[/media]Cheeky song about looking for an RP partner. xD

I am an advanced writer who has been roleplaying for 15+ years. I give frequent, quality replies.

The most important thing I look for in a writing partner is someone who is good at writing. To establish that, I check out samples of your roleplays. To see mine, look at my signature.

I enjoy most every genre save for gruesome horror, and I'm a little iffy on supernatural.

Genres that I love:

Romance, action/adventure, dystopian, sci-fi, period era, arena, modern, fantasy, and many more.

Please see some of my plots below, but know that I remain very open to changes to them as well as brand new ideas.

These are mainly just starters, jumping off points. Please try not to lead with asking me for answers that aren't answered in what I've shown. Instead, be willing to plot me with me, and add your ideas/interpretations to them!

Modern - College: Free At Last

Time/Dimension Traveling

Cyberpunk Dystopian Rebellion

Traveling Circus Troupe

Magical Protective Artifact

Apocalypse Survival

Post-Apocalyptic Jungle

"Animates," Life-Like Robots

Maze

Mermaids

The Raven Cycle books [Fandom]

Modern supernatural: Ghost boyfriend x human girlfriend

Arena combat (either gladiators or futuristic sim fighters)

Further info

My default writing setting is "mature," but I would like to know and respect any limits you have, as I want my writing partners to remain comfortable and having fun at all times!

Please feel free to communicate openly with me about the rp. When is it time to shorten posts for natural dialogue, or lengthen them for more description or an overview? Is anything off or "meh" for any reason? Let me know. I won't be offended and hopefully we can tweak it. I'd love to be able to communicate with you the same way.

Regarding rp, I am especially fond of in-depth characters, detailed description, action/adventure, and romance (I prefer mxf but I can also do mxm, and can play either gender). I find references for characters, setting, music, etc, to be wonderfully inspiring. I don't require reference images, and when provided, I don't believe that they should take the place of written description.

I'm fine starting out with a plot or just throwing two characters together.

My favorite places to write are google docs, thread, a collaborative pad, or PM.

I would enjoy hearing more about what makes you tick as a writer and what you look for in a fellow roleplayer.

Can't wait to hear from you!

Now do you have the same requirements for the collaborative writing? Now I love to write too, but I tend to be lazy at times, and I could use some mental training to stop doing that ^^"

I would love to do extreme fantasy. I make a lot of different characters that are based off insects, myths, or animals.

Akiki - I would love to see a sample. It just means an RP entry that isn't an intro. It can be in the middle, or your second post, whatever. Just a typical example. :)

Hello! If you are still open for partners, I would absolutely LOVE to be your partner! I like a bunch of the same genres you do, and I like the "What-If Time Machine" plot. You seem AMAZING! P.M. me if you want to possibly become a partner. I'll also tell you more about myself as a roleplayer. Thanks!

I usually play females, but I am definitely willing to double and maybe brainstorm for an idea with you?

Sure. I have a short story up, would that be okay? It's about a thousand words or so but you don't have to read all of it.

Interesting! How do you feel that Figment works for you, as opposed to something like Wattpad? Interesting story. I would suggest giving more away in the description of the hook.

Figment, I feel, has people that give more feedback. Like proper genuine feedback. Wattpad is mainly readers and people encouraging you to add more (is what I've experienced, because I gave some feedback and got screwed over by someone else for it) so if you want like proper lengthy, in depth reviews, Figment is great for that. They even have a roleplaying forum.

And the story, yeah, I know, I needed to add more but I had a 1,200 word limit. :)

And awesome! I'm glad you like that, I'm currently working on a novel like that, which is also on my Figment profile. Would you want to do something along those lines?

Oh wow, sounds cool. I'll have to check it out. Do you find the feedback is more constructive criticism at Figment?

No I meant the synopsis: "Sometimes, your imagination is the last thing you have…"

Like your synopsis for 60 hours, which is awesome: "You wake up. You know only three things. You have a power. You have a partner. You have only sixty hours to find an antidote and get your memories back. Only sixty hours before you die."

Well I really would like to see a mid-RP sample, as that would let me know how you write with others. Is that possible?

Ahh, yeah, I don't really make good synopsis' for my short stories because I'm usually more focused on my novels. :)

And yes, the feedback is much more constructive at Figment. You have verified authors willing to take a look at your writing, but with Figment a popular thing is swaps, wherein you ask someone to read your writing and leave some constructive feedback while you do the same for one of their selected stories.

And yes, that is definitely possible.

  • Adrian shrugged. "For all we know, we probably are. Or are about to be. There's no doubt in my mind that someone is there and since it can't be anything good, we just have to deal with it and move on." She said, as if it were as easy as making toast.

Well, it may as well have been since it was so hard to come across toast these days, but the same could not be said for everything bad in the world.

Jordan was hesitant, mostly because he still believed they there could be normal people that are good ans just trying to survive like them. So kmagine his surprise when his sistee turned thencorner with a wide eyed expression followed by him and everyone else turning the corner simply to see other people. Well, humans, rather.

And they didn't look like bandits. They sure as hell couldnnt have been living in the city either because they had searched the whole area -- most of it anyways -- and they were shre that there were no signs of life other than themselves.

    Intelligent life that is.

"Who are you?" His sister spat out.

To say Frank was surprised would be normal. He got surprised quite often. But to say Luna was surprised was a bit of an understatement. "Who are we?" She exclaimed and held her bow at the ready. "Who are you?" She asked defensively, ready to pick out each one of them with the arrows on her backnif it meant saving the people she had been travelking with for so long.

Frank held a hand out, as if to hold her back. For some reason he didn't think they were as bad as bandits, and he usually had good judgement. They seemer just as confused and tired as they did which meant they had to have been on the run as well, if not right now then at least recently.

"How long have you guys been here?" He asked, his mind going on overload with all the questions, as usual. He just stuck to the one that was nagging him the most and he would move onto the next soon after it was answered but he had a feeling either Luna or Keira would shut him up before that. That is, if the strangers before them didn't do it first.

Note that it is right in the middle of an RP, so it may not make sense haha.

...I'd like to find a site of user-generated content that is organized by rating, because I'd just want to read the best stuff.

Have you ever used fanfiction.net? They're quite good for fan fiction. I can't figure out how to get fan fiction read on Wattpad (btw I couldn't find you on there.)
