Hello, and welcome to this slightly unorthodox interest check. Let's get the general detail out of the way.
I'm Edy, I've been Rping for about a decade and a half. I'm in my late twenties and I'd prefer if you were 21+, but 18+ is a requirement. I'd prefer if you sent me a PM instead of replying to this thread if you're interested as well.
So, with that out of the way. I have come to the realization that I love world building. I love world building almost as much as I like actually RPing. The Idea I had is very limited on my end, intentionally so. Because what I am really after is someone to world build with, really into the nitty gritty of everything surrounding this. The only concrete ideas I will offer as a base is that it is a high fantasy world (think Tolkien or most anime). We're talking magic as commonplace, fantastical creatures, fantastical races. Elves, Goblins, the whole nine yards. The second part is that it focuses on a elite-ish academy that mostly focuses on magic, but they also have other studies for students who are more combat oriented, though they would be less pure weaponcraft and more spellswords, or spell augmented weapon use, etc.
Anything more than that we would establish together. Because of the nature of how deep this setup will go, I prefer either setting up the RP on discord, here can also be done but i'd prefer several responses per day during setup. During the actual RP I am fine with one a week if that is all you can manage. But for the setup itself I prefer rather much of a rapid response since we will have so much to get through.
