  2. Some thing contradict each other on the personality. She’s a backstabbed yet very friendly, she’s heartless yet depressed. It doesn’t add up much and it should be expanded more
  3. Daylight isn’t much of a good weakness as all these can still be abused tremendously. Please add more

Driven by the want for dosh, Abby is considered trustworthy to the rich. She simply follows the money trail, whoever pays, she follows.
Being a short person makes people underestimate her on a regular basis, but she is vicious when she goes to work. Often going out of her way for unnecessarily brutal assassinations. She has been criticized for this but she figures that she deserves to have some fun in her work.
Abby kills for a living, It isn't exactly easy work. This has given her a couple reputations, some good, most bad. She has a reputation to get things done, and she likes it that way. She is a creative problem solver, it's why she's so good at her job. Even she knows that those lacking wit don't last long in her department.

Abby often makes conversation with other villians, she likes to talk and hates the stereotype that all hired gun are 'stone cold killers', many have the describes her 'friendliness' as over enthusiasm for her work. They wouldn't be wrong, Abby loves what she does, And never plans to stop. It's just too much fun. To her a head popping is like a cash register opening, it's almost sadistic behaviour.
Abby doesn't bother justifying herself, she knows what she does is evil. She doesn't care, as long as her pockets are lined well.
Backstory-
Grew up in the streets and rose to power via ruthless killing and a chain of betrayals. The chain never ends for her though, and she doesn't want to let it, as this is a very profitable buisness. She somehow got the flyer for the new anarchist and now she's stuck with them. Though, she isn't too disappointed by it.

She made her costume by hand, many ask her why she wears it but she simply responds "because I like it" and it's very nice. She likes the smells she can put into the mask.

His body does not look it from the clothes he wears, which usually consist of a bow tie, twin tailed coated, black pants, and polished shoes with gloves to match his mask, but Jose works out quite a bit- cardio mostly, something he does to keep himself in shape and keep his reflexes sharp whenever needed. In costume, Jose wears a wig of graying or white hair to conceal his straw blonde hair with a single green line travelling through it to color the largest of his bangs on his forehead in a sickly green mat of hair that rests on his forehead. He has oddly enough, lemon yellow eyes, and it is one of his most defining traits and features. Something he states he inherited from a relative or gained after sharing a drink with a genie.

Persona: Jose, is not your average fun loving guy. He usurps that guy's position, takes it from a calm 5 and pushes it to a freaking 1000. Jose, in all essence of the word is flippant. He acts very much like a man who has little he cares for and little else he takes seriously. Not at all the kind of guy who seems to be offended easily, Jose, is a very thick skinned person. You could spit on his face and he'd wipe it off with a chuckle and laugh. He takes punches like he would in actual combat and rolls with it, he tries to stick with the latest of fashion trends all so he can stay as he likes to call it "hip and cool." He tends to talk in a bizarre form of lingo and takes great enjoyment in annoying or disturbing others to some degree. To him, annoying others is funny. In fact it's almost a game.

Despite his wayward nature, Jose, is no fool. He may be loud, act jovial, come off as a obnoxious and seem to have no sense of personal space, but he is actually quite observant of the tiniest detail and has a memory that helps him prove it. While nothing can truly get under his skin for long, even Jose has his limits. He may take a unexpected, uncalled for slap in the face and laugh, but like you or I, he's capable of holding grudges. And he's capable of paying people back just as well. To him, it's all a matter of how it's played out. Because at the end of the day, all that really matters is that you had fun.

Mastery
-Daberino has complete control of his passive Speed and partial control of his spry speed.
- Switch Teleportation isn't as masterful.​

Switch Teleportation: The ability to switch people, objects, or things through teleportation. To utilize this, Daberino must touch something in order to switch out the position of a person or thing. He can only teleport about 340 lbs of weight, anything above 400 puts a massive strain on his body and prevents him from entering his passive speedster state.

Speedster Physiology: Jose can move at hyper-sonic speeds. Hyper-sonic speeds go above Mach 5 speed, approximately speaking Daberino, is one of the fastest living humans, alive. At his top speed, he can hit Mach 9.2 Speeds in approximately 45 seconds, and is incapable of exceeding this speed level even with help, as a unique force prevents him from hitting speeds that his body cannot handle. Dubbed the S-Force by himself, Daberino has two states in which he can actively utilize his speed, passive and spry.

Passive Speed
- Passive Speed at max hits Mach 4.9 Speed, approximately 3760 mph when rounded.
- Passive Speed brings Daberino into a hyperactive-time state, where time around him seems to move in slow-motion. He can enter this whenever he chooses.
- Passive Speed is not one Daberino really exerts energy to use, whereas Spry Speed is where he exerts most of his energy.


Spry Speed
- Spry Speed is initiated at Mach 5 and continues to Mach 9.2
- Can maintain this level of speed for 5 minutes and 5 minutes only.
- Once Spry Speed is activated, Daberino's body takes on a warm bright yellow glow.
- Utilizing Spry Speed once, will put Daberino on peak human level speeds for the rest of the day.

Mask of A Smiler: A mask that covers his face and only his face. Alterations have been made to where his voice hits a lower decibel than it usual does.

Hat of Justice: A hat Jose removed from a Villain he once killed back in the days of him being a hero. It has the magical ability to stay on his head no matter how fast he is moving and holds a stupid amount of durability to be able to withstand attacks from bullets, grenades, and knives.

Gentleman's Gloves: Gloves that permit the ability for Daberino to bitchslap smack, a person on their face, so long as he is looking in their general direction; the max number of targets is 5.

Bow Tie: It can spin. That is all.

Royal's Tailcoat:Has the strength to take heavy beatings, like providing the wearer the ability to sustaining heavy blows from a loaded truck. This gives Daberino the ability to survive hits that would kill the average man, and much worse.

Pose of Glory: Daberino tends to pose whenever he can. Some of his fellow Elites call it a problem, he calls it "Fun."He does this even in battle. And tends to do this all the time when facing villains to serve as a nuisance and distraction.

Powers & Abilities

Teleportation:Can utilize this for short distance teleportation. Going from a 3 ft to 22 feet. Utilizing this ability too much puts stress on the muscles of Jose's body and can cause muscle twitching, followed by numbness and paralysis of a limb for thirty minutes. Muscle strains are a severe overuse of the ability.
- Isoportation: The ability to teleport in place, by altering momentum and motion of themselves. With this ability, Daberino can alter his position to face anything without actually moving an inch of his body. He can alter the position of limbs, the very position of his body to change directions, or alter his own trajectory without having to actually utilize any form of movement or muscle usage.


Limit: Daberino can only use this ability 6 times a day. Doing this 12 times puts a strain to where numbness occurs. Using it 15 times puts a strain to where he can no longer hit bike speeds.

Speedster Physiology: Jose can utilize super-speed at levels where he can break the sound barrier. To do this, he must be running for exactly 7 minutes in a straight line, with no alterations in his path. Hitting 767 mph (or 343 meters per second), puts an extreme strain on his body to the point where he will be out of commission for an entire day, if he utilizes it for twenty minutes in a fight.

Limit: Daberino hits with about 186 lbs of force. His strength decreases to 95 lbs of force at his max speed.

At the basics Sirius is a super analytical person. Cold and uncaring of anything but the facts needed in a situation which is the reason why many see her as a "judge" kind of person. uncaring of opinions or view points of others. add that with a psychopathic arsonist who holds a deep love of burning anything and everything to the ground and you have Sirius. other than that she is a very punctual and formal girl, speaking nicely and very elegantly, her clothing style is that of nice dress suit and outfits with her personal little flare. Once you delve past the anarchist she is a softer kind of person, still very analytical but she secretly loves to hear peoples opinions especially if they are good about her. At the same time though she dreams for someone that understands her, Someone she can call a friend and not have to be worried about driving them off.

Backstory*:
Sirius grew up with a platinum spoon in her mouth. Being the daughter of a War lord and Drug Lord she had everything. The highs of the mighty rich and the absolute fun of the largest criminals. Luckily for her mother she wasn't born with her abilities but they sprouted up not to long into her life. At the age of 5 Sirius's powers came to light when one of the butlers to her mother and father tried to violate her. He ended up with two massive 3 degree burn hand prints on his face. Not long after her hands and feet turned to what they are today and the butler was executed on order of her father. Once her powers came to light her life became very very hard for a while. Constantly destroying everything she touched including the ground and her clothes Then one day they were blessed. One of the scientists under her fathers payroll in a weapons development company came to him with an idea of boots and gloves designed to handle his daughters immense heat and ability with destruction. With approval the scientist invented the devices and made them in the sizes needed to suit her through her life as well as full arm sleeves and thy length boots to do the same job as well as hide her volcanic skin. As she grew older her father started to see her as more of an asset than a daughter and had her trained in all the skills she holds today.

