After giving up their acceptance letter, Gully had followed the rest of the Eclipse group where they were led to their dorms. On their way, a particular bog-witch began to interact with it. Gully's skin released yet another pulse of color as a spare eye erupted from its blank face. Despite lacking permanent facial features, this one eye was able to convey that the demon was slightly anxious. Indeed, it still had much to get used to in this manor. People, regardless if they were mortal or not, made it nervous. After a few moments, Gully lightly chuckled, and their eye retracted into its face.
"... I... do not refer to myself as such... I dubbed myself Gully... and you, little one...? What do you call yourself?"
Another wave of color ran over their body when Polly mentioned befriending Gully even if it meant losing her life trying. Admittedly, that brought some brief and... not-so-great flashbacks to old companions, but they knew Polly probably didn't know better. Gully did appreciate her enthusiasm though. It was greatly appreciated.
"... Ah, that will not be necessary," Gully mentioned as they waved a clawed hand in the air. It continued to speak slowly, as it always had. "... I assure you, I am not hostile... I... love new friends... yes..." Gully's voice quietened at the last word, seemingly distracted in thought.
------
Within the dorm, Gully spent a fair deal of time exploring the area. Specifically their area. They hadn't done much to their room just yet. All they did was retrieve the map Gracious informed the three about that laid in each of their beds. Gully grabbed it and paced about their room scanning the map. Their body language easily showed how nervous they were, even if they may not admit it. Faint waves of color slowly rolled across their body, and the small thorns on their body gradually increased and decreased in size. At some point, Gully chose to quietly rest on the side of their doorframe with their invisible eyes glued to the piece of paper.
