RN Winters did a good job with the procedures. Several other RNs and surgeons entered the room, and she began to command them flawlessly. They were able to keep Alexander Rooker unconscious until they were able to extract the bullets to the best of their ability. Then they began to stitch together the wounds as efficiently as possible, leaving little time for anything to happen.

Faith trotted off into the side of the room and curled up on the side. She licked her paws and closed prepared to transform back into a human, as soon as the nurses were done operating and the man on the bed was ready to be conscious again.

Echo stood outside the door, frantically clicking her cube as she stared at the two. The clicking was quiet, but it was needed because it was a way to get her energy out without panicking. If she didn't, her hands would start twitching and it wouldn't be good.

"Okay, Thousand can handle this. We just need to stay here at least, just in case. Amelia, if she gets out, can you create a barrier around the door maybe? Like a wall of lava? Is that possible..." The last part was mumbled to herself as she thought. "I, uh, could try and blow her back? And Irene, you've got the experience here. Do you think we'd be sounding the alarm? Or would we want to fight?"

"We're here." The helicopter landed, opening the door immediately. The image of Harper dissipated immediately, changing to the real Harper in the med-bay. Now with Harper in control of her own body, she opened the door and beckoned Umbra to come in. "Umbra, come inside. There are some things I would need you to see." The first thing would be the other injured heroes. Harper attempted to wake up Yolya first. "Yolya, wake up." She did a few shakes first, before lightly slapping him across the face. The second thing Harper did was attend to the rest.

Amira crossed her arms and waited for the rest of the group to be healed. Hopefully Yolya would wake up and help with healing, or else everyone would have to take it slow. "Umbra, you're back. Good to see you."

He would wake up in the operating chamber and his suit lying in the corner. He stood up and right in time as the other RNs and surgeons come in to check on his condition. "I would like to thank for your assistance and for saving my life, but mark my words... None of this gets out, or else" He says in a menacing voice. Now the alexander that the public knows is very friendly, so them seeing this side of alex is very shocking. "Who brought me here" He asked

Yolya, having be out for sometime has finally awoken. He was on a medical bed, next to three others. Kuma's wasn't there; instead it was Harper. Yolya got up from the medical bed. What happened? He asked himself. He remembered that the HeroTunes building was on fire. He looked out the window in that direction. The HeroTunes building was gone. Yolya slammed his hand against the window. He failed to save them. He tried to reason with himself, when Handler walked in.

Handler looked over the people who needed medical treatment. The kid from the bank, a woman, and Titanium. He then recognized Yolya. Yolya looked over at Handler. They both did not say a word. Handler then just left the room.

Yolya looked over at Harper. "Do you need help?" He said, slowly and weak. After today, everyone needed help one way or another.

Benny continued to scream, though most of it was crying now. Everything was gone. Ivan was gone. Even the hero who had tried to help was hurt. Nothing seemed right at the moment, and he was terrified. His body still wouldn't move and part of him feared it never would again. Who knew how long crazy man's thing would last.

When Jackie came over, Benny took several shaky breaths and looked at her happily. Just the fact that she'd come over to see him made him feel a lot better. His screaming stopped and was replaced by little whimpers every now and again. "C-Can I have mister Ivan?" Benny finally asked. He knew what was probably going to come next. Either 'Okay! Let's call him!' or, 'Ivan is dead.' Hopefully the first happened. That was the only thing Benny really wanted right now. He wanted Ivan to hug him and tell him it was okay.

He wanted to be at home watching the heroes on TV, or having Titanium come to his school for a visit. He did not want to come into the HQ paralyzed and sobbing as his life was yanked out from under him.

Umbra put the Freighter general inside a temporary cell in the HQ and then headed to the lab. He then looked around the lab and saw the injured people around him. A young boy in tears, a girl with white hair singed, an injured Titanium, and Yolya. "It's good to see you to Amira, two very rough days back to back huh?" He said with a small smile before turning to Yolya. "Sit down Yolya, at this point all injured heroes need rest. Considering today's events we have to have you rested to have as many people to fight." He walked over to the young boy and the girl and put his hand on the boy's head. "Relax, everything will be okay. Take deep calm breaths. From your tears I can tell something bad must of happened, be strong and fight your fears." He said with one last rub of the head before moving over to Titanium and looked at him. He had known Titanium since he became level two and gained a big name for himself. He nodded his head and looked at Harper and Amelia. "What happened to them? Where they at HeroTunes and were injured or something else?" As he asked he felt a hand tug his arm. He looked down and saw Titanium's eyes barely open. "It wasn't the Freighters. There's some a new villain cell in the city, this kid got involved, and this girl tried to help. In the end though I exerted myself and now looked pretty banged up." He said turning his head to Benny and Jackie.