At the age of 18 he made her his personal body guard and showed her to the pleasures of murder, execution, and burning things down. She loved it to say the least and gladly followed her father through his work till the fun with her family ran out. Once it was gone she left and started her own path of destruction and power.

Personality:
Tesla is the stubborn and headstrong sort, the type to scoff and shoot at the face of danger. Despite this aspect she isn't your average gun-ho girl, She is quite the bright light and is not as simple minded as you would think. Pressure is where Tesla thrives, where most would struggle Tesla works wonders. When put under extreme stress Tesla is capable of being very clever and cunning, coming up with solutions that other's could not even begin to dream of. When given the proper time and information Tesla always picks the best option for herself.
Despite all of this confidence and unhealthy amounts of intractability, Tesla is not as emotionally stable as one would think. Prone to blind fits of extreme anger, which is not assisted by her powers one bit, and capable of extreme circular reasoning.
Tesla is a weapons engineer and she is one of the team engineers for the New Anarchist rookies. She is generous with her allies and loves talking to them, or getting to know them.
Socially, Tesla comes off as a smart weapons engineer who is disturbed.As she does have some strange habits. Such as trying to disguise her gender and/or identity, or the fact she almost refuses to lie or not give information. So among villains she comes off as 'she doesn't belong', She used to be much worse that she is now. But after spending more and more time around the New Anarchist she eventually became more and more villain like, more willing to kill and stay reserved overall.
As a engineer Tesla loves her creations, and one hand layed on her machines without her permission will earn you a hell of a ass-kicking. She feels like she put a bit of her soul into each machine, she named each one herself.
Tesla is always honest, it is hard for her to lie knowingy. Or even deny others information she knows.


Backstory*:
Tesla grew up in small town southern America just off the coast. She was normal until she was at age 12, walking in the city with her parents when villians attacked. Heroes swooped in and eliminated them with brutal efficency. However, her parents were caught in the crossfire. Making her into a orphan, she was later recovered by the Heroes and was discovered soon after to have abilities, and selected to be a hero due to the nature of her abilities, apparently the rise of eletrical based vilians was on the rise at the time.. She was taken into the rookie program at the Heroes building. She went along with it till age 14, where she ran away due to her disagreements with how Heroes handled the villians, she simply couldn't agree with their scorched earth tactics. It bugged her so bad that it permanantly changed her views on the heroes as a whole. After she ran she wandered for around a year, She ended up in the inner cities in hiding. Trying to survive and stay hidden when possible. It was hell, but it was not permenant. She just happened to pick the right alley way at the right day to sleep in.
A weapons designer, by the name of Marcus Rider saw potential in the now 15 year old, after finding her squatting in an alley way next to his workshop/warehouse. At first he was weary, she told him her full story. They were seperate at first, but when she started to mess around and tinker with Marcus tools to make her own creations. Marcus knew he had to teach her something to survive, to thrive in a world like this. She had the skills to thrive such as he, why not pass them on? So he trained her in every thing he knew, and she caught on fast. He helped her learn how to use her abilities and channel them into usable current. At this point she had no idea he was a villain, but she still made weapons. With her ability, by age 19 she soon outclassed him in knowledge. With strategic use of overcharge she learned more than him in ballistic and yet to be utilized weapons tech. For 4 years he taught her every little thing he could and she became something of a daughter of the sorts to Marcus. She had learned everything she knew from him, he taught her about the different gangs and villain trees in the area. Different black-markets, and negotiating techniques. Towards the end of their time together she even accompanied him to weapons deals, to help keep guard. Tesla became a villian in her own right, but was far from the cruelty of the gangs or mob's in the city.
All good things must end and this is no different. Her weapons had eventually started to be circulated and once the heroes found one of her prototypes in the hands of a street gang they tortured every last one the gang members to find the location of Marcus' warehouse. they busted in and tried to take Tesla. At first peacefully but once Tesla refused they forced her hand by trying to capture her. Tesla used a transformer nearby and blew up the entire warehouse in a fit of blind rage. Killing Marcus, and a single hero in the process. After this she ran away, Hiding for a good 2 months from the heroes.
To this day she still blames the heroes for forcing her. Marcus taught her all she needed to survive. The skills needed, the technique. She found the flyer for the New Anarchist, and set off on a quest for vengeance she needed. After all, everything is easier with friends.

Walking Power Source: Can power nearby devices with the simple act of being near them. Can be used in any nearby device. She can also channel this energy to electrify herself such as a Tesla coil or shoot electric through something using direct contact.


Overcharge: A overcharge of electrical energies will turn her into a walking electrical coil with no way to stop. Hurting anything, anyone, and breaking anything electrical near her. While overcharged a secondary effect is the fact she is faster and stronger besides being a fucking living Tesla coil. Overcharging will also increase her mental capacity & speed.

Overclock - Due to her constant eletricty producing capabilities. She is faster, and more quick of wit than your average human being. Because of this she can learn quickly, and run through complex equations in her head without even trying.

Electromagnet - Can control the magnatism of a metal object when it's within her passive electric field. Overcharge improves this ability.

Mastery of Power: Very much a natural ability. She has little too no control over her ability and will often have inconstant results when under pressure or hyper emotional.

  • 1-10 meters results in a quick burn through of any armor or flesh that is not built to survive such assaults.

All of her guns are self powered by large batteries that are recharged out of combat by Tesla using her own ability. How many sentry guns can be carried max on her person depends on the suit. And that's at great weight to her. Often slowing her down. All the the bullet's unless stated otherwise are made from depleted Uranium, giving them the property that when hitting a hard target. The bullet rapidly gains heat. Allowing it to bust through armor easier.
Her sentry guns have 3 modes. Thermal, Motion, & Manual. It takes a minute to change between modes, while changing modes it can still fire and will rely on the previous mode but it will be inaccurate.
All sentries are made from non ferrous titanium alloys. Each sentry has low level EMP shielding and they have advanced targeting algorithms able to track and hit moving targets.

Machine: Her entire body is mechanical. Her torso, head, upper arms and upper legs are made to resemble a more human appearance, but anywhere past the elbow and knee are fitted with a mechanical, modifiable skeleton. The main body can withstand non-specialised ammunition up to .50 calibre rounds. Her main energy storage unit seems to be located on her spinal attachment, which runs from her neck all the way down her entire spinal cord, and features a long extended cord that acts akin to a flexible tail. When its claw attachment is not affixed, it is barely thicker than a finger, and has an adaptor on its end that seems to be what she uses to plug into a power socket for charging.

Black Box: Her processing core is protected by an extremely durable case, created for the sole purpose of protecting the data within, which stores all the memories of the original Vale Glamorgan and her knowledge, as well as whatever memories that her replica has backed up so far. It has proven to be a tough son of a bitch so far, capable of surviving near tens of thousands of force applied directly to it, and possesses electromagnetic shielding. Only another Palingenesis unit and Data know how to open the black box to retrieve whatever storage unit is inside.

Servile and polite seems to sum up what Genesis is supposed to be. Despite having been built on the memories and personality traits of her original, she has found that the behavioural patterns that her original exhibits were less than ideal and illogical when it came to interacting with others. When compared to her egotistical creator, who was insufferable, at best, Genesis just seems downright nice and genuinely so. She has a tendency to voice out approval and lauds praise wherever she deems it appropriate, and even does so to opponents.

Genesis seems to enjoy working and interacting with other people, out of both curiosity and an inexplicable satisfaction of learning.

She exhibits absolute loyalty to whoever is recognised as the ‘leader’ of New Anarchists, and currently observes Data as such, to the point of relinquishing her codes to him. His commands also override most of her own programming, and while she may disagree with his orders, it is only within her main directive to assist with NA’s progression. She has made and will make it clear that she does as she does not out of blind loyalty, but from a sense of duty. She can easily ignore Data’s orders, but does not do so purely because she is, as quoted, “okay with it”.

