Raika walked into the room. A sense of relief fill her head knowing she did not have to play the leader role. But then Raika asked about the reason for the meeting. Rei let out a sigh as she pulled out her notebook. She flipped through the pages and pulled out a tab, "This is an important factorial meeting... but as of right now they are trying to start a war. I wish they would take this seriously..." Then she watched as the other 2 factions bickered.


She hammered the desk with her fist, "QUIET, This is a time to discuss not bicker like children, and why is this coming up all of a suddenly, you all know the rules of the school and that any request or complaint should be made by paper to my office "

Raika covered her mouth "Oh my a war! How horrible." Raika turned to the others, "ummm, excuse me. My name is Raika Shinto and I'm the student body president. As student body president it is my duty to mandate peace and prevent any damage to the school." She looks around at the others "so what may I do for you people."

Getting up Mana whispered something in Theo's ear.

After hearing Mana's whisper he walked to the balcony and used his dragon sight to examine the area.

Raika looked at them, "As stated before 30% is what was agreed upon. I do not have the power to alter it nor will I. Neither will we apologize for a battle that neither I nor the rest of my council have any partaking in." She smiled at them and blushed a little, her royal attitude had come out for a moment "Now if you have any problems or concerns with the student body or have any interests in creating a club, I'll be happy to listen."

Walt sighed he hated these meeting everyone was always trying to start something so he just sat there. [dice]1673[/dice] Walt didn't notice a thing he just sat there hoping something fun would happen which knowing these meeting wouldn't. "The war which war...." Walt muttered to himself. "O yeah that was fun." Walt added smiling unlike most the concept of being able to fight anyone anywhere was a god send shame he wasn't an angel so god didn't interest him.

Theo could see shadows moving in the dark but couldn't tell who, or what they were, but he knew they weren't going to be friendly so he cleared his throat, and said with a loud clear voice.


"Their is some shadows moving out there."

Rei noticed everyone was on edge, but not as if mad but like something was watching them.

She adjusted her glasses, 'Maybe i am just over thinking things...' She nodded as she agreed with her statement while opening her notebook. Ready to write down any important notes. Then Theo shouted out that something about a shadow.


Rei nodded her head and started writing in her book without taking in what was said. "Shadow are moving... shadows are moving?" She stood up and looked around the room

"What shadow.... I dont see anything... I wont ask you again to take this meeting seriously!" She scold why glaring at the kid.

Theo was annoyed by reis comment so he summoned his familiars wisps and had them ellimolinate the darkness in the area to a great deal making the trees, and building the only shadows left.

Blake stood up walked over and examined the area with his eyes.

Raika looked around confused, she looked at Rei and then to Theo and then back to Rei "Ummmm I'm missing something right? I am..." She looked around and grumbled in frustration. I really need to get to things sooner. Raika slowly followed behind Blake and peeked at the area.
