Personality
He's an outgoing introvert. He's constantly helping out other people and trying to make everyone smile. Nevertheless, he prefers to be alone with his thoughts most of the time. He's also very responsible and mature, one of the most dependable people you may bump into. Nevertheless, unless he absolutely has to, he refuses to do anything that he finds uninteresting and tends to spend his limited free time either making music or making food. He absolutely adores idols and always wanted to be one, but pretty much gave up on his dream after the death of his parents. After all, someone has to take care of his siblings. Speaking of which, he's extremely overprotective of anyone he's close to, and even joking about someone can strike a nerve with him.

He's pretty smart, but his grades tend to suffer due to him being both busy and uninterested in most classes (he's definitely cut classes before, sometimes to go to work, others because why not). He also can't sit still for long periods of time without fidgeting, but somehow still enjoys math. He finds it challenging, and if there's one thing he loves, it's a challenge. He's super competitive, even when he shouldn't be, but he hides it pretty well when it's lowkey out of place. Sakura can be an incredibly intense person to be around. She believes that idleness is the worst crime a person can commit, even then she is very unwilling to take the role of a leader. This means that while very hard working and impressively skilled, she also has a tendency towards harshness barely hidden under her aristocratic manners, although a kenjutsuka it would be very rare that she recur to physical intimidation, instead she prefer words or sometimes only a glance.

Determined: "Make your Combat Stance Your Everyday Stance": determination is an important characteristic for a Minamoto, after all, a family that is dedicated to fight shadows needs it in order to continue with this mission and enforce it on others. For him, determination is not about to set rules for a goal, but to set rules for your life, in that way you will achieve your goals naturally.

Cunning: unlike his deceased sister Kensuke had never been a genius and he realised that determination doesn't help much if it's not properly focused, that's why he appreciates the intelligence. Personality
Kuro has a silver tongue, able to charm and talk to people extremely easily. Part of this is due to his ability to empathize with individuals, seemingly telepathic in nature when it comes to determining the emotions of his audience. Another part of this is due to his semi-manipulative tendency to use his attractive looks to his advantage when needed, even flirting if he knows it'll pay off. Kuro also has an eidetic memory, which he likes to use to impress people. Kuro's sense of humor is also an appealing factor to getting people to like him normally, as well as his grandfather's money, unfortunately

Kuro is also a major family man. There's nothing he loves more than making sure those he love are well-cared for, and there was no one more heartbroken than him when his sister had to move away. On a related note, Kuro absolutely loathes his grandfather and would assassinate him himself if he could. Even the mere mention of the old geezer makes his blow boil. Most of this is due to the threats and things he's done, and how he seems to have no regard for anyone other than himself. Kuro is also a hopeless romantic and yearns to be in a relationship with someone that'll love him unconditionally, but he's resigned himself to a life of hell if it means his mother and father and sister but don't tell his grandfather will stay secure financially. Nevertheless, whenever he sees a hot guy, it sometimes becomes hard to remember that he has to pretend to be straight.

Kuro doesn't necessarily hate his fiancee, but he 100% knows he'd never willingly marry Sakura, even if he was straight. Although he admires her discipline and maturity (as he tries to find the good in all humans), he hates how intense she is All. The. Time. He's also witnessed many of her thoughts on foreigners and gay people (one such time being a comment on his sister) and needless to say, he was not happy. Nevertheless, knowing how important image is, in public, he puts on an act that convinces nearly everyone that he's hopelessly in love with her, and was glad his grandfather and her grandfather arranged them to be together. Fortunately, in private, he knows that Sakura doesn't like him either, and they've come to a mutual understanding that they're only together for they're family's sakes, so while he doesn't parade around as himself, he at least doesn't pretend that he's in love with her when he doesn't have to.