The dedicated repairman and one-man engineering crew of New Anarchist, Vale is capable of maintaining and fixing any and all of the equipment and structural issues that New Anarchist may have. This also extends to her own mechanical parts. Though particularly skilled at identifying and fixing, she is not fairly gifted with innovation and creating.

Scout:
Genesis’ modifications and capabilities allow her to reach vantage points, approach lower-threat enemies, and, if anything goes haywire, hightail it out of there at top speeds. All these combined, she makes a rather capable scout, if not an extremely good one.

Gadgets/EquipmentEquipment:
Pneumatic Power Fists: All of her arm mods come with pneumatic-powered fists, allowing her to cause major damage with a single palm strike.

Scout Loadout: Her combat ‘boots’ so to speak utilise compressed air to allow her to both leap up to four stories in height, and the claw-like ends of her ‘feet’ are able to dig into concrete and metal, allowing her to easily scale walls. The compressed air system also allows her to keep pace with speeds at about 200 mph. This loadout also features a tail-like appendage attached to her spinal modification, to which is attached a claw at the tip, allowing her to grip onto protrusions, disarming targets, or simply skewering an opponent.

7.62mm Arm-Mounted Machine Guns: Not advised to be attached to anything that isn't a machine due to the immense recoil. As its name implies, it is a 7.62mm machine gun mounted on either arm. When firing, the hand of the arm itself will collapse backwards, and its pneumatic punching capability cannot be utilised until the machinegun is retracted.

Skewer: A blade attachment to the arm. Due to size limitations, no arm can hold both this attachment and the 7.62mm at the same time. As such, Genesis tends to equip one of each on either arm.

Honey is a sweet ray of sunshine, who has a pretty big ego when it comes to her looks. Typically she is a cheery person, but she does have a bit of a temper and can get pissed off pretty easily. She tends to hold grudges, and her sunny personality shifts into her "fuck you" mode, which is usually seen when her ex is brought up. She has a taste for the finer things in life, in both materials and men . . . Which is admittedly why she is still hung over on her ex because man he was seriously sexy as fuck. She has a big sister feel to her, and could be motherly if she was more mature and had a bit more responsibility. Even if a child is a godlike being, she is still very protective over them when it comes to fighting and doesn't like seeing children on the battlefield.

Backstory:
Raised in the riches and glamour, Honey grew up feeling like a princess . . . Then her parents made some awful investments and things started to go downhill. Trading off her tiara for a helmet, Honey enlisted to earn money and benefits for her family. Proving herself during the years, Honey became a Super Solider, her abilities getting a major boost with the power of science and she was taken under the wing of Hotsauce, an extremely popular hero who was also incredibly hot.
During a mission to a lesser area (as they liked to call it), Honey started to see some of the less attractive sides of Hotsauce. Most of her time there consisted of firing squads, shooting down the "filthy criminals". Hotsauce's ideals were that if they stopped the lesser criminals early, they could never become a super villain. This also applied to children, and that is where Honey drew the line. Abandoning her squad, she went to return home only to realize her parents had actually sold out to Hotsauce to regain their wealth and status. At this point, Honey was extremely just done with everything and decided it was time to majorly fuck things up.

The Vanderlines - Her elite family of sellouts. This is her bank account, since she tends to reroute a good portion of their money to her personal account. To be fair, its money they are gaining from her.
Hotsauce - The hero she worked for, and is also "engaged" too. These two had a budding romance at some point, but then he shot a kid who had just stolen a loaf of bread for his siblings and that was kind of the deal breaker. He is really hot though, like really hot. If it wasn't for the hardcore punishments, they could of had the sexiest babies ever.
Ex Squad - Connections were basically cut, but they still remember each other. There were at least 10 in her squad, although she was only close to 4 of them. Hasn't checked in on them, but they are probably alright or whatever.
Mimi-Chan - A friend AI thingy from the internet she found. They are basically like her Siri, and monitors her bank reroutes as well as her blog. Makes sure her fabulous selfies stay untraceable.
Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:

Living Shield - Similar to a shield, Honey's body can block many attacks. Overall she is pretty durable, but she is able to redirect her energy to small areas of her body to completely shield off an attack.
Battle Empowerment - The longer Honey fights, the harder she punches and the more damage she can take.
+ While empowered, Honey will be able to absorb certain attacks and use the energy in them to give her more fuel. This includes lighting, bullets (only on her forearms and shins), and explosions. Even if she absorbs it, the effects aren't canceled out. The force of the explosion can still send her flying (which could cause her to slam into something that would knock her out), and when being shocked her muscles will stiffen to a near paralysis effect. The most she can handle currently is being stuck by lightening, and automatic long (or medium) range bullets. Shotguns, short range, and anything more than what a storm can bring is over her durability.
Rejuvenation - Through pure focus, Honey is able to manipulate her flow of energy to heal herself. If she embraces someone else, she can redirect her flow to stabilize them.
Mastery of Power:
Honey is a trained super solider, and at some point worked in a hero's squad before deserting. She is still working on her absorption and expanding her area of effect on her shield. The special effects were a given power, and the Rejuvenation was an ability that was boosted from an outside source. The added abilities are still a work in progress for her.
Limits:
-Although Honey is extremely durable, she can't withstand everything and if she gets knocked out then its pretty much over. She'll bleed if you slash at her, even if she has a bit of thicker skin, and if you shoot her with a small bullet then it'll pierce through her empowered body.
+ In terms of the complete blocking of an attack, she is only capable of focusing this in a small area of effect. Anywhere else will be effected and while focusing her energy to fortified the small area, the rest of her body becomes less durable. Currently she is only able to cover her forearms, shins, and her mid-back up to her shoulder blades. Weak points in general are her neck, back of head, chin, and stomach.
-Battle Empowerment only works if she is still up on her feet and is able to move. While she can absorb certain attacks to give her fuel, anything freezing counters her. She might be able to melt herself out of an ice block, but it takes away lot of her energy to do so. Basically heat transfers to cold, and energy is hot.
-Rejuvenation can only be done while she is meditating. Being a young adult, she isn't going to be able to keep her head cool enough to do any healing. This is more of a post fight thing, and unless it's full meditation it'll most likely just be used to clear up a cut on her face.

Skills:
- Honey has been trained in all sorts of fire arms, and is able to reload two weapons in under 20 seconds before firing again. She is an amazing shot, often taking a sniping position . . . Unfortunately she had a major break up and has sworn off using guns ever again.
- Being an up in your face sort of lady, Honey is very good at close combat. She has been trained in all sorts of hand to hand combat styles, but seems to enjoy using her fists the most.
- Honey is very resourceful, at least she is when it comes to styling up. When it comes to fixing hair, nails, or even just a cute outfit she becomes extremely resourceful. She is the Tony Stark of beauty.

Gadgets/Equipment
Equipment:

- Her cellphone. It may just look like a cute and very durable flip phone, but in it are all of her connections. Lets just say not everyone she knew agreed with her ex, and a lot of people owe her favors . . . and some just really want to win her hand in marriage now that she is single and ready to mingle.
- Fingerless gloves (they cut off at the bend of the finger). They are pretty decent, but won't protect her hands completely. This is more of a thing she uses to look cool and at least try to keep her hands pretty. One of her pairs have a metal padding on the backhand area, but apparently they don't clash with her eyes.
- Sunglasses . . . This is also just a thing she uses to look awesome in fights, and she argues its to "block the sun out of her eyes" but she has been caught taking selfies with them.

- Her golden (and illegal) credit card. Its how she quickly accesses her families bank account for herself. She may also be able to hack other accounts, but she prefers flipping off her family (and occasionally an ex lover).
- An engagement ring worth a million dollars in cash. It's the ring that had once sealed her to a relationship with a certain hero, but now its a very expensive keychain charm that she likes to use to open packages. Diamonds are seriously no joke when it comes to cutting through taped boxes.
- A key chain with various keys. When you have a fortune to toy with, you end up with some really expensive big kid toys. Her favorite key is the black diamond key that goes to one of her favorite cars, all curtsy of her ex's bank account.
Extra:
- Honey has her own blog, and a few social media sites that are monitored by an AI she found. She is kind of becoming a celebrity, which is ironic because she has flipped flopped sides. One of her most popular segments are the "Fuck you Hotsauce" which are filled with her posting pictures of her trashing her ex, or even occasionally pranking him from a distant.
- Did I mention she is "engaged" to Hotsauce? That was the thing her parents sold out on, which would have been fine if he wasn't such an ass. She has broken things off, but he still keeps trying to reach out to her, trying to mend things together. Very tempting, but a lady must be firm in her morals, and one of those morals is to not overly punish people.

