Realistic or Modern High School Never Ends

SuicideXSeason

"All Monsters Are Human"

"Welcome To High School"

There are people that crowd the halls just trying to get their way to the end.

For some people high school is the best thing that had ever happened to them. But for some...It's just hell for them. It's not like they have a say in this right?.

It goes around from ages 14-18 years of course unless you dramatically fail.

There are different groups such as...

The Nerds, The Preps, The Jocks, The Emos , Anything possible you can think of you decide which one you fit best in.

Everyone must choose a specialty even if it's not what you want to do later in life but just take risks I guess...

So beware of the people.

Thank you, for participating.

Enjoy :) .

Taylor pushed the door open from the entrance away from her as she stepped inside the big building gazing around at the huge school around her. Her dark eyes shined under the bright lights that strung up to the ceiling above the heads of people surrounding every inch of this place. Taylor had a black hat on and her hair waved longly drapping in front of her stepping forward swinging her tight bag against her side beginning down the corridor. She walked slowly peering up at peoples faces who had snarls at her just letting her eyes drop to the floor.

"Sorry!" She said raising a hand up into the air then letting it drop at her sides with a slow drag crossing across the hallway opening her locker at the twist of the lock swinging it open causing it to smash against one with a loud thud. No one noticed her. But she didn't really pay any attention to thought of it only if it involved her drawings of course. She slammed the locker shut then sat on the stairwell with her sketchbook out drawing flowers, and trees. Everything told a story but what.

Justin and his sister Katherine would walk inside the school together after they parked there car in front of the school. Katherine would walk out the car with a Nice dress on, And Justin would walk out the car with a nice black v-neck and and Black jeans and his SnapBack on. They both would walk to their lockers and talk to some of there friends.

Taylor perked her head up as she heard the front doors swing open from the entrance of the school moving some hair that fell into her dark eyes setting her sketchbook aside and into her bag stepping off from the stairs walking towards them. Mind as well make friends sometime. She studied them one was wearing a very pretty dress and the other on stood tall with a snapback placed onto his head. Taylor walked over slowly edging towards them. She stopped by them as they stopped by their lockers and were talking to some friends.

"What's up?" She asked curiously looking at Katherine and Justin.

Adelaide swung her legs out of the car and stepped out, looking up at the immense brick building looming in front of her. Her pale pink flats tapped upon the pavement as she walked to the front doors of the high-school, heading into the main foyer. Today she wore only the faintest traces of makeup having woken up late and had time for a shower. Not much more. Her hair cascaded over her shoulders and bounced along her back as she walked down the hall to her locker. Upon reaching it she was pleasantly surprised to find that the janitor had cleaned the surface of her locker door after a pair of freshman threw a muddy football directly at it. "One less thing for me to do!" She says softly under her breath as she turned the dial to the correct numbers and swung it open.

With a smile, she retrieved her first period books and ran her French manicured nail down her extra-curricular schedule. She was only in a few clubs. One she only accompanied people on the piano in. But that didn't bother her. If she wasn't wrapped up in some event she was quite content to relax to a classical track or tend to the flowers in the estate garden. She decided it would not take her long to reach class, so she pulled out her IPod and headphones and affixed them to her ears. Letting the soothing tones wash over her in calming waves.

Kyle grimaced as his step mother kissed his cheek on the way out of the door. What made her think that since she married his dad that it was okay for her to take on such a comforting role. He had tolerated her taking him to driving lessons. Even helping him pick out outfits. But this motherly act from somebody who was clearly not his mother was something that irritated him. Forcing a smile onto his face he waved and headed down the street. Dressed in khakis and a button down collared plaid shirt, Kyle looked good for a geek. Definitely no model, but acceptable for one who laid between the social tracks. One step from average and another to geek.

Entering the school, he passed Adelaide. A girl whom he had worked with in music class and received quite good grades. He smiled at her as she put in her headphones and made his way to his locker on the second floor.

-----------------

Kelly blew smoke rings behind the school, her hair hanging down around her shoulders. It wasn't uncommon to see her here before class, but as soon as the warning bell rang, it was mints, perfume and a smile clearly effected by drugs. She leaned against the wall and watched students approach the school with their irritatingly happy smiles. She could be like that too. But not until her cravings were satisfied. With one last tug on her cigarette she pushed off the wall, dropped the butt of the cigarette and headed into the school.

