Money Management

  • Mint: Money Management: this tool is a budgeting lifesaver. it does ask for personal bank account info, but it's safe and secure to help you improve your credit score, pay your bills, and budget your income.
  • Learn to Coupon: for most of us, this is essential info not only for groceries, but other needs as well.
  • Do Your Own Taxes: without knowing how to fill them out and file them, taxes can be frustrating and inconvenient.
  • Paid Surveys: a little reward for not a lot of time.
  • Job Needs: covers advice for cover-letters, resume building, job interviews, etc.
  • The Perfect Job Interview: nice little tips for when you do your interview for that job you never really wanted but have to take anyways because of financial insecurity.

Learning & Reading

  • Free Courses: no degree offered, but knowledge is still power, right?... right?
  • Top 50 Most Useful Websites on Earth: debatable, but here they are.
  • What Should I Read Next?: book recommendations based off of the last book you read.
  • Study Guide: effective methods of studying so you don't ruin your life by failing that test in your major.
  • Nevada Career Information System: idk if they offer this in every state, but it has some universal tools that can help you find your way to the job that you'll have to work for the rest of your life with no reprieve and maybe make it a little more enjoyable than depressing.
  • Google Scholar: college students rejoice as they google the topic of their assignment for citations that will definitely boost their GPA.
  • Compare Prices for College Textbooks: why waste your money on school when you don't have to? save that money for food and alcohol.
  • Diversify Your Reading: tired of the same old white male protagonist to a story? here's something different for a change.
  • Duolingo: remember in high school when you took that spanish course and thought you could learn a second language? you can always try again with duolingo, and remember that bilingual people get hired more often than uni-lingual people.
