Realistic or Modern Heldenprojekt

Arvin had taken down two yards, then stops and watched the rest of the battle happen, knowing full well that 50 and 10 could handle it, and leaned against a wall, inserting the required information of the group called "SILVER" for future reference of such needed. Then the noise increased, followed by chattering and cameras. He sighed, knowing that 10 couldn't work his way out of this one.

He quickly walked over the main doors, and in front of the guns and cameras, gesturing to put them down. "Sirs and Madams, this situation is fine. An incident occurred involving a group of highly dangerous robbers. Us three here have solved the problem, the only damage being this car, which" Arvon paused, eying Menedez, "can be easily payed for. This man in the armor here is the real danger. He is the only remaining member of a group called SILVER from the crime scene. Thank you for the chat, but we must be leaving." And with that, he pulled Menedez and Bluthe aside away from the police, making to write down a reminder to the check the news and see how the story was played out on television.

Distraction and Dissection
SILVER Robbers (4)
CHARGE (Antimeta)
"OW! FULL SUPPORT!" All the robbers ran to the front of the scene, just to make sure that there was nothing going on. There was something going on. One was shot, a couple were injured beyond ability to fight, and mostly screwed up in some way. The only fully healthy robbers were the ones who were previously in the back awaiting orders, and the Antimeta.

The antimeta. Charging up the electricity gun once again, the Antimeta pointed it at the earth-slinging preternatural and let the current flow through the gun. As this occurred, the other robbers took a moment to fire once again, unfortunately unable to see their target through the bright electrical lights emitted by the Antimeta's firearm.

The best part of the attack was that Blythe was right. There was a total distraction and mayhem, so much so that none of the robbers could notice her getting in. At this point, the robbers were even considering leaving the Antimeta behind and simply taking a run for it. This situation was far too scary to be real, and it left a sour taste in their mouths. One of the robbers panicked, threw his gun down, and sprinted right into the electrical current, immediately finding himself getting fried to a crisp. The Antimeta, however, didn't seem fazed in the slightest, and let a large electrical pulse out towards the earthbender.

Threat Level...None. Free to go.
Dr. Emily Smith
Emily listened intently to what this man had to say. How typical of him to have a god complex, thinking he was one of the most powerful. That was a common trend with the single digits, at least in Emily's mind. She looked down at her paper and checked off the boxes that applied to Niko.

"So far, I think that you are progressing healthily, recognizing your own talents as opposed to underestimating them. I think you're free to go about as you please, without inhibition. I do have more patients to see, but as of now I think that you're one of the more sane...single digits. Yeah, it sounds bad. But you don't know what power can do someone."

Emily clicked her pen and put it in her breast pocket before heading towards the door. However, she kept a slightly slower step, just in the unlikely event that Niko called her back for anything at all before she left.

Direktor
Dir. Jonathan Sullivan
Director Sullivan hit a button on his desk, opening the door to the interior of his office. It was a lavishly decorated interior, though it didn't reflect at all any sense of comfort. Instead, it gave off a chilling atmosphere. Sullivan wasn't too happy to see someone here at this hour, but there wasn't anything better for him to do. Maybe it could be important.

Sullivan pointed to a seat in front of him. The chair turned around to face Matchbox.

"Take a seat. It's not like I have anything better to do. You may come in." His tired drawl was audible enough, and it reflected his face. His tired, annoyed, and slightly disheveled face.

Lappi Lappi
Matchbox walked in and looked around the large office sitting down on the table.
"Thanks for letting me in"
The room got considerably hotter as a stayed in there. At least a good 5 degrees. But he didn't notice. Match stared for a moment thinking about what he wanted to say. His lifeless eyes staring right into the Director. This was on semi-purpose, he knew he was intimidating. It was his only advantage physically, so he did this to most of the people he met. The unknown and what not was scary to the scientist, but he didn't expect the director to be fooled. So he just cut to the chase.
"I want to help out the others. In spite of recent events." He asked in a stoic tone. Short and quick.
Thinking about getting out from the testing and boring of life in the lab fills him with unrivaled energy. Being In the lab for a solid month now, for many reasons but mostly including general delinquency. It was all in his records, along with his profile.
Being in this place for a solid half of his life, he spent around a third of that stuck in a lab. The other times he spent welding things for the lab such as main supports and such.
It was pretty helpful that he didn't need to worry about toxic fumes and to them it was free.

