sorry i would like fantasy and sci fi or somethingi could play something that would be considered overpowered in most rpgs.

Well most RPs have rules and stuff, if you like fantasy and sci-fi just head on over to those respective areas.
You could try Exalted though, that is considered "overpowered" by some.