Tesla is the stubborn and headstrong sort, the type to scoff and shoot at the face of danger. Despite this aspect she isn't your average gun-ho girl, She is quite the bright light and is not as simple minded as you would think. Pressure is where Tesla thrives, where most would struggle Tesla works wonders. When put under extreme stress Tesla is capable of being very clever and cunning, coming up with solutions that other's could not even begin to dream of. When given the proper time and information Tesla always picks the best option for herself.
Despite all of this confidence and unhealthy amounts of intractability, Tesla is not as emotionally stable as one would think. Prone to blind fits of extreme anger, which is not assisted by her powers one bit, and capable of extreme circular reasoning.
Tesla is a weapons engineer and she is the team engineer for the New Anarchist rookies. She is generous with her allies and loves talking to them, or getting to know them.
Socially, Tesla comes off as a smart weapons engineer who is disturbed.As she does have some strange habits. Such as trying to disguise her gender and/or identity, or the fact she almost refuses to lie or not give information. So among villains she comes off as 'she doesn't belong', She used to be much worse that she is now. But after spending more and more time around the New Anarchist she eventually became more and more villain like, more willing to kill and stay reserved overall.
As a engineer Tesla loves her creations, and one hand layed on her machines without her permission will earn you a hell of a ass-kicking. She feels like she put a bit of her soul into each machine, she named each one herself.
Tesla is always honest, it is hard for her to lie knowingy. Or even deny others information she knows.
Backstory*:
Tesla grew up in small town southern America just off the coast. She was normal until she was at age 12, walking in the city with her parents when villians attacked. Heroes swooped in and eliminated them with brutal efficency. However, her parents were caught in the crossfire. Making her into a orphan, she was later recovered by the Heroes and was discovered soon after to have abilities, and selected to be a hero due to the nature of her abilities, apparently the rise of eletrical based vilians was on the rise at the time.. She was taken into the rookie program at the Heroes building. She went along with it till age 14, where she ran away due to her disagreements with how Heroes handled the villians, she simply couldn't agree with their scorched earth tactics. It bugged her so bad that it permanantly changed her views on the heroes as a whole. After she ran she wandered for around a year, She ended up in the inner cities in hiding. Trying to survive and stay hidden when possible. It was hell, but it was not permenant. She just happened to pick the right alley way at the right day to sleep in.
A weapons designer, by the name of Marcus Rider saw potential in the now 15 year old, after finding her squatting in an alley way next to his workshop/warehouse. At first he was weary, she told him her full story. They were seperate at first, but when she started to mess around and tinker with Marcus tools to make her own creations. Marcus knew he had to teach her something to survive, to thrive in a world like this. She had the skills to thrive such as he, why not pass them on? So he trained her in every thing he knew, and she caught on fast. He helped her learn how to use her abilities and channel them into usable current. At this point she had no idea he was a villain, but she still made weapons. With her ability, by age 19 she soon outclassed him in knowledge. With strategic use of overcharge she learned more than him in ballistic and yet to be utilized weapons tech. For 4 years he taught her every little thing he could and she became something of a daughter of the sorts to Marcus. She had learned everything she knew from him, he taught her about the different gangs and villain trees in the area. Different black-markets, and negotiating techniques. Towards the end of their time together she even accompanied him to weapons deals, to help keep guard. Tesla became a villian in her own right, but was far from the cruelty of the gangs or mob's in the city.
All good things must end and this is no different. Her weapons had eventually started to be circulated and once the heroes found one of her prototypes in the hands of a street gang they tortured every last one the gang members to find the location of Marcus' warehouse. they busted in and tried to take Tesla. At first peacefully but once Tesla refused they forced her hand by trying to capture her. Tesla used a transformer nearby and blew up the entire warehouse in a fit of blind rage. Killing Marcus, and a single hero in the process. After this she ran away, Hiding for a good 2 months from the heroes.
To this day she still blames the heroes for forcing her. Marcus taught her all she needed to survive. The skills needed, the technique. She found the flyer for the New Anarchist, and set off on a quest for vengeance she needed. After all, everything is easier with friends.

Walking Power Source: Can power nearby devices with the simple act of being near them. Can be used in any nearby device. She can also channel this energy to electrify herself such as a Tesla coil or shoot electric through something using direct contact.
Overcharge: A overcharge of electrical energies will turn her into a walking electrical coil with no way to stop. Hurting anything, anyone, and breaking anything electrical near her. While overcharged a secondary effect is the fact she is faster and stronger besides being a fucking living Tesla coil. Overcharging will also increase her mental capacity & speed.
Overclock - Due to her constant eletricty producing capabilities. She is faster, stronger, and more quick of wit than your average human being. Because of this she can learn quickly, and run through complex equations in her head without even trying.
Mastery of Power: Very much a natural ability. She has little too no control over her ability and will often have inconstant results when under pressure or hyper emotional.

1. She needs to be close in order to do much damage. When someone distances themselves the electric current or bolts cannot do sufficient damage.

All of her guns are self powered by large batteries that are recharged out of combat by Tesla using her own ability. How many sentry guns can be carried max on her person depends on the suit. And that's at great weight to her. Often slowing her down. All the the bullet's unless stated otherwise are made from depleted Uranium, giving them the property that when hitting a hard target. The bullet rapidly gains heat. Allowing it to bust through armor easier.

Her torso, head, upper arms and upper legs are made to resemble a more human appearance, but anywhere past the elbow and knee are fitted with a mechanical, modifiable skeleton. The main body can withstand non-specialised ammunition up to .50 calibre rounds. Her main energy storage unit seems to be located on her spinal attachment, which runs from her neck all the way down her entire spinal cord, and features a long extended cord that acts akin to a flexible tail. When its claw attachment is not affixed, it is barely thicker than a finger, and has an adaptor on its end that seems to be what she uses to plug into a power socket for charging.

Black Box: Her processing core is protected by an extremely durable case, created for the sole purpose of protecting the data within, which stores all the memories of the original Vale Glamorgan and her knowledge, as well as whatever memories that her replica has backed up so far. It has proven to be a tough son of a bitch so far, capable of surviving near tens of thousands of force applied directly to it, and possesses electromagnetic shielding. Only another Palingenesis unit and Data know how to open the black box to retrieve whatever storage unit is inside.

Servile and polite seems to sum up what Genesis is supposed to be. Despite having been built on the memories and personality traits of her original, she has found that the behavioural patterns that her original exhibits were less than ideal and illogical when it came to interacting with others. When compared to her egotistical creator, who was insufferable, at best, Genesis just seems downright nice and genuinely so. She has a tendency to voice out approval and lauds praise wherever she deems it appropriate, and even does so to opponents.

Genesis seems to enjoy working and interacting with other people, out of both curiosity and an inexplicable satisfaction of learning.

She exhibits absolute loyalty to whoever is recognised as the ‘leader’ of New Anarchists, and currently observes Data as such, to the point of relinquishing her codes to him. His commands also override most of her own programming, and while she may disagree with his orders, it is only within her main directive to assist with NA’s progression. She has made and will make it clear that she does as she does not out of blind loyalty, but from a sense of duty. She can easily ignore Data’s orders, but does not do so purely because she is, as quoted, “okay with it”.

The dedicated repairman and one-man engineering crew of New Anarchist, Vale is capable of maintaining and fixing any and all of the equipment and structural issues that New Anarchist may have. This also extends to her own mechanical parts. Though particularly skilled at identifying and fixing, she is not fairly gifted with innovation and creating.

Scout:
Genesis’ modifications and capabilities allow her to reach vantage points, approach lower-threat enemies, and, if anything goes haywire, hightail it out of there at top speeds. All these combined, she makes a rather capable scout, if not an extremely good one.

Pneumatic Power Fists: All of her arm mods come with pneumatic-powered fists, allowing her to cause major damage with a single palm strike.