The male, number 10 or something, had taken the antimeta out of the building and knocked her to the ground. She kept the armor together for the time being, but didn't find any reason to take it off. Unless it would be forced off of her. However, police officers in the situation were still panicked.

"Damn Heldenprojekt experiments doin' our work for us. It's a shame the government even authorized these bastards in the first place." The officer chuckled heartedly and raised his hand. The police lowered their firearms and made way for the Heldenprojekt experiments to go forwards. "Give the director my regards, y'hear? That poor stick-in-the-mud won't contact me!"

Help?
Director Jonathan Sullivan
Sullivan pondered on the subject's question. Help, but that would be a bit dangerous. Letting him out would have similar implications as letting the Strange Body out. Instability. Stability was required. "And you think you deserve this why? You've been a delinquent for most of your time here, especially recently. What's to say you won't rebel against us, think yourself high and mighty, and do your own business? You're here on a contractual basis, meaning you can't do whatever you want anymore. You belong to us, not to the government, but the Heldenprojekt." Sullivan pulled out Matchbox's file and slapped it on the desk.

"Regardless, I think you can be a valuable asset on the field. As far as my sources say, rank 10, rank 14, and rank 50 are out at the moment stopping a robbery. Though, I think you would've been rather helpful out there as well. That is, if you don't melt everything in sight." He lifted up a stamp and smacked it down on the two pieces of paper. "Approved. Your release request has been accepted, as long as you check back here once every two weeks. If you don't, I'll send someone after you."

Blythe, 50
Location: Fells Wargo Bank area
With:

Blythe had backed herself as far into the bank as she could. Yet she still saw everything. 4... Mendenez noticed the bomb. 3... He grinned. His legs moved. 2... He kicked. 1... Blythe widened her eyes.
BOOM!
She was grinning. Blythe had never seen an explosion, and one so close! She wanted to keep this picture in her mind forever... The black smoke cleared. Blythe ran out, just as she heard a roar. She looked up and saw Mendenez, carrying the antimeta. Blythe couldn't look up anymore, for she had noticed crowds of people in front of her. The public saw them. Mendenez came crashing down on top of a police car. Blythe's face was still blushing from the excitement of the bomb, her expression failing to return to complete stoicism. What would she say in front of all these people. Arvin came to both Mendenez's and Blythe's rescue.

The officer said his farewells happily, and Blythe quietly followed Arvin.

Blythe was quiet. Saying the wrong thing in front of high levels meant death.

Menendez gave a lazy wave to the officer as he and his two new companions made their way from the scene. With a heavy sigh he held his head with his left hand to ease his beating brain and kept his eyes forward as he continued on in front of his small party. "Geez, sometimes I wish for a freaking power that got rid of hangovers," he mumbled in annoyance and shook his head. That was but a fantasy. He glanced back towards his partners and spoke. "Thanks for the help I guess. Names Menendez, but I got a feeling you already know that, right?" he chuckled and turned his head back towards the front with a smirk. "Anyways, I'm guessing you're also from the project? Good, then you can help with the report when we get there. Also quick question; how long ya'll been part of the project? Don't think I've seen you two before, but I did just join a few weeks ago so I'm still meeting a few of the staff," he shrugged and rested his hands onto the back of his heads as he continued through the city.

