Hello! I am the BlackSheep, you can also call me Emily. I'm experienced in roleplay, but this is my first time doing it online in a forum! Though I am experienced in tabletops as both a player and GM. I look forward to making many new friends here, and having lots of fun roleplaying! I already have a few fun ideas cooking!


Anyway, a little about me. I'm a biophysics student in the second year of my doctorate program. Currently working as a research assistant for one of my professor's big projects. As for hobbies, I enjoy cooking, tabletop games, and being a huge dork over video games and anime!

Unlike the Pirate code, they aren't more like suggestions but rules that we take a bit seriously. If, however, you've got a few pieces of eight you'd like to swing our way, we're always more than happy to take it. (I said, the rules weren't suggestions, never said we weren't piratey mate).

Now then, I know that you have to answers that you're wanting answered now and the first is, you can join any RP that is open. You can find the different RP genres here: Roleplays | RpNation.com - Best Roleplay Forum


They're set up by genre so if you're looking for that Belgariad fandom RP (sorry, none yet exists here) then you'll know you aren't going to be looking in the futuristic genre. Each genre has an interest check at the top of the page and you can peruse this to see if anyone is wanting to create an RP.


If you are trolling the RPs and you just gotta make your own futuristic version of the Elenium, then you can pick the genre (future or fandom? I don't know!) and create an interest check. In the interest check you can tell the whole world about your RP and what you want to do with it. If you get enough people to say Aye! then you create your RP.


If you have any questions, issues, or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with either the moderators of your forum (the genre), the Super moderators, or even the admin staff. You can do that here: Site Questions & Information


If you have any questions you need to address to me, please tag me in your comments as I don't always get to every single response in every welcome thread and I end up missing a lot of questions. You can do that by using the @ before my handle.

Hey there! How are you doing?


I'm Integra, and I sometimes stalk the intro forums. What kind of video games and anime are you into?
 
Well, if you recognise my avatar, you'll know I'm into wacky comedy anime! I also like more serious series. Sci-fi is a personal favourite! This also applies to video games. I like wacky comedy ones like The Stanley Parable, and sci-fi is my genre of choice. Halo, Sword of the Stars, any Star Trek game, anything set in space will suddenly turn me into a huge nerd, basically.
 
Unfortunately I don't recognize your avatar. That doesn't mean I won't, eventually. I also like serious anime as well, and my favorite genre is horror.


Do you like any of the Elder Scrolls games, by chance? Those are what I'm big on at the moment in terms of video games.
 
I usually avoid fandom RPs, but I would be up for trying one! As for me, I'm rather boring, I play an Altmeri mage.
 
I'm a Khajiit thief and assassin, but I'm not looking to start any new roleplays right now.
 
I'm a senior in high school, but I work everyday after school until about 5 or 6, and 2 weekends a month. It's been the personal stuff that's been hard. My parrot died 3 weeks ago, but my best friend is going through a rough time, so I have to be strong for her, etc.
 
Aww! I am sorry to hear that. I hope things start looking up for you! I know how stressful that kind of stuff can be, so I hope you get some relief soon! I would be working too, but my school and my work have kind of merged at this point.
 
Thanks. Things are looking better though. I still have my other parrot, and a sugar glider.