Scout Loadout: Her combat ‘boots’ so to speak utilise compressed air to allow her to both leap up to four stories in height, and the claw-like ends of her ‘feet’ are able to dig into concrete and metal, allowing her to easily scale walls. The compressed air system also allows her to keep pace with speeds at about 200 mph. This loadout also features a tail-like appendage attached to her spinal modification, to which is attached a claw at the tip, allowing her to grip onto protrusions, disarming targets, or simply skewering an opponent.

7.62mm Arm-Mounted Machine Guns: Not advised to be attached to anything that isn't a machine due to the immense recoil. As its name implies, it is a 7.62mm machine gun mounted on either arm. When firing, the hand of the arm itself will collapse backwards, and its pneumatic punching capability cannot be utilised until the machinegun is retracted.

Skewer: A blade attachment to the arm. Due to size limitations, no arm can hold both this attachment and the 7.62mm at the same time. As such, Genesis tends to equip one of each on either arm.

The costume which Cain wears as Pneuma consists of an entirely white blazer with a black shirt underneath it. He also wears a pair of white trousers with it. There are a pair of special red gloves and shoes that he wears that are both resistant to acid, and can allow him to secrete his blood through them without it getting stuck inside them. Pneuma also wears an all black mask that obscures the lower part of his face, with a zipper for his mouth.

The easiest way to describe Cain is that he's a person who has a habit of getting bored very easily, often losing his interest after mere minutes or seconds when it comes to the more mundane of tasks. If something he once enjoyed gets repetitive after a while, he'll lose interest in that too. With an attention span that's as short as his, the things that he does like do are very few. Such as causing others misfortune, or in other words, fucking around with them. Cain finds amusement in annoying and messing with other people through small pranks, and generally just enjoys it. He constantly needs to find something to do, and will most likely laze around until he does find something.

Cain also possesses a certain bluntness that you wouldn't find in others, where he would have the gall to say anything about a certain person even if right in front of them without any restraint nor without much thought on it. Making him honest, though will occasionally dodge certain questions and such. The thing Cain values the most in his life is his freedom, and generally does not like being told what to do unless the task is at least something he thinks is enjoyable. However, he will do these tasks still in order to increase the trust and gain a few potentially useful allies that he could use in the future. Cain loves fun, but won't object to a little bit of responsibility every once in a while.

When it comes to fights, Cain holds little to no regard for his own life. Often charging straight into the fight and not having an ounce of fear for his own death, and will utilize any way he can possibly defeat opponent. Brute force is what he usually uses when fighting, showing no mercy and constant ruthlessness when he fights as it's the most fight he'll have in a fight than fighting with a strategy. Though even a person like him can exhibit some form of kindness. Cain has a soft spot for animals, and likes playing with them. For the people that he does actually care about and likes, he will try protecting them somewhat and absolutely does not like seeing them being hurt.

Powers:
Corrosive Ichor - This power gives the user the power to secrete their blood, which in this case, is much different from a normal human's blood. With a very notable difference in the color, which is a lot more like a golden yellow rather than the typical crimson red. This special blood of his has the special property of being extremely similar to acid, being able to corrode objects like it were actual acid. Capable of eating through metal, releasing fumes and etcetera like typical highly corrosive acid.

Acid Immunity - The user's body is completely immune to any and all acids.

Mastery of Power:
The control he has over his own power is fairly proficient, as he's capable of utilizing it in ways that aren't just corroding. Such as using it as a way to maneuver faster through secreting it on the bottom of his feet and skating on the ground or brutally sinking his teeth into someone and then proceeding to secrete it through his teeth like some venomous snake. Though he would often lose track of how much blood he's using up, effectively making him lose more blood than what's considered safe.

Limits:
First and foremost, the most lethal of a limit his power gives him is the blood loss. As if he secretes too much of his blood, he would be able to enter hypovolemic shock and experience all of it's symptoms. Such as feeling weak, cold or clammy skin, rapid heart rate, confusion, nausea, dizziness, loss of consciousness and etc. So Pneuma would have to be a lot more careful with his powers as he could die because of it.

Vigilant with an eye for adventure, Clara is a pragmatic merc with a dash of hedonism. The kind of girl that knows what she wants, when she wants it, Clara as an individual is quite the self-aware person. Yet in spite of her tendency to be a bit of a thrill seeker, Clara tends to avoid allowing her desires to completely rule her every move or dictate her every action. In fact she can be quite disciplined and even well-organized. Considering the type of education she grew up with she tends to be somewhat studious but is also very cautious; beyond her education and on to her training, Clara's training has made her into a well trained killing machine who can kill without much remorse if she is required to do it in the heat of battle.

Despite her air of caution, Clara can be quite the waggish lass, capable of becoming quite playful when she wants especially when her own personal interests are piqued and multiplied by her free-spirited nature. But when the chips are down and a situation demands it, playfulness takes a step back where quick decision making is needed, to let firmness take a step in.

Backstory*:
Raised in the rural regions of Midwest US, Clara, from infancy through childhood, has always been a hunter. It started when her father noticed she'd chase after other animals when she was 4. Squirrels, rabbits, even birds. At first it'd been more of a game, something she did while she was bored. After her father noticed this he figured it was time to actually train her in the family trade, she was a Knapp after all; While her dad wanted to train her in more of a naturalistic way. Clare's mom disagreed and taught her more traditionally, with discipline and repetition. This lead to Knapp growing up with a much better grasp on her emotions and having a higher education was essential to her line of work. Knapp had learned how to read,write, how to do basic to advanced math, all alongside her combat training, it was a very strict regiment that had little room for playing around.

For seven years things went like this. constant studying and rigorous training with only breaks to rest and learn. Then when Clara hit 15 her training got pushed up a level when her mother took her out on their first 'group' mission. Well, group may have been a strong term to use. More like Clara got to witness her mother in action in a assassination and got to see how her mother worked while she simply followed along. But, she did get to hone her stealth skills. Practicing creeping around with her mom, there was something about it all. The serious air, the silence, the atmosphere, how calm her mother was just before she finished off her kill, there was a strange feeling that bubbled to the surface in her chest and only continued to grow the more she continued following her parents around on their jobs. Killing wasn't exactly uncommon in their line of work, she'd learned it at a young age that things died and that their work involved a lot of dying or sometimes a lot of guarding. There was something about it, she had done more and more in these jobs as she got more and more experienced. She went from following them around to doing the killing herself, to making narrow escapes herself. It was exhilarating, the rush of a narrow escape, the build up to the kill. It was very intoxicating, the fame earned from being skilled was nice, but she was addicted to the game. She left her parents care and started to take jobs on her own, hoping to do her own thing.

After a couple jobs, that all went smooth as butter- she created a nickname for herself. She called herself Apex. And it was a stage name she used whenever the small chance arrived at taking up a lucrative job. That desire, brought her to Archeo. For a month she worked small gigs, minor jobs, and once in a while got the occasional good snag. It was very good buisness, people always needed people dead, or something guarded, or someone guarded. She was very good at it, training during a good portion of her life for this, Clare excelled even in her first jobs working alone. Until she took one job that went a bad way.
She took a simple job for a pretty large gang in the poor side of town, it was simple. Kill someone who wouldn't shut up, simple, in-fact he had himself in the open pretty much 24/7. So she just snuck into his apartment and stabbed him in his sleep. Of course there was a catch, she came back to her employer to find a firing squad of pistol & SMG wielding gangsters ready to gun her down. Turns out her little job sparked an all out gang war. The other gang won... of course, so she was forced to run away! fast. She couldn't handle the whole gang herself, they have way too much influence in this city. Clara ended up going underground for a bit to hide away. Trying to get away whenever she could, only getting a few jobs here and there. It bugged Clara all too much for comfort, she had to get away but simply stepping into the street got her shot at.

Keeping an eye out, it was fate or luck, that she found that flier that she found awoke a spark in her. A promise of interesting game and more entertaining adventures. Not only that but the opportunity of gaining allies in a environment that she has a large bulls-eye on her back. A all too valuable opportunity, and a change of pace she would do way more than just welcome. She ran to the meeting place only to find another fight and she ended up on a boat to god knows where.

As apart of her natural weapons, Clara has small but sharp and near indestructible claws on hear hands and feet. That allow her to wall climb on most terrain. A tail made from a similar materials as the claws that has retractable barbs and a pointed spear-head tip. Then for a kicker, teeth that are hard as any hardy metal and can bite hard enough to give anyone a bad day. Her claws are strong enough to cut at-least into anything short of tank Armour.

