Walt paid no attention to the light they was no need it didn't concern him at the moment. He noticed that Theodore had took the first move shooting some sort of fire lighting at him no doubt testing Walt's new wires. Walt created a shield made from his wires and pushed it towards the attack meeting it head on but that was not all. He also quickly with his other hand whipped across aiming right from Theodore which would hit after the shield as blocked the oncoming attack.

Theodore who was supposed to be standing wasn't there but instead was now next to Walter and throwing a kick to Walters flank

"I am Zir Warlic." He said as he bowed. "Is this form to your liking?" He asked. "Or would you prefer something else?"

Walt shifted his body weight backwards and leaned backwards he anticipated the kick he learned alot about his opponent from the fight they had before. Once he managed to dodge the kick while it was still in the air he attempted to wrap it around in wire but that was just a ruse which he know would be seen through. He used his speed which was very fast for a human able to keep up with some of the strongest devils and angles to get around the back of Theodore trying to bind him with his wires if he manages to get his leg wrapped around his would cause considerable pain but he still highly doubted he would but the bind was what he was looking for.

"There is this form..." The sands shifted and morphed, turning him into a young blonde woman. "And there is this." She said.

Theodore activated another version of burning storm which spread out in the form of a sphere electrocuting all others who touched it.

Blake blushed slightly as the Mana became a women right before his eyes, and said in a low mumble.


"Honestly I prefer this form."

Walt noticed a sphere of electricity coming towards him but both his hands where preoccupy holding Theodore. He let the wires go from around his and pulled them back as fast as he could he managed to nullify about a half of its power by making the wire quickly into a shield but not it all so he still took a hit but it wasn't enough to badly injure him. Walt then pulled tightly with his other hand which was holding the wires that were now binding Theodore since he chose not to move and let himself get caught.

She heard his mumble. "Very well then...this form it is." she frowned. "How may I begin to serve you?"

Calling his dragon name the man before them was engulfed in flames the wires surrounding him were completely destroyed as the flames burned hot enough to melt Tue ground just under him. What appeared from the flames was a dragon but looked more like a human.

"Well in truth you job at current is after the school ends for the day go to the restaurant located 3 blocks that way.


At that place we will have a further discussion on this matter, For now its school time no matter how much I dislike this place its a requirement in life."


Blake said pointing in the direction of Theodore's restaurant.


(You will automatically be ported there after we do the skip along with all tyrant breaker members, to have dinner before the meeting.)

TIME SKIP 2 HOURS BEFORE THE MEETING.


(since sakuyaki isn't going to be on tomorrow we will have the VP as a sub.)


Currently it was 2 hours before the meeting that was going to take place in the school specifically the third floor cafe the school has. It has a good view, is big enough to fit important members of the factions, and their peerages.


Inside Theodore's resturant


"Now then all of us are going to the meeting. all of you are going to need to be seated behind me , while I'm at it I'd like to introduce our new members."


( I'm also going to intro a bishop I thought about.)

Walt was at home he had nothing to do well not for two hours when he was going to the meeting which would most likely end up with a brawl of some sorts. He walked downstairs and made some food keeping an eye on the time knowing him he would normally not look at the time and then he would miss it but not this time it would be to interesting too miss.

Rei woke up that morning with a letter in her face. "OH OH I got MAILLL." The letter had Big red letters which read IMPORTANT. "Is this the quest that i begged Ika for," She squealed. Then her face dropped as she red the letter. "NO NO NO NO, Ika your so horrible... I don't want to go to the stupid meeting," she cried as she threw a tantrum in her bed. after a minute of tiring herself out she finished reading the letter, "500 POINTS FOR BEING GOOD... >.>" Not another complaint came out of her mouth. She jumped out of bed floating to the ground using her pink night gown. She ran to the bathroom, Took a shower, brushed her teeth, and ran out to her room. She took out her blue suit and dark blue skirt, "Yes this outfit will give me the stat boost i need to be a super VP. Ika will be so proud of me and give me bonus points for sure heheh." She giggled as she tried on the outfit in the mirror. After a few minutes she was dressed and ready to go to the meeting. She put on glitch and adjusted it allowing the light to shine off of them.