Jacklyn sits in pain but patiently besides Benny taking in shallow breathes as she gives Benny a little small smile before blinking "Sorry I dont know an Ivan...?" She tilts her head a bit blinking her big blue eyes a bit before looking up towards Umbra then over to Titanium. Shifting around, she nods a bit "Some crazy guy that looked like Ghost Rider went well...all crazy after they grabbed and stabbed this here kid" she says nodding her head to Benny taking a breath before grinning "I dont know about you guys but that was fun!" She says after a moment of silence a second of insanity flashing over her face and behind her where her shadow was Umbra and the others would see her own shadow steadily grow and expand behind her before shrinking back to a more managable size. Clearing her throat she looks to Benny "You might wanna fix the kid up" She says firmly as she looks over him "Hero's and...uh...me can come last" She says shrugging a bit before wincing at her burn wounds.(Unless they're healed then >_>)

"Nobody will ever hear you were doing a batman cosplay. Nice suit, by the way. The dog brought you here, no kidding. That's one strong puppy." The nurse joked before putting on a mask. "Lie down again. You aren't fit to move. The stitches need time to set." As the stitches did set, Winters, left the room. "I'll leave you alone with your dog before we have to operate again. Um...she has three heads." Winters wasn't surprised by the man in the bat suit initially, but the fact that he came on a three-headed dog, and those three heads were real pretty much scared Winters. She slowly left the room, closing the curtains and dashing off to the front desk.

The sound of depressurization and a light explosion was heard from the side of Alex's bed. For the first time, the three-headed dog corpse ripped apart in half, exposing a woman curled up inside. The corpse slowly began to mold into the woman's body structure. First the skeleton formed above the dog corpse, clearly showing her in the fetal position. Then the muscles wrapped around her bones, and nerves began clicking in place around her body. Finally, her skin molded around her body and sealed itself shut. The last thing to come in place were Faith's eyes. The six dog-eyes merged into two, and zipped into Faith's skull like two bullets. Faith slowly got to her feet, half sedated from the transformation into a human being. She didn't realize that she was completely exposed, but of course that wasn't her concern. She swayed on her feet before looking at the man on the bed. "You...you look like Alexander Rooker. Wait, are you...Alexander Rooker?"

"Yes, help would be nice. Please take the liberty to remove all burns off of the patients. I will bring them something to eat. Now, do not fret about the HeroTunes building. That can be resolved later. For now, your lives are the number one priority. Is anybody hungry?" The cybernetic woman got to her feet and raised a digital hand to a panel. Her metallic fingers clinked on every surface as the medical bay began to shift slightly. Under Harper's supervision, the rooms could move around. In this case, the entire medical bay was moving through the entire HQ all the way to the ground floor, for ease of leaving without exposing the HQ to the general public.

Amira turned to Umbra and scoffed. "I chose worst time to return. It isn't my fault, some сука decided to blow up HeroTunes and now I'm ready to take someone's head off." Second on the list of cold blooded killers was Amira Somna. Almost like Blue in physiology and mentality, though she hated being mostly metal and would prefer to have some human qualities. Amira was suddenly reminded of her humanity as she thought about it. Then the shadow girl said something. "I wouldn't describe that as fun, okay? Please calm down."

Another opportunity was present for Amira to prove herself to be more than just a cold blooded hero that killed without blinking. She decided that it was time for dinner, and everyone in the medical bay was going to have to eat. "I will prepare dinner for everybody. Please enjoy your time with each other while your wounds are being healed."