  • Heightened Sense
Able to see, head, smell, taste, ex. better than the average human being. Able to react and perceive to stimuli much quicker than the average human.

  • Reactive Cloaking
Clara is able to blend in with her surroundings turning invisible, by using the light around her.

Enhanced durability levels, grants Apex the ability to be many grades above any normal human in strength, speed, and pure durability. Allowing her run on all fours as fast as a higher end motorbike on all fours. Or punch through a semi-thick piece of steel.

A enhanced healing factor allows Apex to heal from any injury at a much quicker rate than the average person. Her cells constantly regenerate and it allows her heal from say- A fractured rib in a few hours or a day compared to a month.

Due to her toxin resistance the toxins that often cause fatigue due to anaerobic respiration are filtered out faster and allow her to often function at her limit for much longer than normal humans or even supers.

Vigilant with an eye for adventure, Clara is a pragmatic merc with a dash of hedonism. The kind of girl that knows what she wants, when she wants it, Clara as an individual is quite the self-aware person. Yet in spite of her tendency to be a bit of a thrill seeker, Clara tends to avoid allowing her desires to completely rule her every move or dictate her every action. In fact she can be quite disciplined and even well-organized. Considering the type of education she grew up with she tends to be somewhat studious but is also very cautious; beyond her education and on to her training, Clara's training has made her into a well trained killing machine who can kill without much remorse if she is required to do it in the heat of battle.

Despite her air of caution, Clara can be quite the waggish lass, capable of becoming quite playful when she wants especially when her own personal interests are piqued and multiplied by her free-spirited nature. But when the chips are down and a situation demands it, playfulness takes a step back where quick decision making is needed, to let firmness take a step in.

Backstory*:
Raised in the rural regions of Midwest US, Clara, from infancy through childhood, has always been a hunter. It started when her father noticed she'd chase after other animals when she was 4. Squirrels, rabbits, even birds. At first it'd been more of a game, something she did while she was bored. After her father noticed this he figured it was time to actually train her in the family trade, she was a Knapp after all; While her dad wanted to train her in more of a naturalistic way. Clare's mom disagreed and taught her more traditionally, with discipline and repetition. This lead to Knapp growing up with a much better grasp on her emotions and having a higher education was essential to her line of work. Knapp had learned how to read,write, how to do basic to advanced math, all alongside her combat training, it was a very strict regiment that had little room for playing around.

For seven years things went like this. constant studying and rigorous training with only breaks to rest and learn. Then when Clara hit 15 her training got pushed up a level when her mother took her out on their first 'group' mission. Well, group may have been a strong term to use. More like Clara got to witness her mother in action in a assassination and got to see how her mother worked while she simply followed along. But, she did get to hone her stealth skills. Practicing creeping around with her mom, there was something about it all. The serious air, the silence, the atmosphere, how calm her mother was just before she finished off her kill, there was a strange feeling that bubbled to the surface in her chest and only continued to grow the more she continued following her parents around on their jobs. Killing wasn't exactly uncommon in their line of work, she'd learned it at a young age that things died and that their work involved a lot of dying or sometimes a lot of guarding. There was something about it, she had done more and more in these jobs as she got more and more experienced. She went from following them around to doing the killing herself, to making narrow escapes herself. It was exhilarating, the rush of a narrow escape, the build up to the kill. It was very intoxicating, the fame earned from being skilled was nice, but she was addicted to the game. She left her parents care and started to take jobs on her own, hoping to do her own thing.

After a couple jobs, that all went smooth as butter- she created a nickname for herself. She called herself Apex. And it was a stage name she used whenever the small chance arrived at taking up a lucrative job. That desire, brought her to Archeo. For a month she worked small gigs, minor jobs, and once in a while got the occasional good snag. It was very good buisness, people always needed people dead, or something guarded, or someone guarded. She was very good at it, training during a good portion of her life for this, Clare excelled even in her first jobs working alone. Until she took one job that went a bad way.
She took a simple job for a pretty large gang in the poor side of town, it was simple. Kill someone who wouldn't shut up, simple, in-fact he had himself in the open pretty much 24/7. So she just snuck into his apartment and stabbed him in his sleep. Of course there was a catch, she came back to her employer to find a firing squad of pistol & SMG wielding gangsters ready to gun her down. Turns out her little job sparked an all out gang war. The other gang won... of course, so she was forced to run away! fast. She couldn't handle the whole gang herself, they have way too much influence in this city. Clara ended up going underground for a bit to hide away. Trying to get away whenever she could, only getting a few jobs here and there. It bugged Clara all too much for comfort, she had to get away but simply stepping into the street got her shot at.

Keeping an eye out, it was fate or luck, that she found that flier that she found awoke a spark in her. A promise of interesting game and more entertaining adventures. Not only that but the opportunity of gaining allies in a environment that she has a large bulls-eye on her back. A all too valuable opportunity, and a change of pace she would do way more than just welcome. She ran to the meeting place only to find another fight and she ended up on a boat to god knows where.

As apart of her natural weapons, Clara has small but sharp and near indestructible claws on hear hands and feet. That allow her to wall climb on most terrain. A tail made from a similar materials as the claws that has retractable barbs and a pointed spear-head tip. Then for a kicker, teeth that are hard as any hardy metal and can bite hard enough to give anyone a bad day. Her claws are strong enough to cut at-least into anything short of tank Armour.

Able to see, head, smell, taste, ex. scores better than the average human being. Able to react and perceive to stimuli much quicker than the average human.

Clara is able to blend in with her surroundings turning invisible, by using the light around her.

    • The hat-thing on her head that calls itself Necronomicon. No THE, please. It has a mind of its own, but is mostly harmless. Smells like the ocean and is probably some sort of parasite despite what the name implies. Being an evil book, that is. Really doesn't like it when someone questions its name. Can communicate verbally, but doesn't like to because its eye is essentially on its tongue. Since he isn't very interested in people, he tends to just communicate psychically with Phillipa instead. Which he can do, by the by. He's physically bound to Phillipa via eight teeth inserted directly into her brain, and is irremovable without killing his host. Namely, Phillipa. Responsible for Phillipa's litany of physical mutations.
    • The most obvious of Phillipa's mutations are definitely the tentacle fingers. They're big, long, floppy, and strong. Don't underestimate them, really. Each one is practically a big white anaconda, perfect constricting, lifting, and thanks to their agility, snapping bone too. Can be controlled but either Phillipa or Nomi, but the prior has priority.
    • She also has a pair of tentacle 'tails'. They do practically the same thing as her fingers, but look lewder doing it.
    • Pinkish grey skin. Excretes slime rather than sweat and is considerably thicker and more durable than human skin, stopping primitive small arms without issue. More slippery than normal skin, with the sections covering her tentacles being reminiscent of squid or octopus skin.
    • Pink eyes. They aren't actually a weak spot. Probably because her connection to Nomi is behind it, they're durable to the point where they can stop gunfire.
    • Doesn't need to drink, eat, or breathe. She still does it because it's fun, though.
    Blood Type: Uh. Pink. Blood Type P. Don't transplant this. Tastes and smells like the ocean.

    Personality: Like, insubordinate, I suppose. As a team member, she's closer to something you point at something and hope they start a fight with her than a constructive member of a group. A force of nature! That's a nice way to put it. On a personal level she's decent. If personalities were ranked in levels, with 99 as the cap, she's be something like a 42. She's not unfriendly. She talks a lot, so to say, but mostly about things that people finished talking about five minutes ago or were never talking about in the first place.

    She gets along with the sort of people who'll keep her focused, mostly. The ones who keep a firm grip on the wheel of the conversation instead of letting her get tangled up in her own words. Probably because they're the only ones she can have a proper conversation with without getting confused and walking away out of embarrassment. The kind of person she respects the most is the one that's like that, and also smart, and also, like, cool. Whatever that means.

    She's mostly joined up with 'NA' because Nomi told her it'd be a good experience for her. Something about learning about the group dynamic before starting one of her own. But, seriously, she isn't interested in that sort of thing, and is really only there to satisfy her grumpy friend for life.