Taylor looked around as a group of more kids came hustling down the halls heading up the stairs and down the big corridors leaving the other two behind since they were already busy chatting away with their friends. She climbed the stairs to the second floor staring at the floor literally seeing the plague that stuck in between the cracks of the floor seeing shoes pass her by pulling down her hat a little more noticing a girl with head phones and a boy that looked like to be a geek but no bad...not bad. She peered up from the ground and leaned up back placed to the wall staring as people walk by laughing and on their phones.

"It's so crowded" Taylor whispered to herself letting out a slow drag of the perfumed chemicalized air fixating her vision on people she could have possible relationships with.

"God this place is so...irritating".

@jacunliffe

Katherine would turn around when she got a text from one of her friends and she would look at Justin and say "Justin Justin, there is a party tonight, It is all over Facebook" she said in her accent. Justin would turn around and say "I know I am already going I told Mom already, your so late and that's why I am older then you"

Kelly walked into the school, sucking on a breathe mint and reeking of vanilla perfume. Better than the smell of smoke at least. Reaching her locker, she overhears to students talking about a party tonight. The corner of her lip turns up in a smile at the thought. "Did you say something about a party?" The brunette says with a smile. Though some knew her reputation she figured that they wouldn't be too apprehensive if it was party talk.

---------------------------

Adelaide sighs as the songs switches. Oblivious to the world around her. Though she was vaguely aware of bodies around her and the smell of heavy perfume, she still was comfortable in the halls of the school. It wasn't every day that she arrived on time so she was going to make the most of it. Especially if it was in such a relaxing way. Her blue eyes scanned the halls, spotting a girl she recognized but only vaguely as she could only guess at a name. She did however realize that the girl was in her class. Oh well. She thought as she shut her eyes in relaxation.

--------------------------

Kyle reached his locker as he felt a pair of eyes on him. Only for a short while, to his relief. Naturally he assumed it was some asshole who was planning their next attack on him and his friends. So letting out a breath he continued to open his locker before he heard a voice behind him One that seemed almost exasperated. "God this place is so.... irritating" The girl had said.

"Why wouldn't it be? Its a high school?" He says with a short laugh.

Taylor looked back up as a voice began to talk. "Why wouldn't it be? It's a high school?" Then a short laugh followed behind seeing that it was that geeky boy. She let out a deep sigh and shrugged cramming her drawing pen into her bag then closed her eyes for just a split second.

"Well, It's irritating everywhere...forget I said anything" She said then chuckled a bit passing him and heading up to her first period class sitting in the far back of the room.

Kyle swallowed as she replied. "Well, It's irritating everywhere...forget I said anything". Seems like somebody is a bit of a downer... He thinks to himself as he shuts his locker and heads off to his first period class. It was amazing that she even replied. The girl was interestingly pretty, but she seemed a bit.... how could he put it. Irritated.

With a calm shrug at the thought and a quirky smile, he entered the classroom and took a seat at the front.

Taylor sat in back of class. Surprising he would actually talk to a person like me. She stared straight ahead and pulled out her sketching pad and began to draw pulling out a some colored pencils silently glancing up at the clock every few minutes to see if time would fly by. But it wasn't like that at all. Sadly. She began to draw a dead tree with flowers rustling in the wind with different shades of colors.

Nick got out of his fathers escalade and said good bye. He grabbed his school bag and his hockey bag and sticks and walked into school. He smiled as he saw some of his friend as he walked in. Nick was only a sophomore, but he was already the best player on the schools hockey team and he was quite popular. Nick loved high school he was living the life right now. He was wearing a nice new pair of American eagle jeans and had on a nice T-shirt with his varsity jacket on. He stopped at his coaches office and dropped off his gear for practice later and then went on to his locker.

Kaden sat in the car with her little brother screaming the lyrics to an All Time Low song. "Bro, calm down!" Her mother yelled towards the backseat. "Ma!" Kaden leaned into her mother, her mouth by her head. "That is my ear!" She laughed as they pulled up to the school. "I still don't understand why you just can't homeschool me like you do Karter? Why does he get special treatment?" Kaden knew the answer to that before she even said it. "Kaden, I've been over this with you a million times, Karter does not adapt well with the people in his classes. The teachers said he has destructive behavior." Kaden nodded her head and faced towards the window. "Yea, well I gotta go." She mumbled under her breathe, opening the door, getting out, and slamming it shut. "I'll show her destructive behavior." And with that Kaden entered the school, heading straight towards her first class.