More reasons why his arranged marriage is a disaster: Kuro is fairly lazy. he likes to sleep in and relax whenever he can, as well as procrastinate on any and everything possible. In addition to this, he rarely takes things as seriously as he should, leading to many headaches for both himself and Sakura. Thirdly, he has a hate-crush for Daisuke and considering he reminds Kuro of a male Sakura, it makes things a bit awkward to say the least, especially whenever he's hanging around Sakura due to how close the two are.

  Chaos theory embodied, Kaede strives to be the sort of person that others say there's never a dull moment around. With a taste for novelty and a boundless energy to seek it out, Kaede never shys away from trying new things, and peer pressuring others into trying it as well, whether they want to or not. While not a rebellious child by any means, her eccentricities in some cases have caused her to have many a run-in with the friendly neighborhood disciplinary committee, such as carrying a homemade pepperspray she made for curiosity's sake and had forgot she still had in her bag, or running in the halls just because she wants to get from point A to point B faster. There is a part of her that tries to be more reserved, more respectful, and to a degree, play her cards close to her vest--more on this later--a part of her that is more apparent when she is involved in something severely unsettling or upsetting to her and the people around her. However, in the day-to-day, this part of her is, for better or for worse, overwhelmed by the part of her that just wants to talk and talk and talk.
  
  Her energy, of course, also feeds into a great stubbornness, and, while she rarely asks for anything of other people, especially of people whom owe her nothing or have no connection to her, when she makes a request of someone, and they fail to meet it, she makes damn sure they regret it. This level of--as she calls it--"playful revenge" is normally reserved for people guilty of group assignment evasion, or otherwise obligation-reneging pricks, and can range from light but annoying pranking to a solid whack from a kendo stick if you're antagonistic enough about it. She's not the type to get angry--at least, she's not the type to show it outwardly--but she does what she can to prevent herself from being wronged in the future.
  
  One thing about her that isn't as open or outgoing about her is her hobby life outside of clubs. Sure, she likes kendo, but her favorite thing to do with her time is things that stimulate the mind; puzzles, board games, books with heavy themes, and the like. She's by no means the smartest person in the world, but she loves the mental challenge, and, in a way, is another way to feed her desire for novelty; new problems, puzzles, and themes to throw her tunneled ways of thinking for a loop, and make her that much more aware of the scope of possibilities for other problems, as well as the real world. She doesn't like to talk about this part of herself, as she fears that most people find these sort of things boring, and as such, avoids the subject unless absolutely probed. She hopes to meet someone at this high school who understands and shares these fascinations of hers.

  Club: Kendo Club - She likes it as a form of exercise, and a means for training her lacking capacity for focus and discipline. Plus, the excuse to literally speak softly and carry a big stick sometimes is nice, if only for the sake of making the joke.
  Hobbies:
  - Zero-sum games - particularly poker, but chess and shogi can be fun if she is paired up with someone that doesn't dwarf her mediocre skill level.
  - Logic puzzles and abstract math - gotta activate the almonds somehow.
  - Literature - particularly heavily thematic science fiction and adventure fiction.

Personality
Despite being born with a condition that left him completely blind, Takai is a happy, kind individual. With his easy smile and infectious laugh it is easy to relax around him. A social creature, Takai commonly invites one to two people over to have tea and just have a pleasant day all around. However, because of his blindness, he relies completely on his service dog, Kai, to guide him around and keep him out of harm’s way. However, that doesn’t stop him from trying to grow fresh flowers at the garden club, or press on in life with a smile on his face. However, there are times where he wishes that he could see the world like normal people, as well as to truly experience life. He lives with his kind yet overprotective mother.

He also tends to suffer from anxiety from time to time, especially when he’s not near his service dog. In that case, he’ll begin to panic and grasp onto anything in arm’s length. Once he finds his dog, or someone goes to help him, Takai will begin to relax again, before going back to his usual self.

Personality

Taji is characterized as a shy, thoughtful, serene, kind and very polite boy, as noted from him always addressing people with proper honorifics.
