Maya looked up from examining the pudding to glare at Alexio before jumping his pudding back into the cart. "No. I didn't want anything. Besides, it's probably contaminated with jerk." Maya smiled sweetly before turning to walk away, continuing her search for Nicholas. She found him in the back staring at coffee creamer's.


"What are you doing?"


"Getting coffee, why?"


"Just wondering."


"Ya, it's almost always like this. Their always out somewhere. Some times they're at the range, some times Nicholas grows a pair and test out his own invention's with Maya. Sarah should be in her room though." Ken said as he opened the oven and put the pizza inside.

Nilith walked around the room, examining before turning back to him. "I am assuming that your brother isn't a famous inventor? It's surprising he isn't" She stated.

Alexio gaped at the girl as she walked away. "Contaminated....pudding?"

"No, he's just Nicholas. I don't think he would want to be famous anyway. He tries to be humble and what not. You know." Ken checked the pizza once more before following Nilith into the back, watching her examine the vehicles and weapons Nicholas had created. "Just don't touch that gun thing or the brass knuckle things."

"Hm, he could make some serious money off of these. He could revolutionize the world." Nilith stated. She reached out to touch one of his creations when Ken told her not to touch so she pulled her hand back. "I would love to meet him."

"Well they should be coming back soon."

The linen wrapped around Ken's arm's unwound itself as he whipped around. Nicholas quickly ducked to avoid being decapitated, staring up at Ken frantically. "What was that for?!" Ken stared down at Nicholas and chuckled before stepping out of the way to show him Nilith. He simply pointed at her before walking out of the room, leaving Maya and Nicholas with Nilith. Nicholas stood and walked over to Nilith before smiling. "Hi! I'm Nicholas. You are?"

Nilith smiled back. "I'm Nilith. I heard you were an inventor from Ken so I was fascinated to meet you." She walked around looking at all his creations. "Did you make all these?'

"Yep. I'm the inventor of this fine establishment." Nicholas chuckled slightly, waving his arm's around. "Uh, the two I'm working on currently focus on raw energy. I'm using a home made flux capacitor to store large amounts of electricity and then transport it to a sort of holding chamber inside of the gun that then projects it out as either a steady stream of electricity with a good mix of power and force, an all-force blast, or a lethal stream of just power. And the thing's that look like they have a TV on fist part? Those generate static that immediately stuns the person on the other end on contact. Rubbing the two metal plates on it together generates more static at the cost of them... well.... Blowing up."

Arriving back at Johnathan's estate, Alexio walked into the building carrying twenty-four shopping bags.


"Hey Johnny, guess who's back!" Alexio called. "And no, it's not your fucking prostitutes!"

"That was my wife who came in that one time. Your the only one who brings prostitute's in here. Need proof? Check MY bed. Not yours, mine." Johnathan was still in the front room, reading a news paper while the new's went on about some hurricane that was tearing through Metropolis. "So, what did you get?"

Alexio put the bags down on the table. "Pudding, pudding, pudding, military grade explosives, pudding, pudding, a pet kitten, and...um...oh yeah, pudding," he replied, walking into the front room.

Alexio looked at Johnathan, a grin plastered on his face. "Hell yes!" He then looked at the small kitten that had followed him into the room. "Satan, you stay here and gaurd the place. Got it?"

Johnathan stood and walked to The Closet before entering The Lab. He walked up to his suit and put it on before walking over to his glider. "Get Alexio's suit set up for him. Hey, you fixed everything right? He's not gonna explode on me, is he?" One of Johnathan's lab assistants walked up to him and nodded. "Yes sir, we fixed all the bugs and even tweaked the system a bit." Johnathan nodded as he straightened his gauntlets. "Ya, okay. I'm serious, if he blows up, one of you is losing a job."

"Truly Fascinating. I am inventor and scientist myself." Nilith said. "Cybernetics mostly, but others. How did you get funding to make this equipment?" She asked.

"Oh, well I work as an engineer and my sister works at a McDonalds. We don't get much money out of it, but we make the best out of what we do get. So Nilith, why exactly are you here, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Well, your brother crashed one of your inventions in front of me and I asked him where he got it and he told me you. I was fascinated so that is why I am here now. Now, I have an idea. How would you like larger funding?" Nilith asked.

"Really? You can help me out with that? I mean... Wow! That would really help me.... Like, a lot. I mean, I could buy tools, maybe buy a small warehouse so I can have a proper work place slash experimental range slash lab slash.... Anything!" Nicholas was now pacing around the room as idea's flowed through his head until his brain became focused on one specific creation. "Hmm....... Nilith, how soon can you get me that funding? Idea's are flowing... Hey, can you hand me the blue construction paper, the ruler, the pen- In fact, give me everything on that table over there." Nicholas said, pointing at a table in the corner in the room.

Nilith walked over to the table and lifted it easily and brought it over to him. She then reached into her pocket and pulled a wad of cash out. "Effective immediately." She stated. @AvidElmV2

"One carmel macchiato! Get it while its hot!" Xin said while finishing up the macchiato and setting it on the serving counter do someone to pick it up. As they did he smiled and waved at them while they did too. He kept on making coffee, waiting for his shift to be over. He sighed while The Coffee Shop had a slow time and only one or two people came in every hour for a few hours. He laid his head down on the serving counter and decided to talk to Ao Shin.


"Hey My Lord. How are you doing?"


"I am well. And you Xin, my child?"


"Great thanks for asking. Just a little bored. Anything new"


"I am in your body... How could anything be new?"


"Oh. Right. Sorry."


Xin saw a few kids walk into The Coffee Shop and he quickly told Ao Shin to wait for a moment as he took their orders and made their coffee.

Nicholas reached out a shaky hand to grab the money. He then began to count he money, his eyes widening as the amount grew. "100..... 400... 900.... 1200.... 1500. Wow... I..… This is amazing. Nilith, I don't know how I could ever repay." Maya was now sitting in the corner, playing on game on her phone.


Sarah walked into The Coffee Shop and took a seat at a table, waiting for the line to shorten before she ordered. Once the line was empty, Sarah finally stood and walk over to counter before smiling at Xin. "Hi, can I get coffee? No cream, blacks fine."

Aron finished his daily training and went to The Coffee Shop. He just started his life as a hero not too long ago, after all even if he had superhuman abilities, he still needed training. And that's exactly what he did, a lot of training in a variety of martial arts and parkour. He came next to Sarah and looked at Xin. ''Hello, I'd like a cappuccino, please'' he said to Xin.

"Just make more inventions and that will be payment enough." Nilith said kind of vaguely. She was hoping she could possibly take some of his inventions, or all of them, for her own purposes. @AvidElmV2

Xin leaned per the counter to listen to the girl and he replied to her with, "Alright princess. Good choice!" While he began making the black coffee, he heard the man ask for a cappuccino. "Definitely one of my favorites sir! One cappuccino and one black coffee comin' up!" He continued making the drinks. Wen he finished he belight them both out onto the counter and said, "Here y'all go! One cappuccino and one black coffee!" He smiled to them and told them the cost of each drink. "Five dollars for the black coffee and five fifty for the cappuccino."

It was another day for Amy as she paced back and forth on the roof of a tall apartment building, trying to think of what she would entertain herself with today. She was too hyped to wait until night to begin raiding so she wanted to do something until then. Maybe she could toy with the people below, like target practice.


The idea made her smirk and giggle as she walked over to the edge and looked below. /Hmmm....who or what will be my target?/ Her eyes searched below until they landed on what looked like a coffee shop, watching several people walk in. It seemed like it was a popular little place and a perfect target.