As the room moved around, Yolya began to heal himself. "It's okay, Umbra," Yolya said. "I can heal myself. It will take a minute or two." Yet, while Yolya can heal himself physically, he can not mentally. He regrets not helping anyone. Many deaths have occurred, without his duty to stop them. He just hoped those victims were resting in heaven.

After healing himself, he began to heal Benny. After Benny, he moved to the women, and then finally Titanium. They were mostly healed. Yolya didn't know if they had internal injuries. He couldn't heal those.

Benny remained immobile while Jackie talked, and he slowly slipped into despair again. He'd lost his friend. He'd gotten his best friend and almost father killed. Ivan had promised to adopt Benny by the end of the year when he moved. He'd said that Benny was a charmer, and that Ivan would take care of him and be the father he never had. And then Benny got him killed by being stupid. Benny got his almost father killed by not following orders. I'll listen from now on. He promised himself as Yolya got to him. After about twenty seconds of the man healing him, Benny was practically jumping out of the bed.

His eyes were wild and frantic as he backed away from the heroes. "I-Ivan! We-we have to get mister Ivan! Please! Please I need him!" He cried as his breathing grew frantic again. Everything was falling apart once more. His limbs had been brought back, though still a bit numb, but now he had to think about Ivan. "Please! W-we have to help him!" Benny whimpered as he frantically searched the room with his eyes.

He wasn't going to leave now though. Last time he left a hero, this happened. It was a scary thought, that the villains could be anywhere at any time and anyone could be a target. If a hero had just watched a little closer, he wouldn't be worrying about if his new dad had been killed. He wouldn't have been nearly killed. It all could have been prevented. Yes, he was pretty upset, but he was terrified too. The heroes would be lucky if he ever left now.

The shaking boy finally stopped backing away as the feeling of something behind him got stronger. Instead he bolted and ran straight to cling to Umbra's legs. He'd liked how Umbra had ruffled his hair like Ivan did, it felt safe and happy. That's why he ran for him instead of Titanium. (Benny was scared and mad at him for not getting the woman even if it wasn't really the hero's fault. He needed someone to blame)

He looked at the white haired girl, and didn't say anything to her comment as Amira had said what he wanted to. He then saw the shadows she was giving off, his eyes widened a bit. He knew of other shadow users, but that face she made even if temporary was all to familiar to him. Just then One came out and pushed his head to the side before giving off a small pulse. Umbra simply rubbed the die of the tail before it went over to the girl and looked around her, before nudging her face a little before going back. "Sorry about that. One's the only one of the tails to develop it's own personality, so I sort of rely on him from time to time. He didn't mean anything harmful, in fact he took quite a liking to you shockingly." He said having his tail go over the top of him. As he did Yolya went and healed Titanium fully.

Richard had no internal wounds, mostly external and epidermal. He slowly got up from his little bed before looking as his hand before making a fist. "Some dinner would be nice. Getting some energy for my body is what I need now, so let's go get some." He said hoping off his little bed and slowly walked over to Benny, as he was still feeling some pain. "Calm down Benny, Umbra is a busy man with busy things to do. Right now we have to keep you safe." He said pulling him off of his legs. "I'm sorry about your friend, but this is the world you want to be apart of. You shouldn't have experienced this, but be careful in the future." He then faced Jackie and spoke to her. "Thanks for keeping him company while I was out. From what I saw you'd make a good hero if you could get a grip of yourself." He said lightly laughing a little, rubbing the back of his head.

Umbra then began to walk off towards the door. Titanium saw him walk away and began to speak to him. "Aren't you gonna get a bite to eat? You always like doing that." He said a bit sarcastically. "I'll catch up later, I need to see how my new sidekick is doing. Knowing her she went to see where her friends are and I have a decent idea of where that is." He then turned to Harper and smiled at her. "Thanks for picking me up, I'll come see you in central when i'm done. There you can heal me up when you need to." He said that as he opened the door and closed it behind him and began to walk through the facility. As he did he began to start feeling his wounds, he winced at the sudden jolt of pain on his arm. He looked down and saw one of his cuts bleed a bit more, but not major. He then heard Echo's voice down the nearest hall and went there, brushing off the last remaining ash. He walked up to the group of three and waved with his left arm. "Hey guys, good to see all three of you okay." He said smiling at them, before he nodded his head at Amelia. His wounds were clearly visible even though he played it off with the small burn marks, bruises, scuffs, and cut marks on his body. Even his clothes were slightly burnt and cut.