Anthony steps into school being late as usual. He hardly ever made it to class on time and when he did, it was a mistake. The halls were beginning to clear while all the others made it to their class, something he wasn't excited for. The smell of the already cooking, nasty cafeteria food filled his nostrils. The aroma made him gag. Despite his attitude, he decides to head into class before the principal spots him and brings him down for a slip. His goal this year was to limit the amount of detentions he gets; maybe down to 4.

Taylor walked out of first period just before the bell rang dangling her hands at her sides and her gaze straight forward not caring who was passing by or who was coming out of class behind her. It didn't matter it was just school. Her dark hues looked around as she headed towards her locker with her head down grabbing more books and exchanging them for the ones she had. There were dark circles painted under her eyes as she sat down where she was and taking a big sigh of the thick atmosphere around her. She looked up to see a boy heading to class. Her eyes followed Anthony. Bad boy. She was alone in the hall.

@BasicallyMe

Anthony feels eyes were on him, and he was right. His eyes set on Taylor who was watching him. Taking this as her checking him out, he walks over to her interested in maybe the slightest conversation. "Do you mind to tell me why you found it ok to stare at me?" He grins at her hoping she wouldn't feel too threatned by his introduction.

@SuicideXSeason

Taylor finched back slightly then gathered her things standing to her feet looking at Anthony and shrugged. "Well, Aren't you nice?" She said with a slight chuckle glancing at his grin that might be full of evil. She shook her head "I don't see why not" She added fixing the hat on her head pulling the shoulder strap of her back closer to her. "What's your name, Asshole?" Taylor asked smirking.

@BasicallyMe

"Hm, girls got game?" He smirks at her choice of words. "I'm Anthony, close to Asshole, but Anthony. What class do you have next if you don't mind me asking. I don't want to be called another harsh name." He winks and waits for her to answer his questions. Honestly, he was hoping maybe they would, she was quite a catch.

@SuicideXSeason

"Yeah, Guess so" Taylor said looking at Anthony and laughed at his words. "Maybe your just afraid" She chucked. "I have psychology" She muttered looking at him nodding her head. "What I guess your name is pretty close to Asshole" Taylor played jokingly as she glanced up at the big clock then back at him.

@BasicallyMe

"Psychology? Me too." He lies and does a pretty good job at covering it. "I'll walk you there." Anthony grins and begins his way to psychology and checks every once in a while to make sure Taylor was following. He had no clue where it was, but surprisingly the class room was in the right direction. "No need to thank me, but you could sit next to me." He flashes the pearly whites and steps aside for her to walk in first.

@SuicideXSeason

Taylor smiled and chuckled a bit at Anthony "That's cool" She laughed softly following Anthony she could see him looking back every once in a while. "I'm not thanking anyone" Taylor said smirking as they headed towards her next class. "Okay I will then since you asked". Her gaze turned to the classroom as she walked inside as eyes watched. "God damn..." She whispered sitting in the back of class looking over at Anthony.

@BasicallyMe

Anthony hears her mutter and looks to her. "What?" Once his butt hits the seat, he slides down hoping that the teacher won't see him past all the people. "You should go on a date with me." He grins at her and waits for a reaction. The words simply came out and he had no trouble doing so. Flirting was his strong point. To bad there isn't a class for that.

@SuicideXSeason

Taylor looked at him at laughed then pointed to her head "I have my ways" She said fixating her eyes in front of her once he sat down next to her asking her out on a date. "Hmm, Why should I?" She asked looking at Anthony from the corner of her eyes then turned her head to the side to look at him. "Give me really good reasons you'd wanna go on a date with me?" Taylor asked seeing Anthony's strong grin.

@BasicallyMe

After she asked the hardest question, he sat and thought hoping reasons would spur out. "You're beautiful, and you certainly seem like the kind of girl who can stick up for herself. You're just different than all the other snobs that I've observed here, even though you are your own kind of snobbish," He runs his fingers through his own brunette hair. "You make it work."

@SuicideXSeason

Taylor watched him and smiled widely tilting her head to the side. "Uh, Are you serious about that?" She laughed squinting her eyes just a bit. "Flattering. I'll take it." She smiled at Anthony "Oh, Im not a snob I'm a b**** just being honest with myself". "I'll go on a date with you". Taylor watched as Anthony ran his fingertips through his brunette hair. "Nice hair" She smiled then looked at the clock once more.