Matchbox doesn't hold his head low or apologize, but instead listens to every word the director says. Making a mental note of his instructions and actions. Responding once the director was done. Not ignoring the whole 'You belong to us' part but choosing to selectively not respond to it.
"Well that would suck to happen. Being tracked down and all." He says jokingly with a touch of seriousness. He gets up off the chair "I won't melt everything, only what I need to." He thought internally 'What I need too might include everything though'
He gets a thin smile and starts to move to the door. Grabbing the handle again and going out, With a hop in his step.
Not 15 minutes later of going through the checkpoint and being stopped multiple times he was finally out of that terrible place. For the time being at least, and to him that's all that matters.
He looked at the big city in awe. His sense of curiosity exploding. It seems like every time he is out here there is something new in tech. Phones have seemed to be wrist mounted now, some people have holograms. It all seemed so strange, even over the course of a few months.
'i would have caught all of this in the lab if I paid attention more. But alas...' Now he just needed to find someone to help out. But with all the crime around, it shouldn't be too difficult. He walked down the main Street leading off the Project building and sat down at the bus stop. Putting his hoodie hood on, as too block his facial 'features' or lack there of.

"Power makes the world go round!" He would jump and stand up. "Do not worry fair doctor. I recognize my own talents as my own enemy!" Niko raises his arms in the air. "That is the prospect to which I seek. In any case I shall attend to my business now. Thank you for the check-up." He heads on out back to his room.

Arvon, in his slouched position and hands in purple hoodie, decided to report to the Director about this group of robbers that called themselves SILVER, for a few reasons. One, they could only a be a small team of a bigger organization, and two, it would help explain why they and the Heldenmembers would be on television on time. He, and his two comrades, one who seemed to be scared of him, and one who seemed to be trying to recover from a hangover that had struck him since the beginning of the small battle to present time.

The relaxed-looking man quickly scanned his ID, and was let into the building, pulling the other two in with him. The facility was very bright, as many of the walls not used by Heldenmembers were grey and or white, with LED lights lighting the greatest portion of the facility. Each floor was a maze of its own, but it had taken Arvon only a day to memorize every floor in the building. He quickly took a sharp left, passed a few labs and medical bays, went up some stairs, took an escalator to the third floor, and stood outside the large, circular room that was accustomed and most likely in use by the owner of the Heldenprojekt, who didn't seem to leave the facility at all (as far as the members knew). Arvon tapped lightly in four certain sots, creating an A formation, letting the Direktor know it was him.

He awaited a response, keeping the other two members with him, so they wouldn't wander or run off.

"Just rest, director. I'll handle this." Kade smirked as the director slumped in his chair, going to sleep almost immediately. Kade didn't leave his spot on the table, where he was sitting, and sent out a dark blue tentacle to wrap around the door handle, unlocking it and opening it for the other Heldenprojekt members that were at the door.

The office was a mess. Papers strewn everywhere, ink blotches on all the facility staff records, and a gun on the director's desk, with a dirty hand print on it. The director was flat out sleeping on his desk, and there was a mild laceration on his forehead that just seemed to heal as the door opened. It wouldn't be noticeable unless someone had a sharp eye.

Kade looked dully at 10, 14, and 50. He cracked his neck and retracted the blue blood-tentacle, regaining the spines on his face as he began to speak in a low, airy tone.
"Our beloved director is currently asleep. Since I am the highest ranked in the facility, all reports will go to me. If you wish to know the whereabouts of the other high tiers, Alicia is currently cleaning up at a bank. And don't even ask about Two and One. They're on an off-site facility having the time of their lives. So make it snappy, alright? I think the director needs his rest as much as you all do." Kade gestured to Arvon and Menendez. "Tell me. Where did you all come from? It's rare to see two mid-high tiers hanging out with a ground tier."

"Prickly pears, water, and time cures hangovers," Blythe mumbled, not entirely sure on why she knew hangover cures.

