You seem to have recently gotten 250 posts! The forum can take a little while to realize you're there/update permissions. It's an automatic process - if it hasn't completed in two or three hours, you should make a support request .

You should be able to make them now. Be sure you're inside a Hosted Projects subsection (Fandom, Fantasy, etc.) and you should be able to see the teal/green Add New Roleplay button.
