I’ll keep this brief.

I have been roleplaying on and off for ~14 years and lately I’ve found myself nostalgic for the languid summer days of my youth where I would stay up all night plotting and writing with my internet friends. I have adult responsibilities these days but I’d love to get back into roleplaying regularly with a long term partner that I can vibe with, particularly now that I don't have to worry about my parents telling me to get off my laptop and go to sleep anymore. No parents, some rules, all the RPs.
More than anything, I am really looking for a roleplay partner with whom I have some degree of natural chemistry (/flow/rapport/energy or whatever term you’d prefer here--vibe if you will). I’ve always found that the more we connect, the easier our characters and storyline develop. That doesn’t necessarily mean being super chatty over OOC. Although I tend to prefer it, I'm more than open to chatting as little or as much as you'd like outside of plotting! I’m generally referring to being on the same page with our writing styles and preferences. If we click, it clicks. You vibe, I vibe, he/she/we vibe.
That said, I will only roleplay with people 18+ with a preference for others in their mid-late 20's. I also prefer to roleplay with others who identify as women themselves.
In the past, my posts have been anywhere between 500-1,500 words but I am looking for someone who can thoughtfully move a plot along with 150-500 words right now-quality over quantity! I love having long, juicy posts to get lost in, but I'm craving the character interactions and conversations that unfold more naturally in slightly shorter form. If you can write a long, juicy, detailed post with quality interactions, conversations, and narratives, that's even better. Either way, I promise to always give you something well-written and detailed without being overwhelming and I expect the same in return. I can generally post shorter posts once per day but longer posts will usually take 5-7 days (with the understanding that sometimes life gets busy and it may take even longer to put something out on occasion).
I need some type of romance involved in my plots (I'm a sucker for love) and although I'm an LGBTQ+ ally, I'm only comfortable with MxF pairings for now. I typically like to write original female characters against atypically dominant, masculine male characters (as someone that vicariously lives through her RPs, I won't hate if I also personally find your male character attractive). I can double as one male and one female, as well! I write in third person, past tense, use real face claims, and I am open to adding side characters as needed or requested. I also love more mature and dark and angsty themes, but I can absolutely adapt to something a little more lighthearted if things get too heavy or for relief from the drama. That said, I don't have triggers...I mean, I really don't. Shoot me your darkest, most angst-ridden plots and ideas and I'll probably be down if there is romance involved.
Now, onto loose plot ideas that I’m craving in no particular order. I have two or three more specific, detailed plots I’d love to share that incorporate multiple of these!
I want to hear your ideas, too!

- Love triangle
- Bad boy x good girl (I would like to play F here!)
- Former lovers/friends reunite after time apart
- Enemies to lovers