Ten was talking, and Blythe was hardly listening. Bla bla bla, new to the project... cool, cool... Blythe followed Arvon into the building. She had always known this plain white place. Each twist and turn was memorized by Blythe, branded into her brain. She had grown up here. Arvon lead her (and the Ten) up to the third floor and to a room, where he did some tappy tappy shit. The Director must be here... he never left the area. The door was opened, by a dark blue tentacle.

Kade.

Blythe had made an effort to remember everyone's abilities. Of course she couldn't remember them all perfectly, but she remembered the higher tier powers more clearly. Kade could control his blue blood, had super strength, and could regenerate whole limbs. The doctor was asleep. His office as messy, papers all over the place, ink blotches on records... a gun on the director's desk... a dirty hand print...

The girl never saw the director as neat and organized but, she knew that he wasn't this lazy and unorganized. Blythe dissembled her concerns, though.

"Our beloved doctor is currently asleep."

MMKAY. Something was definitely up.

What did Kade want?

As Blythe expected, the genderless humanoid spoke, but not exactly towards Blythe. That wasn't a surprise. Bullet Attraction makes you dumber than someone without a power, in the eyes of a god. Because Blythe didn't really expect to hear anything perfect, she examined her surroundings again. Did that blue tentacle from earlier prevent Kade's spikes from forming? The world may never know.

Menendez sighed and buried his hands into his pocket with a lazy look as he began his report. "Menendez, a.k.a number 10 reporting in. I and numbers 14 and 50 have just successfully subdued a group of bank robbers that went by the name of Silver. The bank robbers were unusually well armed and had with them a Antimeta that was fitted with some high-tech equipment. Heavy damage was inflicted onto the bank including a vault, but none of the funds within the vault were reported missing. After we had taken care of the Antimeta the local police force arrived and took over from there," he said and jabbed a finger towards the thin girl. "I would also like to point out as I and number 14 were engaged with the robbers, number 50 did an excellent job discovering the bombs and aided me in making sure another vault wasn't breached. Though, she could take some lessons in disarming such devices she was still able to help greatly in getting rid of them," he finished and gave a heavy sigh. Menendez wasn't very fond in talking with such professionalism seeing as how it made him feel like a tool, but he stuck it out. He glanced to his companions and gestured towards Kade. "Anything you guys wanna add?"

Arvon actually smirked, with thoughts organizing themselves in his thoughts:
Either she thinks were stupid, or that we just wont notice. The Direktor was never Obsessive Compulsive, but this office is an outrage. This suggests a crime of somewhat, though that's obvious. Main suspect: Strang Body. Other details? Gun with dirty handprint indicates that someone (Direktor) was defending themselves. He as te closest one to the gun, and the finger prints seem to be the normal patterns of a normal human. The Direktor must definitely would not sleep like this, and Kad would not just show some concern if they were not involved somehow.

"Yes, I would like to ask Kade something."
Arvon quickly pulled a swivel chair away from the desk, and quickly sitting indian style in it. He held his hands together, very sherlockian like, and said,
"What did you do to the Direktor?"

Kade listened intently to what Menendez had to say. "Well, that sounds like a lot of fun. I should've been there. Anyways, you say advanced technology, I can get on that right away." He tried to move, but it was very obvious that it would make him look oddly desperate to get away. Not like he had anything to worry about. After all, he was sure he could handle anyone until Alicia got back.

Before Kade could continue, the Lovecraft dude was on the case. Kade watched intently as the guy simply strolled up, pulled up a chair, and sat down like god damn Sherlock Holmes and Mahatma Gandhi's baby and asked a very direct question.

"Alright, you caught me. I had to knock him out because the man refused to sleep. I used a very safe method." Kade's voice changed from concerned to straight-up threatening at this point. "I won't mind demonstrating on you if you keep bugging me like this." The weight of his words obviously should've meant a lot, but Kade was equally tired as the director was. Not that the others had to know that hours of testing took place on Kade's body.

