Hello,
I used to roleplay on a site called gaia online (don't judge). A few months back I decided to transition to RpNation and I love it. I'm making my final transition and wish to seal the deal by bringing one roleplay back from the grave. Here are the three choices:
Blade of the Assassin Plot
"TODAY THE KING HAS GONE TOO FAR! WE MUST HAVE SOMETHING DONE. THIS TYRANT MUST BE STOPPED!"
These were the current words of the council. In the year 1340 A.D there was a huge kingdom that spread through most of Europe. This kingdom was run by the tyrannical King Richard II. Originally the kingdom was governed by the king and the council, using balance of powers, and making decision together. Slowly though the young king, as he grew older, grew more distant from the council. It started with a high class prison trial where the council voted that the man accused be jailed. The king ignoring their votes had his guards execute the accused man in public. The council overlooked this, but it was like telling a kid not to get another cookie out of the jar after already taking one. The king continued to defy the council to the point he had one of the councilors executed for defying him, and another one later assassinated when he suspected the council of sending assassins after himself.
The Kingdom is now split between the King and the Council, and all those who follow them. The remaining 10 councilors have rounded up some of the best assassins known to eliminate the King's associates, family and the King himself. However unaware to the council they are all being targeted by assassins as well. The kingdom is now assassin battle ground. So who are you? One of the king's assassin's? The Council's? Or are you a person caught in between?
City of Evil Plot:
1732 Exodus City. A city in which everyone lived in harmony. Whether you were a vampire, a werewolf, a witch, a human, a goblin everyone was peaceful. This was before the war. Somewhere off in a distant land someone discovered "The Holy Paradise" and many were called to arms in what became known as The Crusades of Paradise. The war lasted years with no end in sight. The war wasn't the problem in Exodus City. The war was miles away. That was the problem in fact. The king of Exodus City left with his knights to fight the war. With no ruler turmoil quickly followed and there were many deaths. However one day, out of the blue, a human man named Maximilian Devlins came to the city with his army of black templars and simply sat on the king's throne. He took power in 1746. In his first years of rule he set peace between all the races. However around 1754, everything changed. Maximilian somehow had more and more templars with every day and in time he passed laws restricting most races. Demons were pushed out, witches were banned from magic, werewolves needed permits to roam the city. The worst part is anyone who opposed him was swiftly taken away and never seen again or publicly executed.
It is now 1758 and still there doesnt seem to be an end to the tyrant's reign. Small rebellions are being formed but they don't seem strong enough to take down the maniacal ruler. Is there hope? Maybe its you? Or maybe you side with the tyrant? Choose your fate in this City of Evil
And Finally Neon City Plot (although I am removing the witch part and replace it with corporal dictators and corrupt gangs and stuff)
1645, the first ever accusations of witches were made. Were the people burned at the stake 46 years later at the Salem Witch Trials innocent? Maybe. But maybe not. Witches are real...or were. Throughout the years witches were proven to be real and their power was unstoppable. People were sick of it. Through the years subtle wars waged between humans and witches. They eventually agreed to a truce in the 1900's. A group of humans though created a group called The Seekers got together and stabbed them in the back though and eliminated most of them. By 2128 only a single witch remained.
2086, New York was attacked by an unknown group that was recently found out to be a terrorist organization called Seekers. The entire city was destroyed. Seekers went off the grid while the government decided to rebuild the city using Japan's help. Things went better than expected. Within 42 years Neon City was created. It was the center of America by 2128. Neon city was got its name from beings brighter than any city in the world and most of its environmentally friendly lights made it look like a city of neon. The city was all skyscrapers. With the cost of the city only the upper middle class and rich were able to afford places to stay in the city. Businesses bought the rest of the city. Most buildings connected and those that didn't connected by the Midway or skywalks or walkways. The Midway, a highway going around all of Neon City was built for the purpose of getting across the city in cars faster than using walkways or skywalks.
Whats even better is by the time the Japanese left, America, but mainly neon city had reached technology never thought of before. Hologram phone calls, monitors formed from a ear piece. Weapons advanced too. The most notable advance was the nano suit..armor in the form of any item that when activated increased strength speed and/ or durability. To put it simply A nano armor shoe could upon activation suit the entire user up. The suits were only given to the military however and the only other way to get one was stealing one, or being ex military.
One thing about Neon that most people don't realize...the slums. How to define the slums? Dark, cold, deserted, dangerous. Where are the slums? Everywhere. The slums are the old streets of New York, and the alley ways below the skyscrapers. The slums are miles below the midway and even further below the city itself. The slums are dangerous because it is rumored crazy people live there..the poor who couldnt get into neon city. Others say all the waste and technology thrown down there formed monsters. The truth? No one knows. The slums are usual a no one comes back deal. It can be said that while everyone lives in the heavens of the skyscrapers and travel through the midway, the poor and unloved...live on the ground.
All seemed great. In January of 2130 though the U.S. government bought out a bank and brought..a witch..not any witch..the last witch in existence. They locked her in the vault which was designed to restrain her powers and made almost indestructible. She was locked in the vault and given food through a hole in the ceiling. Why? The government thought Neon City was the safest place to put her while they decided her fate. They were dead wrong. Seekers publicly announced they would kill the witch if they had to destroy all of Neon if they had to. Some people thought the witch should be burned at a stake. Others thought she would make a valuable possession, meanwhile the government and some human rights supporters defended her. It is now May of 2130. Who are you in this fine city? A member of Seeker? A member of the local police? Military? Are you the witch? Perhaps you're just a civilian. The city..is your playground.
I think Im gonna take a poll and decide that way.