"Yeah, I can create a wall. I'm not sure molten rock can hold her back however." Amelia said softly to Echo as she stared at the door. A sick feeling kept rolling over her as she listen in. She felt like she was hearing something few have even heard, which might possibly be the case. She looked down at her hands and wondered what Thousand was. What Friday was. What was the line that had to be crossed in order to get to a Level 3. What has to have happened to give the abilities Thousand has.

She thought back to how he was able to take out Friday so easily. In that moment, she was afarid of him. In this moment, she was afarid of him. Fear of what he was seemed to consume her because no one knew. Why was it so important he kept it a secret?

She heard footsteps and when she looked up, she saw Umbra. Her fast intake of breath quickly told how she was feeling once she saw all the injuries on him. She quickly went over to him and got a closer look. "What happened? Did William escape? Was he the one who did this to you..." She realized her voice was getting frantic and louder as she talked, so she quickly got quiet. "I'll be right back." She told Echo and Irene. Then walked with Umbra out.

She started to quickly walk to the med bay with him as she pounded him with questions. "How could he have gotten away? Who else was there with you? Are you sure your okay? God, maybe I should have gone with you." She shook her head and paused when she entered the med bay to several new faces. Most noteably a kid, a girl with white hair, and a man she somewhat regonized.

She also saw Titanium here as well as Harper and Amira, which she found herself going back to the person she was prior to meeting Umbra. "Ah, I would love some clarification..." She whispered to Umbra, but it was still loud enough for others to hear.

Jacklyn watched everything go on as she sat where she had been for the last few minutes, now healed she would happily move her arms and legs a bit more after the dull pain went away and she could move more freely. Then the hero with the strange black shadow tails came up and began to talk with her and then one of the tails actually POKED her which clearly made her giggle a bit and look at the tendril in curiosity "You named your shadows too? Oh thats cool mine is James" She says before blinking and looking over to Titanium "Get a grip of myself? I think I have a grip of myself, maybe a little banged up inside...but im peachy" She says giving the OK sign with her hand and a childish grin before she springs off her seat. Now standing she would stretch and rub her arms watching the two heroes go before she huffs "Get a grip he says...It seems im not the only one with a named shadow" She says a little loud on purpose before grumbling and rubbing her eyes looking to Benny who was probably still shaken up and not getting enough attention a traumatized kid should be getting 'cuz...ya'know dead father and what not. Soon she would make her way over towards Benny and give him one of her best sane smiles and actually pulling it off fairly well as she leans down "Hey uhh...kid sorry I dont know your name but im Jacklyn! Or Jackie which ever you prefer...do you umm..." she racks her brain for options and idea's before only settling for a smile and opening her arms for a hug as she tilts her head "Err..hug?" She says tilting her head.

As Handler walked down the hallway, thinking about the incident and the nightmare, two people walked past him. Umbria and, of course, the beautiful perfect red hair girl, Amelia. As they walked past, Handler looked back at Amelia. Her back was as great as her front! Handler wanted her to be his, so he finally took his chance.

"Execute Command Red Head Hook Up," Handler said aloud, in a Palpatine voice. He turned around and followed Amelia to the medical room. He waited outside the hallway, thinking of pick-up lines. No, its a bit too early. Handler thought. We need to establish a friendship first, before we can be lovers. Plus, I'm 17 and she's 18. If I wait a while, I will turn the right age. While we wait, we will establish that friendship! Great idea, me! No problem, me!

Handler kept complimenting himself before going up to Amelia, forgetting Umbra was also there. "Hi there!" Said Handler, a bit nervous. "I really need to thank you for saving me earlier. You stopping that train was amazing. And they say us sidekicks were useless."

Benny seemed a bit afraid of Jackylyn at first, but when she introduced herself he was instantly clinging to her. "H-He was-he was going to be my dad!" He whimpered as he buried his head against her. "He wanted to adopt me..." That was heartbreak in his voice as again he realized Ivan probably was gone.

