Bardic Extrodinare!
New to the community, but a grey beard in the hobby. I used to do some serious RP on Gaia years ago, and then forum hopped for a few years after. I've been out of the game for a while and may be rusty, but I like to think it has given me some perspective.
I am East Coast USA, and work nights, so responding is sporadic, but I promise it will be worth it. My writing interests are mostly Sci-Fi, occasional fantasy, and a touch of Alt/Historical. My reading interests are primarily Sci-Fi (Star Wars, 40K, The Expanse, Halo, Enderverse, Edge of the Empire, just about anything from John Scalzi), Fantasy (Tolkien, Critical Failures, Ascend Online?), brain food (What if, The Next 100 years, Things we don't know, etc.), Dystopian (Day by Day, Metatropolis, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, Ready Player One [do not mention the adaptation please]), and Cyberpunk (Snowcrash, Neruomancer, Altered Carbon).
I play more then my fair share of Pen and Paper RP games. I am/have participated in campaigns for DnD (3.5 and 5e) Pathfinder, Star Wars, Only War, Dark Heresy, and Mythic. Not really up for picking up any more games, but more then willing to RP based on those IPs.
