RULES
1. If a couple is already in use and you want to use one of the countries, be a child of the same couple, etc. you have to ask the user who already has the couple/country in use if you can be a brother/sister/half-brother/half-sister.
2. Yaoi couples are allowed such as USUK, Spamano, etc.
3. If you don't know what Hetalia is that's fine just look everything up such as personality, the countries pairings, and stuff like that for the countries you want to be the child of.
4. All RpN rules apply.
5. Couples that aren't popular such as Lichtenstein and Prussia ((I don't know if it is a popular couple or not. If it is sorry!)) can be used as your character's parents.
6. Romance is allowed but not too steamy please.
7. No Mary-Sue's/Gary Stew's
8. No godmodding
9. You can give your character it's own personality or use the stereotypes like in Hetalia. I don't care.
10. You can make 2p's/1p's for a character who is 1p/2p but ask for permission first.
11. The password is the capital of your favorite country.
12. Your character can be a bully but you can't.
13. You can have 2p's as parents.