"I'm Benny... I need to talk to..." He finally let go of Jackylyn and smiled at her sadly with gratitude clear in his eyes. Then he took off after Titanium even though his legs were shaking still. "W-Wait! I need-I need to know! Did you find mister Ivan?!' He begged, standing in front of the hero. That was what he needed to know. Did he just lose everything?

"Please mister... H-He was gonna be my dad. Is he really gone?" Then without waiting for an answer, as he already knew, Benny ran forward and clung to Titanium's legs as he sobbed. "He's gone... He's gone..." Benny whispered as he cried against the hero. Even if he was mad at him, he'd saved him and Benny owed him respect. It wasn't the hero's fault anything had happened, it was his own.

As soon as he walked up he saw the worried face and heard the worried voice in his sidekick. Amelia bombarded him with questions, not enough time to answer them all fluently. She then dragged him off back to the medical area. "Amelia, Amelia relax. I'm fine." He said as they were still walking down the hallway. He was able to slow her down and calmly talk to her. "William did escape, but don't worry I gave him a good run for his money. I landed many more hits on him than he did to me." He said with a confident smile, before turning into a serious and worried face. "Amelia look what happened there and what I did there is a side of me I normally don't bring out, and frankly I'm glad you didn't go. If you got hurt in any way I would feel guilty. Amelia they killed every guard, they sent an entire army, they even had their leader escape. But all of that couldn't beat me, your hero defeated that entire army and their leader. If only I didn't get distracted I would have laid the finishing blow." He then grabbed her shoulder as they were at the medical bay doors and looked at her. "As long as I am on this planet I will always be by your side and fight along side you. I hope the same if for you." He said with a smile to her.

As he was about to walk in with her, Handler came up to them as they entered. It was clear the kid had a crush on his new sidekick, and he said a few words to the kid. "I don't mind you two handing out, but if I were you i'd give her space." Was all he said to him as they walked in. Titanium in the meantime talked to Jackie for a bit. "Well Umbra named that tail only because after all those years of existing it developed it's own personality and gained autonomy in his power, so I think that warrant's a name." He said towards the girl. "And if you are stable in the head then I suggest you sign up to become a hero. It's normally Umbra's gig to bring vigilantes and young villains to our side, hell the dude has the most amount of them. Having another shadow user in the heroes though would be good." Was all he said to her when Umbra, Amelia, and Handler walked in.

As Friday felt her head move forwards because of Thousand's blow in an attempt to knock her out, she phased. The collar fell to the ground with a metallic clink, and Friday's form turned into pure plasma. The walls began to twist and expand slightly before stopping. Friday returned to her original form and was now standing against the wall with a grin on her face. "I know you are the most powerful hero there is. But not even you can take me down in one sitting. That's why I'm offering some terms."

Friday lowered herself from the wall. An invisible plasma barrier stood between her and Thousand. This was Friday's method of protecting herself. Accelerating her perception, the world began to move in slow motion, like faulty clockwork. "First things first, I would like a pumpkin spice latte with extra foam. Then I'd like some chocolate cookies, I've been starving for the last few days. Third, I'd like also like to get my hands on some booze. If you're gonna keep me prisoner, at least let me be drunk so I can't harm anybody."

Irene grunted and slammed her fist into the wall. "SURE! Leave us, Amelia! You're too important anyways!" She turned to Echo and froze up. "What are you lookin' at? Stand guard, dammit!" This sudden mood swing was only because of something else. Not because she was mad at either Amelia or Echo, but it was because someone was standing next to her, something that only Irene could see.
"I'm Arco and I'm back."

"Arco? Wait, shit, did I just say that out loud? Echo, ignore that." She suddenly trailed off, staring at the wall as if she was looking at an 8 foot tall man. Unfortunately, nobody else could see it but her.

"Huh... Should we be freaking out? Wait?! What the heck Amelia?! Yeah... Just leave us here... Great idea..." She mumbled before turning to look at the cell. Friday wanted food and Starbucks from what she could tell. "Is this normal around here?" She asked nervously, looking at Irene. "Do villains always demand alcohol and lattes?"

