Realistic or Modern Heroes of Tomorrow: Degenerates of God (A Superhero/Villain Rp)

Welcome to Reidora, a large bustling city near the sea. Might seem normal at first but the difference from most is that, like the old abandoned city known as Empire or Suicide city, it had supers. Unlike Suicide City though, supers aren't exactly....accepted into society. The news from around the world make them seem more like terrorist or unwanted freaks. However, despite the claims, Heroes of Tomorrow is a thing though it's gained the added title, Degenerates of God. For every hero though, there's a villain right around the corner. So, allow me to welcome you to HOTDOG.

Other Info:
Time - Takes place 1 year after the original HOT. Empire City has gained the name Suicide City from constant death and destruction.

Reidora - A coastal city close to the ocean. Population: About 2 million

Ethnicities - Mostly black and white. Asian, Hispanic, and others are minorities. Oh, and there are aliens...

Crime Rate - Low murder rate, frequent break-ins, pickpocketing, and vehicle theft.

Housing - Houses are mostly apartments. Some live in vehicles on parking lots, and others live in buildings. The homeless are given shelter and basic food.

Heroes of Tomorrow - An underground organization of superheroes, who fight crime within the city.

Aliens - The public is aware of the existence of aliens, however they are often treated the same way as supers.

Heroes - For those who are considering on joining the underground organization HOTDOG, you'll be receiving a letter and i'll give you the details when the rp starts.

Shammy: Alright, as most of you are probably gaining, this is a sequel to HOT. Me and Jpax have been working on this since the site was originally down. I will go into everything else when the real rp starts but if you have any questions, please let me know.

Could I play as a super who has control over nuclear reactions?

What about an evil overlord from a fantasy universe that was thrown across space-time at his defeat, and now mostly de-powered, seeks to turn his life around and fight for great justice?

Or maybe an alien robot, meant to consume all life, who now only wants to roam around town, clearing out restaurants, and protecting the people who give him nom noms?

Windsock Unlike HOT, I do have limits here. Here are some rules 1. You would need a weakness(That'll be in the CS) 2. You shouldn't be able to wipe out multiple people at once. 3. You should have your own limits and try not to be OP if that makes sense.

Drippi the Monk will anally desimate anyone who apposes him. Unless they take away his booze... Then he will use a gun XD and maybe a few... Other stuff.
