The Mafia


The Mafia, probably the most successful running organization in history having connections in high places and being in the roots of every country, city and town on Earth behind the curtains The Mafia could easily be seen as the World's government with the amount of power they hold. Hell City was a creation of the Mafia also; Using the city as a war ground they take main base and have the largest building in the City. It's rumored that this building's underground levels also run through the bottom of the whole city. The Mafia is run in a 'family' like system; The City is run by a single Godfather who goes by the name "Lucifer" the original founder of Hell City at recent events, Lucifer has passed down his leadership to his daughter.

The Clowns


The Clowns first made their appearance when a man that went by the alias "Joker" in the Mafia turned against his 'family' in order to make his own name, going for a lowly class dog for the Mafia he created an odd image for himself imitating the look of a clown with his psychotic actions and speeches of madness he singlehandedly inspired a new generation of Criminals in the city. Most members often take a similar appearance to their leader and often try make themselves stand out in the crowd whether it be by simply wearing a creepy mask to using makeup and the dress-code. The Clowns show no care for money, politics or power over the city instead their objective is to cause mayhem and strike terror in the hearts of the residence in the city.

Llyria Harp is a small-time gang on the edge of town. Their main objective is to steal for personal and business reasons.


They were founded by Bismarck, the current owner of a small general store called "The Rainy Traveller", which is their front.

Bismarck is otherwise known as Saedor, author of a series of books explaining all the things he knows, which is quite a lot. His books are quite popular, and nobody knows his identity as the author. The general store is stocked with several copies of all 67 of the books he has written.

This general store is slightly underfunded, which is why the members steal; to provide for the shop. When they aren't stealing, they are working at the shop for money.


Llyria Harp does more than just steal for the shop, however. They also take jobs from certain people on stealing valuable items. They expect a $50 fee minimum as payment for their findings.


Llyria Harp is the type of gang that resorts to violence when absolutely necessary. Most of the things they do is steal. They are incredibly skilled at thievery.

  The main goal of the CCG is to find as much as possible about GH (gifted humans) as possible. Other then that, most people tend to die on the first day.
  
  
  Not much is known about the CCG, other then the fact that unlike others, they don't experiment on the gifted. The reason they are called 'Doves' is because of the dove on their coat of arms.

Owned by the infamous 'Anonym Writer', Hell's Den is famous for it's distribution of Hell's rumours daily. From the newest attack from the Mafia to the anticipated attack from the Red Lotus. They own a large printing company in the city. And a website.


The Newspaper works as an information hotspot, they know everything, even if they don't write it. They have eyes and ears everywhere, if you have anything to fear, it is the newspaper knowing your darkest secret.


Spies everywhere, their oner is a genius master mind that wants to show it to the world. His identity is a secret, but everybody knows one thing: His influence is deadly. Also it is speculated he is a woman.... he is not one and denies it. Furiously.


Known for buying large amounts of chocolate too, no one knows what for.


They are very much the newspaper from hell.


They see you.


They hear you.


They will know.


No matter ho hard you try.

Gears of War Co.


Gears of War is the most successful, and the only weapons manufacturer in all of Hell City. They make the most high grade weapons, able to build and make anything a gang or business would want, from rifles and RpGs to Stealth Planes and Missiles, Gears of War is able to supply it. This business is rooted into Hell City, having many deals with other successful gangs, being nearly untouchable, because if you want weapons, you have to come to Gears of War. They own several docks in the city, controlling most of the harbors, and also controlling a good fraction of the East and West. Unlike most of the gangs, Gears of War is also a legitimate business, and has several ties with other high up businesses outside of Hell City. But be warned, they are still very much a gang. Being one of the most ruthless and merciless gangs in the world, they because it relieves their anger, it satisfies them. They are a rampant group of savage killers, and their leader is the worst out of all of them.

Similar to the Clowns, Sugar High does not care about money or material things. Instead, their goal is to devolve the City, and later the world, into complete madness and insanity.


Characteristics:


On the outside, Sugar High seems like just one of the many other gangs and groups in the city but they are unique in their own way. The Sugar High way is similar to how candy rots the teeth. They infiltrate businesses and other groups and work their way up before finally causing said group to crash and burn. Those apart of Sugar High are characterized by their love of sweets and the fact that they always look happy
