Hey, I'm new here, obviously.


Bit nervous because I have never joined a roleplay forum before. My roleplay experiences include Neopets roleplays like... 10 years ago when I was a kid (haha, is that embarassing? I don't even know), and about a year and a half actively roleplaying on Runescape back in '11-'13, and then lately running a little plot with a buddy of mine over Skype. So I'm not sure I'm what you'd call experienced, especially since a forum setup like this is quite different from what I'm used to.


What I love most about roleplay is the collaborative nature. I've always had an active imagination and an interest in various kinds of storytelling (writing, comics, movies, music, etc.) and roleplaying for me is just that perfect blend of being both the creator of the story, and an audience to it, if that makes sense.


A bit more about me: I'm turning 25 later this month. I am married, and have a toddler, so life is kind of hectic. My favorite food is pizza, favorite color is green. I enjoy several webcomics, and while I have not had the opportunity to read any Marvel comics, I am loving their Cinematic Universe (the movies and the tv series). I also do a little gaming, mostly Minecraft (though not lately), and a few others.


Anyway, I'm looking forward to spending some time here, learning the ropes of forum-based roleplay, and hopefully making some new friends!

Nice to see you opening up yourself to the community without sense of fear. The background information kept me reading as I find myself in just right around the same shoes, asides from the fact I am not married and do not have any children. Otherwise, welcome to the forum as I am trying to fuse in here as well. Let me know if you are interested in any role-playing, I will definitely be interested in working alongside with you.

Hi! Good luck getting situated in, I just recently joined and I can assure you it's easy to feel comfortable here! I love the Marvel Cinematic Universe too and hopefully sometime we can do something revolving around that!

Thanks for the welcome! What sort of roleplay are you into? I mostly look for fantasy, especially medieval fantasy or similar to that, but I'm interested in sci-fi as well.

Hello, thanks for the welcome! I do hope I can get situated 'round here quickly, it sure seems like a nice place from what I've seen so far.


I actually don't usually care for fandom roleplay, I always feel like I'd never be able to do the canon justice I guess. But if that ever changes I'll let you know!
