Hello,
PM stands for private message. You can have private messages between at least one other user on the site at a time. When you click on a user's name, you can see a link that says 'Start a conversation'. Or, go to the user's profile, and under information, there will be the same link.

PM is a private message, or conversation, between users. It can be between two players or amongst a group of players.
You cannot start a PM until you have been on the site for at least 24 hours and have ten posts.