Her smile did not stay for long. She put her hand on her chest where Theo groped her before shaking her head, "Calm down Rei, You are the VP nobody can stand up to you." Her eyes lite up as if they where on fire and she took her pose holding her note book in one hand along her side and making a fist toward the mirror, "VP POWER LETS GO."


She left her room, which was a small studio with a bathroom. She hopped on her bike and looked at her watch, "Time limit equals 2 hours, lets take a side quest." She scan her notebook looking Walt address, then she biked at great speeds to get to his house in 5 minutes, (Her great speed was 3 miles an hour.) She walked up to the door and started banging on the door, "WALT... I mean... WALTER, WALTER." @Bills352

Walt looked at the time before he heard banging at the door and a voice calling his name he know who it was and was not happy. "Why just when I was relaxing why." Walt groaned as he walked over to the door and opened he looked who it was he was right the VP. "Why miss VP your looking cute as always is that a new outfit." Walt said smiling he always found the VP cute in her own little way although knowing the VP flattering her would just get him minus points as she likes to call it. Walt will never fully understand what goes on in that girls mind.

After dinner at Tue restaurant Blake had led all his pieces down the street twords the school following them were 30 men, and women in suits that were the equivalent to foot soldiers of the tyrant breaker.


Mana


Following her master Mana took a look at the clear black sky a large full moon was present so she took the opportunity to use her adult form. Which had a mature figure looking around 20 long silver-white hair, larger breasts, and blue eyes.


Theodore


Being the second in command Theodore was wearing a jet black suit with a red tie, and his hair combed back.


Luna.


Luna also followed but unlike the others she was less experienced at this sort of thing so she was going to keep quiet, and only speak when spoken too.

"Thank you Walter," Rei giggled and blushed at the complement, "You look well geared too..." Rei doesnt receive complements often, most people dislike her because they think she enforces the schools rules too much. "So can i come in, or are you going to leave your defenseless VP sit outside in the scary dark ," she asked in a cute voice while making a cute face and winking. @Bills352

Walt smiled the result was unexpected she took the complement and gave him one back well in her own words at least he thought it was a complement. Walt then slowly acted like he was going to shut the door. "No you can stay out in the dark." Walk said sarcastically before once again opening the door for her to enter. "That was a joke." Walt added slightly laughing. "So how do hide this boyfriend you must have?" Walt asked since they never really talked trivia except on the odd case since normally it was mostly either work or her scolding him so he was just making guesses about her private life.

5 minutes before the meeting


Arriving at the school the members of tyrant breaker gathered in the cafe with the others involved in the meeting Blake took a seat behind him were the members of his peerage, and outside in view from the meeting were the foot soldiers of each faction standing in attention.

Rei walked in in an elitist fashion and sat on the first chair she saw. She adjusted her glasses (imma call Glitch glasses cause they look like normal glasses) and folded her legs and crossed her arms, "-20 points for asking a girl about her conquest life." Then she poked her tongue out and then pouted in an attempt to avoid the question. After a few seconds, she started blushing again. Then she stood up. "Most guys are not worthy to date a VP as superior as me... " Then she pulled out her gameboy and the sounds of pixels smashing filled the room, "I must meet girl who has standards for charm is so low to accept you."


-a few hours passed-


"Walter, we are going to be late, it will be against the rules if the student council is late to anything, and we will lost the 500 points T-T," she grabbed his hand and pulled him out his house to her bike, "Hope on I will bike us there really fast... My bike riding skill is really high mahahah."

Walter sighed you could never win against this girl but she avoid the question so who knows maybe she did have a boyfriends stashed somewhere." I bet you must have a high charm level then ah wasted effort." Walt said. Walt then just went around cleaning his house it was a mess but with him being the only one living there he normally wouldn't care.


-an hour and a bit later-


Walt followed Rei well less followed and more was dragged by Rei. "Not minus 500 wait why would that bother me aren't I on like minus I don't know 10000." Walt said all the time she had caught him smoking must add up to something like that. Walt got on her bike like he was ordered he may not like it but he was part of the student council so it was his duty to go.
