saitama leads hibiki to the hero association test facility. since saitama and genos are s-class heroes they passed the others and said that hibiki is a hero who would like to do the test, they just let hibiki through the V.I.P path towards the test, once they got in, it was the same concept all around but the place was huge "alright, register your name and you should be good" he said pointing to the receptionist desk @YoungX

Since this was a simple side-to-side jump, Rising Dragon Kuuga made pretty much almost no effort when it came to actually doing them. 30 of them went by very almost extremely quickly as if it felt like a few. It was great that Rising Dragon Kuuga was fast, but the physical strength and defense came at a cost. Why didn't he take this test as Ultimate Kuuga you ask? Well if he lost control then that would've been very bad.

It was a running test, so Hibiki would still remain as Rising Dragon Kuuga. He would get ready to start blazing on through, and he gives the worker the signal to start.

Rising Dragon Kuuga would already be running by the time the gun was shot, and would finish the end of the kilometer run without having to really exert himself. By the end of it all the worker would check the timer on how fast he ran. "4.7 seconds!" He would say as Kuuga finished, and then he would move on forward to the next test.