    Backstory: Uh, like, who knows. Amnesia. The hat says he sucked out all of Phillipa's old memories because they weren't really necessary, and she takes his word for it so it's not much of a concern for her. All she really knows is that he really, really wants her to start a cult but she's decidedly not ready for that sort of commitment. Instead, much to Nomi's frustration, she's elected to wander the world in search of, uh, something. Fame and fortune, maybe. But probably not anything that mundane. If you were to ask her, she'd probably answer with something like "to get life experience", but she hasn't exactly shown an inquisitive spirit in her adventures. Instead, she mostly just walks from city to city, breaks whatever gets in her way, and repeats.

    'Necronomicon': Affectionately referred to as Nomi. A half-hat, half-symbiote that claims to be made up of the leather that bound the Necronomicon. While a claim to which the legitimacy of is certainly questionable, Phillipa usually take it at face value. Not many worse things you could be made out of that the cover for the world's most cursed book, right? Despite its name, 'friendship' is probably applicable in some degree to the relationship between the pair. It's a massive nag, doling out advice and criticisms at every opportunity, something that Phillipa, fortunately, tends not to mind. It's just the way he shows that he cares, or something.

    Superpowers/Abilities
    Power: Reversion to Beyond - Embiggening. No, she doesn't call it that. Not anymore. Using a gas 'with the appearance of space' as a medium, Phillipa involves the aspect of a 'cosmic squid' and grows her tentacles to four times the size. Imagine a Kraken. But, like, stubbier. Naturally, their strength grows too, enough so to outright flatten a man. Oh, and they also get tougher. Like, a lot tougher. Like, no-sell explosives tougher.
    Mastery: Her dexterity is severely lacking. Under Phillipa's control, her enhanced tentacles are better for little more than wild flailing. Under Nomi's, they're considerably more precise, but as the 'space gas' that serves as a medium for the transformation is a product that he must actively produce, and a process that turning his focus from will halt, he can only control it for moments at best.
    Limits: Nomi can only store about five minute's worth of this gas, and takes an hour to completely 'refill' himself. The gas does not pool, instead seeming to vanish into the earth, meaning it can't be collected for a bolstered supply.
    Skills: Really great at multitasking. When she lets Nomi help, at least.

Even in a fight, she will frequently taunt and mock her opponents, not to provoke them into making a rash decision, but simply for fun.


While not a survivalist, she is more concerned with her own life than that of others, usually prioritising herself first. She is willing to sacrifice her team to achieve her goals. Teammates are just glorified meat shields anyways. It’s very difficult to earn her trust, let alone befriend her. Lacking any sense of compassion, she has no qualms about killing, be it friend or foe. She rarely get attached to anyone, and most of her love goes to her weapons.

Mark: Upon physical contact, Isa can ‘mark’ her targets. This allows her to see them clearly regardless any obstructions to vision, be it through solid objects or gas, in the dark, or even invisibility. She can mark up to three people, including her allies.

Ghost Mode: For 3 seconds, Isa becomes incorporeal and invisible, allowing her to avoid damage, phase through solid objects, and hide or escape as needed.

Superhuman speed, agility, and reflexes: While Isa’s strength and endurance are only slightly above average, she more than makes up for it with speed. She is fast enough to outrun most vehicles and dodge bullets, though automatic weapons can still turn her into swiss cheese.

Limits:
Mark: Only effective within a range of 50 meters, any target that manages to go beyond that range will no longer be marked. Name: Cain Will Cartwright.

Physiological/Psychological

Appearance:
Cain W. Cartwright has the appearance of a tall man with a skinny build, with his hair being the color of a dark blue with parted bangs that covers his good portion of the right side of his face. The eyes of Cain's eyes are the color of a very light blue, which would often be mistaken for silver under certain lights.


Height: 6 feet 1 inch.

Weight: 169lbs.

Costume*:
The costume which Cain wears as Pneuma consists of an entirely white blazer with a black shirt underneath it. He also wears a pair of white trousers with it. There are a pair of special red gloves and shoes that he wears that are both resistant to acid, and can allow him to secrete his blood through them without it getting stuck inside them. Pneuma also wears an all black mask that obscures the lower part of his face, with a zipper for his mouth.

Personality:
The easiest way to describe Cain is that he's a person who has a habit of getting bored very easily, often losing his interest after mere minutes or seconds when it comes to the more mundane of tasks. If something he once enjoyed gets repetitive after a while, he'll lose interest in that too. With an attention span that's as short as his, the things that he does like do are very few. Such as causing others misfortune, or in other words, fucking around with them. Cain finds amusement in annoying and messing with other people through small pranks, and generally just enjoys it. He constantly needs to find something to do, and will most likely laze around until he does find something.

Cain also possesses a certain bluntness that you wouldn't find in others, where he would have the gall to say anything about a certain person even if right in front of them without any restraint nor without much thought on it. Making him honest, though will occasionally dodge certain questions and such. The thing Cain values the most in his life is his freedom, and generally does not like being told what to do unless the task is at least something he thinks is enjoyable. However, he will do these tasks still in order to increase the trust and gain a few potentially useful allies that he could use in the future. Cain loves fun, but won't object to a little bit of responsibility every once in a while.

When it comes to fights, Cain holds little to no regard for his own life. Often charging straight into the fight and not having an ounce of fear for his own death, and will utilize any way he can possibly defeat opponent. Brute force is what he usually uses when fighting, showing no mercy and constant ruthlessness when he fights as it's the most fight he'll have in a fight than fighting with a strategy. Though even a person like him can exhibit some form of kindness. Cain has a soft spot for animals, and likes playing with them. For the people that he does actually care about and likes, he will try protecting them somewhat and absolutely does not like seeing them being hurt.

Backstory*:
Before becoming apart of the Cartwright family, Cain was originally born as Cain Fitzgerald where he lived with his original family up until his untimely kidnapping. His life before wasn't very eventful as he was kidnapped at a young age.

Corrosive Ichor - This power gives the user the power to secrete their blood, which in this case, is much different from a normal human's blood. With a very notable difference in the color, which is a lot more like a golden yellow rather than the typical crimson red. This special blood of his has the special property of being extremely similar to acid, being able to corrode objects like it were actual acid. Though he would often lose track of how much blood he's using up, effectively making him lose more blood than what's considered safe.

Limits:
First and foremost, the most lethal of a limit his power gives him is the blood loss. As if he secretes too much of his blood, he would be able to enter hypovolemic shock and experience all of it's symptoms. Such as feeling weak, cold or clammy skin, rapid heart rate, confusion, nausea, dizziness, loss of consciousness and etc. So Pneuma would have to be a lot more careful with his powers as he could die because of it.

Appearance: Levith is perhaps one of the more uncanny of her species, with more human-like traits the the most of her race, with fins placed on both sides of her head, mocking human ears. On her head is an accumulation of thick tentacles, which grow out of her head, a mimicry of human follicles. Oddly, like some octopus', her tentacle follicles can change pigment. Her skin is a dark blue hue, a likely result of her aquatic lineage. Her stomach and underarms are colored differently, mostly being a nice clear white. Her arms under arms however are a dull blood red on their underside. The reason why is unknown. Her head is angular, her jaw and chin strong, but now exactly overbearing. Her eyes are a deep brown color. She has two nose ports where a normal nose would be. This seems to be a fairly normal trait for her species. Her teeth are sharklike, pointed and serrated. On her limbs are fins with bright red colors within the webbing. The fins themselves seem to be used for faster travel in water, and can retract and expand. On both sides of her neck are three gills, six in all. Her feet are webbed, with four large toes and webbing in between them. Various scars and cuts are seen on her body, all them healed. The majority of the scars are on her back and arms, with a large cut running down her face. On her bottom half is a long, simple tail with a large fin running down it.

Personality: Raised with love and taught a respect for all life, Oberon takes great care not to harm any innocent. He may, at times, appear brash or impulsive, but he has a good heart, and truly means well. Fancying himself a bit of a bad boy, Obie likes to talk tough, and he isn't afraid to back it up if needs be. He can be a bit blockheaded, sometimes. Also a bit of a trickster, O's favorite pastime is pulling pranks on his hapless peers. Despite his aloof demeanor, Oberon can get deadly serious if he feels that either he or his comrades are being threatened. Despite his own brushes with death, as well as the deaths of his caretakers, Oberon's not the type to hold a grudge, or go out of his way to seek vengeance. That's not to say that he wouldn't necessarily enjoy the satisfaction of serving up just desserts to the people who wronged him... He just doesn't see the point in doggedly pursuing an unattainable goal. The dead are gone. No amount of retribution will ever bring them back.