Alex would be stunned to see a woman and not just a woman, a beautiful one too. He was stunned that she was, in fact, the dog that brought him to safety and she was the reporter earlier too. How lucky he is to see such a sight, and of course since his AI is actually sentient, it took pictures of the girl from the helmet at the corner silently knowing Alex would be.... "pleased". "Thank you for saving my life. Yes, I am Alexander Rooker and what you know here must not be known by anyone else, for if it does then the underground scum would start a revolt. Understand?" He said.

He was driving by when he heard the scream he grabbed his 43 shoving it into his back pocket before advancing down the hill. He saw an officer clutching one of his hands as it seemingly melted, the flesh slipping off the bone like a thick stew. He ran to the officer as the man screamed in pain pushing the man over before pulling out his trench knife and slashing the officer on the wrist within two strikes the mans hand came off. He didn't notice the man under the bridge didn't even think to look for him.​

"I wouldn't touch that, he will be dead soon anyways. It's already in his bloodstream." He exclaims from a small distance away. "Then again. I've never seen someone amputate a limb so maybe not" he corrects himself. But either way that hand ain't coming back. So he decided to look back up. As the man wasn't too observant nor caring. So he figured to just leave it alone.

Faith listened intently as the man explained himself. Slowly, but surely, she got her senses back and realized that this was no way to have an introduction. She almost blanked out and jumped behind a curtain, pulling out a hospital gown and putting it on as quickly as she possibly could. "N-Nice to meet you, Mr. Rooker. Um...this never happened either, okay?" She sighed and began to dig through the saddle bags on the ground, next to the rapidly vaporizing dog corpse. "Guess we all have our secrets. If this gets out, I'm going to lose my job." She knew that she probably didn't matter much to a billionaire but it didn't ever hurt for Faith to try.

For some reason, she felt like she'd be sent back to a room if she was caught in the hospital gown, but maybe she could change later. Or, changing seemed like a good idea. "I wouldn't touch that, he will be dead soon anyways. It's already in his bloodstream." He exclaims from a small distance away. "Then again. I've never seen someone amputate a limb so maybe not" he corrects himself. But either way that hand ain't coming back. So he decided to look back up. As the man wasn't too observant nor caring. So he figured to just leave it alone.

He says in quickly at the last statement he talked a little slower and in a lower tone of voice. He started bandaging the wound the officer had luckily passed out due to pain he finished the bandage and stood trench knife in hand. "Also did you do this" he asked in much more serious tone than before as he stared down at the man.​

As the medical bay seemed to settle down, Harper took the liberty to summon several trays of the highest quality food that she could possibly find within the HQ, causing little metal spiders to skitter along the ground to the medical bay. The food-spiders crawled onto the laps of those who were sitting and clamped onto their legs, almost tickling them with a light whirring sensation. "Eat up. I have some work to do. For one, find Metal God and Siren." Harper then went to a chair and sat down, putting on a set of headphones. The cybernetic woman tapped a few more buttons and the sound of a helicopter taking off was heard from the outside.

Meanwhile, Amira had to go and find something else to do. She looked at her watch. "Blue needs my help with his paperwork." She walked off without saying another word to anybody else. As she approached the elevator, she stepped in and pressed the button to take her to the top floor. There wasn't much else.

Harper Quill [Proxy]​

The helicopter zipped through the skies, soon finding its way to the Freighters HQ. Inside the helicopter was another proxy of Harper Quill, aka HQ. This particular proxy was special because it was outfitted for battle and demolition. In contrast to Harper's regular body, it demonstrated side attachments, such as an extra set of arms and more armor plates. The helicopter began to hover next to the building, and Harper opened the door. The proxy smiled at the heroes. "You aren't going to have to abandon yourselves. Does anybody need medical attention?"

He would chuckle at the sight of her being so embarrassed and her unawareness being nude beforehand. An African-American man with sunglasses and a well-built posture would come in the room and in a deep voice says "Here you go sir, sorry I was late." He said as he put the briefcase he was bringing in front of Alex. "Ah thanks, ready the limo." He said as he opens the briefcase and puts on a tux on his skintight black suit. "I'm heading back to my mansion, perhaps you'd like to join me, miss... Faith if I'm not wrong?" He asked, "And don't worry, you won't be fired," he said as he walked out the door saying "I own your company!" as he walks to the exit.
