I'm new, and I can't seem to get an RP going... I've tried posting on 1o1, but noone has seen it... Am I doing something wrong? Does it have something to do with this: //Your account needs to be atleast 24 hours old and you require 10+ posts to be able to create new Private Messages, signatures, profile posts. Once you meet this criteria, it can take up to 15 minutes for the site to fully register and process this. This message will auto vanish when the site processes your met criteria. // I don't really understand that message, particularly what I've marked...

You've posted in the section of the site for the actual one on ones. You need to post in the Looking for Partners area. ^^

Another thing to keep in mind is that forums aren't a real time medium. Different people come around at different times of the day. Sometimes it takes a while to find an interested partner, where a while can be anywhere from days, to weeks, to even longer if your patience for a particular idea lasts long enough. So it's important not to get discouraged if you don't see any interest after only a day or so.
