Celeste is the only truly gifted being of her family and sometimes see herself as a 'better' person but her siblings most of the time are there to bring her back to reality. Most of the time.

  Having a rather light demeanor, he often comes of kind to the point of being flirtatious. Toying with those he speaks to he'll often like to make them feel unsettled and flustered, finding people's emotions amusing and at times even attractive. Such as many other's in hell city, Kira shows many sadistic signs. Enjoying the sight of blood he's actually drawn towards it, he loves toying with the dead in torturous or even artistic ways. Expressing himself through his art, he often creates masks for other people but at times does portraits of other things.
  
  
  Kira is able to get along with those who aren't judgmental a lot easier, considering his rather dark and sadistic mind pattern he feels that he could easily become 'detached' from the world, a growing fear of his. Prizing human connection more than anything Kira could be seen as to crave affection or giving affection to other's, how it works exactly is unknown. Rumored to have committed cannibalism, Kira actually uses this as a power source and values certain people as food. Kira is scheming and mischievous, being easily one of the most intellectual figures of Hell city, although not quite matching The Joker's unpredictability Kira often works very close with his enemies rather than his friends. Showing many manipulative and deceiving sides as well, Kira will often try use his charm to get what he wants.

  What's known about Kira is that he's foreign from the country and from the stories he mentions sometimes it'd appear that he's hopped from place to place for a long amount of time. In fact if anyone takes the time to do there research on him you'd find that there are records of his movements from even a few centuries ago. It's highly believed that at some point Kira has had personal contact with the famous 'Lucifer', "The Bosses of bosses" himself and Kira seemed to either be respected rivals, or friends. However Kira is among the very few to have ever challenged Lucifer's place.

  Kira has a book which allows him to 'steal' other's abilities through completing a set of requirements. However the limit is being able to only store three abilities at one time in the book, if the user of the stolen abilities dies, the ability will remain however until disposed of to be replaced by something else.

  - Kira must take four hardships (Hits) from the ability
  
  
  - Kira must tell the person about his book and what it does before doing any of this (However he doesn't have to mention the requirements)

  Current stolen abilities:
  
  
  - Can generate chains from his body and use them freely at will (Basically they're easily controlled like any other limb) although it appears to be a normal chain, it's more durable than normal chains however they are still very breakable.
  
  
  - When sucking the blood or eating the flesh (Cannibalism is more effective) much like old myths say, it allows the user to become physically stronger and faster than normal. However if he doesn't keep up a steady pace, the effects wear off. Practically being the Aura ability version of steroids.
  
  - He can read others thoughts and even take this ability further, when someone willfully allows him to tap into their minds. He is able to search through their mind freely, finding out everything about them which they might not even know about themselves within a matter of minutes. However the overuse of this puts mental strain on Kira. Reading thoughts can also prove complicated at times, not having full control of the ability he often can't filter out thoughts. So when he reaches crowds he can often seem very distracted, or annoyed.

  Faceless is responsible for many deaths within all Gangs in Hell City, also with the rumors running around about his challenge to Lucifer years back also raised eyebrows however recently they seem to be on equal terms. Well, for your Clown character, just wonder around Joker's funland for a bit (There's going to be a city tournament so you can join that too if you want, or just watch with whoever else doesn't enter). Your gears of war character could be placed near Thaddeus and he can give you an update on what's happened recently.


As for your Hells Den character, I'm not too sure yet maybe just get him to wonder around or if he'd like to join the tournament you can do that too. (Or go there to get a story from it idrk)

  Vincent is an honorable and hard man, he has the personality traits of a good leader. Being strong minded and uninfluenced by self greed, each decision he makes in his life he feels is for the better of his 'Family'. To his friends, Vincent is a reliable and generous person. The kind of person to be there in times of need and deal with any problems you need done, for a price of course. The only thing that Vincent values more than cash is honor, having a belief which he expresses to his Organization. Living life in the hunt and dying in the hunt, although to Vincent it was ideal to fall in combat at a young age. His unique improvements had caused him to keep at his work. Having many principles, one of them is keeping your promises. Vincent always owes back debts and doesn't believe in backstabbing unless the reasons and pay are right. Although he isn't overly intelligent, Vincent knows how to play his cards in the city making connections with almost every gang in the city he often stays out of Hell City's gang politics, instead he aims to make profit and honor from it.

They pride themselves greatly in defeating strong warriors, with the increase of Gifted human population that means Hell City has also become the perfect hunting grounds for the Organization, in fact every year Vincent personally holds an event he calls "The Great Hunt" which is an 'underground' sort of event.   Vincent came from a long line of Military men and women, both of his parents being enlisted in the Russian army where he was born. Vincent had lived most of his life in the more snowy terrain of Russia with his grandparents. Living far from most society he worked for his grandparents. Chopping up wood and carrying it around, rounding the cattle and the cows and a lot of the time also butchering them for food. He lived this repetitive life until he turned sixteen and one day his family was sent a message of his mother's death. His father had come back home after the incident to grieve however after they were done a few months later. Without his father's knowledge Vincent enlisted into the Military himself, wanting revenge on everyone who was involved he got it. From even a young age Vincent was talented and deadly. By the time Vincent's dad had found out it was already too late, Vincent was eighteen and being rose up very quickly in the Military ranks. At the age of Twenty five he was among the top op members. However a mission which is still classified seemed to turn everything around, Vincent was believed dead and he went completely off the radar. Body never found. It wasn't until a decade later he appeared again, this time with a crew of other's. His ideals and thoughts had changed completely and now Vincent wants nothing to do with politics. However what he did gain during the mission was something unique and often not possible. Through making Vincent mostly cyborg they were able to give Vincent natural enhancements through modifying his genetics. Making him much more durable he's an armored tank in human form, his strength has been increased too however with both of these enhancements being advanced, it's come at the price of his natural speed.