"Like I was saying, I was going to get you a point on the technology." A blue tentacle extended from Kade's shoulder and slithered over to a shelf. It looked back towards Kade, is if looking for confirmation, when Kade nodded. The tentacle pulled a file out and tossed it back towards Kade. The Strange Body caught it immediately and opened it, looking at the papers. "Did it look something like this?"

The tentacle slithered into the folder and picked out a piece of paper, sliding it past Arvon and showing it to Menendez. It was a detailed blueprint for the Antimeta suit, with "CHARGE" written boldly on the top right corner as if it was signed. "SILVER has been stealing technology from us for years. Though this would be the first instance they've used it against us. But then again, the Antimeta was a stupid concept. It was created to suppress high tiers in case they tried to rebel." The tentacle drew the piece of paper back and put it in the folder. Kade put the folder back with the tentacle and crossed his arms. With the spikes on his face returning, as well as on his arms and bare chest, he was slightly more imposing. "Do you want the director to wake up? He needs his rest."

D duegxybus Squad141 Squad141 doneanddusted doneanddusted

Arvon caught a quick glance of the paper as it passed him by and landed by 10, and quickly opened his Compendium and jotted the given information down. Whilst the body was explaining, he glanced over the purple book, and took notice of a few things about the character, as well as reviewing and cross-referencing things inside his mind. After quickly slipping the Compendium back inside his inside hoodie pocket, and crossed his arms, and kicked the floor beneath him to get closer to the surface separating the three members and suspicious suspect. "As Arthur Conan Doyle once said, 'The world is full of obvious things which nobody by any chance ever observes.' Do you know what that means, Strange?"

Arvon leaned closer across the wooden surface, his hands clasped together. "That means that nobody (probably) wouldn't have noticed how quick you were to defend yourself, including the imposition you made at the end, yet no one had imposed upon you after you gave us that bit of helpful advice. This gun," said he as he quickly snatched up the gun from before the "sleeping" Direktor, "is one of the many things that only staff members of the facility may have on them, exclusively top members even, if looking at the staff Requirements and Rules list in the contract, which was released as a letter which a certain doctor left out on her desk one day." Arvon closed his eyes, and finished with, "all in all, I'm just implying that I, Don't, Believe, You." Gesturing with gun at Kade.

Blythe was quiet as Ten spoke. He spoke about the robbery, and SILVER... and then he spoke about how Blythe threw that bomb. She could feel her cheeks reddening. Why did she blush so goddamn much? The girl looked at Kade. They looked like they wanted to leave.

"Anything you guys wanna add?" Mendenez asked.

"Yes, I would like to ask Kade something." Fourteen replied.

The man proceeded to bring an armchair and pull some weird Sherlock act, putting his hands together and sitting in some position.

"What did you do to the director?"

Of course he'd notice. He was Ar fucking von. If anyone would notice, it'd be the one with a big brain.

"Alright, you caught me." Kade said.

Cool, cool. Some threats. That was to be expected. Kade kept talking about SILVER stealing and such. Kade seemed quite threatening, and Blythe was terrified. In fact so terrified that one with very good vision could see numbers faintly appearing around her, if they focused hard enough on the thin girl. Blythe saw, too, and was making an active effort to deactivate her Bullet Attraction. But her face remained stoic. She was trying as hard as possible to hide everything. She looked at Arvon, just as he put something into the pocket of his hoodie. She was too lazy to wonder what that thing was, though.

"As Arthur Conan Doyle once said, 'The world is full of obvious things which nobody by any chance ever observes.'"

Shit was about to go down. Fourteen grabbed the gun, and the first thought Blythe had was:

That's not gonna fucking work on Kade.

Menendez sighed and glanced to 14 before nudging his shoulder with his elbow. "Hey, pretty sure you should keep your nose out of peoples business, that includes those stronger than you and those who write your check," he warned him. He glanced back to Kade and crossed his arms. "Anyways, today has started out in the worst possible way and I just want to get down to it. Mind giving me whatever info you have on this Silver group? I wanna look into them a bit more if they're gonna start making moves like this again," he requested.

