Cold Gate Prison -
"Cold Gate Prison" is known to be one of the most violent and cruel justice systems known to man kind; Most of the convicts here have gone through daily torture procedures and are also often used as an example of what happens when you go against the law the Mafia has put in place. To the people, it would be better off dying than being locked up in this place. A common trait of those who have survived this prison are often drenched in madness and want nothing but to kill however some have been known to come out the same as they walked in however never again will they normally speak of the place.
Joker's Funland -
A hell in it's own right, "Joker's funland" is only a good place for people that work for the man himself, being the 'Center of operations' you could call it this place is the main used base for "The Clowns" organization. This place is filled with numerous torture rooms, games of gruesome death and even has it's own little fighting arena (Which whenever Joker feels like it holds City wide events for everyone without them having to worry about being blown up; Sometimes). This is also the home of the Joker himself, having a main quarters which he spends most of his time when he's around.