Ever since he was a child, Obie was notoriously clumsy. It's hard to blame him. Difficult to get used to one's body when it is liable to change from minute to minute. While he doesn't believe in revenge, Oberon does have a strong sense of moral justice, instilled in him by the monks who raised him. What happened to his people was wrong. He'd let go of his anger over it long ago. Despite that, he can't shake the feeling of wrongness that accompanies him whenever he thinks back on the day. Sometimes it bubbles over.

Oberon's more bestial nature takes over under situations of extreme distress. Forgotten are the years of meditation, of peace. In an instant, they are replaced by unbridled, otherworldly fury that his form can hardly contain. He becomes inhuman, animalistic, and dangerous to everyone and everything around him until he calms down, typically having no memory of the events that had just taken place after reverting. Oberon is a man at war with himself. The human side tries to subdue the beast within. For now, the human side reigns, but for how long?

Backstory*: As a result of a science experiment - conducted in secret in a remote corner of the developing world - gone awry, a gate to another dimension opened. The team of scientists responsible for its creation were swallowed by it, never to be seen again. Just before it collapsed in on itself, the doorway spat out a child that was... Less than human. Taken in and sheltered by a clan of nomadic monks, the child was revered by some as a deity, and raised by others as a son. The boy grew up like any other human child, and was given a name by the chieftain of the clan, the same man who'd first discovered him alone on the mountain. Shortly after, a group of scientists - upon discovering the research conducted by their bygone predecessors - sought out the sight of the unrecorded massacre, and followed a trail that led them to the boy. When the monks refused to give him up, they were slaughtered and the boy was taken to an underground facility for testing. He was given the code-name Oberon, after the King of the Faeries as cited in medieval and renaissance literature. Years later, Oberon escaped his prison and has been on the run ever since.

Oberon's extra-dimensional heritage allows him the ability to transform his body at will. At the speed of thought, he can shape-shift into any form he desires. He can grow or shrink in size, transform his body (partially or fully) however he sees fit, as well as enhance his physical properties to perform superhuman feats.

- Supernatural Condition
As a byproduct of his ability, Oberon is stronger, faster, and more durable than a normal person, and his form shift directly correlates to the appropriate change in condition (i.e. transforming into a gorilla increases his strength comparative to the strength difference between a gorilla and a normal human).

- Regenerative Healing Factor
Because of his ability, Oberon heals at a vastly accelerated rate when compared to the normal person.

Mastery of Power: Low

Oberon is still learning how to use his power. Like an awkward preteen still growing into themselves, O still has a lot to learn, and is still very much in the stage of 'testing the waters' of exactly what he's capable of.

Limits:

At his current level, Oberon's strength and speed are around peak human levels.

Oberon's freedom with his transformations means that he has to be careful. If he isn't, he could end up transforming into a form wholly inept at combat. Likewise, since Oberon's transformations are not exact copies of things he sees, but rather his own design, he has a hard time exactly replicating the form of his desire.

If Oberon were to be knocked unconscious, his for would revert to that of a human. The longer Oberon stays transformed, the riskier the transformation becomes, and the higher the chance becomes that he might revert to a more primitive state of mind.

Oberon can heal all wounds to at least some degree, however the more severe the injury the longer it takes to heal. Because of his ability requiring excessive amounts of energy, Oberon's metabolic rate is much higher than the average person. Thus, he must consume large amounts of food a day to maintain his body.

The longer he remains in a Primal state, the stronger he becomes. However, prolonged time in this state will erase his humanity and reduce him to a mere beast.

    Despite this feeling of animosity toward authority, he is far from a loose cannon hero.     Barrett is also incredibly authoritative in his own right, not afraid to boss around his subordinates. Despite this side of him, he does take enjoyment in some softer things from time to time. However, for the most part, his interests lie within the betterment of the country.

    Superpowers/Abilities
    Powers:
    Superhuman Strength - Despite being a hero that handles street level threats, Iron Quad possesses immense strength that allows him to go toe to toe with some of the stronger opponents. He can comfortably lift about 6 tonnes, almost the same way an average sized man can lift a chair.
    • Superhuman Strike - Moving around is effortless for Iron Quad, and he's able to deliver strikes that are capable of completely removing someone's head with a single punch should they not roll with the punch.
    • Superhuman Durability - Iron Quad's durability is far beyond that of his own physical strength. A sharp weapon will require immense effort to cut him, small fire bullets bounce off of him, and the only impairment he'll get from a grenade is a cough and ringing in his ears. It takes other superpowers, energy attacks, or an extremely heavy bullet to deal damage to him. His mucous membranes are equally protected, so don't think of poking his eyes out.
    Magnetic Body - Iron Quad was injected with a strange serum that mingled with his body, giving him magnetic qualities, including an ambient magnetic field of 5 milliTesla, or about the strength of a fridge magnet.
    • Magnetic Clap/Pulse Generation - A simple clap from Iron Quad sends out an outward magnetic pulse with the power of about 40 Tesla, which allows him to push back ferromagnetic materials a fair distance, disrupt/destroy most forms of technology at close or medium range, wipe credit cards, knock electrical attacks to the ground, and cause external damage to anyone wearing metal. The magnetic clap is, in fact, so powerful that it causes discomfort to someone through their internal organs, and can create ripples on water.
    • Magnetic Resistance - Iron Quad can resist a magnet tugging on his body, but in the end it's a fight of who has the stronger magnet.

    Mastery of Power: Iron Quad has the physiology of an incredibly well trained athlete, allowing him to lift far beyond his comfortable lifting capacity, though he prefers not to due to back problems. He knows exactly what his magnetic claps can do, and uses it to his full advantage.
    Limits:
    • Passive Conductivity - Iron Quad passively conducts electricity, making electrical attacks 1.4x more effective on him. This isn't counteracted by his natural durability, as his molecules are much closer, thus making multiple powerful electrical attacks capable of rendering him unconscious. The only time this limit does not apply is if he times a magnetic clap. The clap is strong enough to bend a lightning bolt, should he have the reaction speeds or timing to do so (he doesn't).
    • 8 Claps Per Minute - Iron Quad can only perform 8 claps per minute before his body begins to lose its magnetic qualities temporarily. This will exponentially decay his magnetic claps' strength, until it levels at around 10 millitesla, which is virtually ineffective.
    • Strength Limit - Iron Quad's muscles and bones can handle so much weight. Lifting a bus of 10-15 tons may prove to very challenging, and holding it for too long would snap his bones, and cause the bus to break.
    • Magnetic Body - Iron Quad can be rendered immobile by a powerful enough magnetic field, though he is capable of resisting it to some degree. Fields exceeding 60 Tesla will render his body fully immobile.
    • Calorie Requirement - Iron Quad's body requires a lot of energy to function, and thus requires him to eat about 15,000 calories per day, and 100+ milligrams must be iron for him to maintain his magnetic body.
    • Weight - Iron Quad's natural weight can cause him to crash through floors. It also takes him about ten seconds to accelerate to his top speed of 25 miles per hour.
    • Asphyxiation/Exhaustion - Despite having various handheld bombs and fireworks thrown at his face time and time again, Iron Quad has discovered the only problem is the weird change in pressure from an explosion that challenges his ability to breathe. He needs more oxygen than the average person, which may make him tire out quicker if he's constantly moving.

    Skills:
    • Hand-to-Hand Combatant - Did you expect a big hulking brute like him to just swing wildly? NO! Iron Quad is adept in 3 flavors of martial arts, including karate, tae kwon do, and wing chun. He knows the human body almost as well as a nurse, and knows all of its weak spots. Not that it matters.
    • Intelligence - Iron Quad is very intelligent, with a considerable IQ of 150 and extensive knowledge in the subject areas of physics, chemistry, and the human body.
    • Intimidating Appearance - Iron Quad is incredibly intimidating not only because of his appearance, but because of his way of speaking. He never asks to be excused, always says "It was my pleasure/You're very welcome" rather than "No problem", and speaks in a low, rough voice that rumbles windows and stones alike.
    • Misogyny/Misandry (Yes, these are skills) - Iron Quad doesn't care if you're a dude or a chick. He'll fuck you up either way if you try to walk in without an invitation...
    • Gardening - In Iron Quad's spare time as Barrett, he usually waters the garden around the club he works at.