Kade sighed, his hand traveling to the gun. With one swift movement, he yanked it out of Arvon's hand and gently set it aside. It wouldn't have mattered even if he did shoot, knowing Kade's regeneration rates could patch up a bullet wound in seconds. "10 has a point. It's not your place to gaggle around in my business like some gold digging bimbo trying to get their hands on a couple extra bucks. Nobody's paying you to start drama."

Kade looked back at the gun. The dirty fingerprints were now gone, most likely from Arvon's handling of the weapon. The less evidence, the better. However, Kade wasn't necessarily lying about the director sleeping. The director was unconscious, but only for the next hour or so. Kade looked up at Menendez again and sighed. "Nobody really knows what the heck SILVER is. My personal theory is that they're an organization out to disrupt the economy, but of course everyone else thinks they're a product of the Heldenprojekt itself. But that's about it, I can only tell you public information." He sort of shrugged before looking back at Blythe.

"This may sound kind of abrupt, but you haven't talked much. In fact, there are numerals floating around your body in a manner that I have not seen in anyone in a very long time. Is something the matter that you want to address? You'll certainly feel better once you get it off your chest. Talk to me, because those numerals are something we need to have a heart-to-heart about one of these days." One of Kade's tentacles wrapped around a swivel chair and slowly pushed it next to Blythe, inviting her to take a seat.

More Checkups...
Dr. Emily Smith
Emily smiled and walked away from Niko's room. He was stable, at least for now, but if anything should come up Emily wouldn't hesitate to order Sullivan to put an order in. She looked at her pager. Should she page Sullivan now? After a moment of pondering, Emily decided that paging wouldn't happen.

She continued on her way through the hallways, finishing up the notes on Niko before she noticed that there was some conversation going on in a room. That indicated the presence of others, not just those who thought themselves as God. Conversation was always interesting, and something that Emily enjoyed seeing within the members of the Heldenprojekt.

On approaching the door, Emily raised a hand and knocked three times. "Hello? It's Doctor Smith. I think you're waiting for your check-ins, right?"

Arvon decided that if Kade was trying to be nice to Blythe, and if Ten was already kind on his case, that trying to accuse anyone of anything for a while would be useless, though he was a bit ticked off, especially after being called a bimbo by Kade. So he simply for the time observed and waited, thinking through all his options, including walking the man up, though that info was stored far back in his mind, and would have to wait for later.

He did of course have some questions. "Why CAN you tell us only public information? We are all members of the Projekt, and I don't remember tat higher ranks get better information, though I have not read the ranking handbook through yet. Is there some sort of barrier that retains us from this information?"

"Hey, pretty sure you should keep your nose out of peoples business, that includes those stronger than you and those who write your check." Mendenez warned Arvon.

Blythe agreed. She didn't want Arvon dead. Yet.

But I'd be a bit wary. Blythe thought.

Kade also agreed. They proceeded to speak about SILVER, which was something Blythe was a bit more interested in. She was pretty sure the gang just wanted to either cause trouble, or to get more money. Blythe's mind sort of wandered. Heldenprojekt... What did "helden" mean? Maybe she should search that up later... The mind wandering sort of helped her relax. The numbers on her her were fadin-

Four was looking at her. Did they have a problem with her? Blythe shifted uncomfortably. Did they see the numbers? The numbers had already disappeared... right?

"This may sound kind of abrupt, but you haven't talked much. In fact, there are numerals floating around your body in a manner that I have not seen in anyone in a very long time."

FUCKING HE- Blythe sighed. Kade spoke invitingly, but she seriously doubted that they were actually being kind. Why was he questioning her silence? He knew full well that Blythe didn't like to talk. But before Blythe could say anything, Arvon started speaking, asking good questions.

Menendez scratched the back of his head and huffed. 'So no useful info on Silver, eh? Great, that means I gotta go sniffing around,' he complained in his head with a frown. He glanced back to 14 shook his head as he kept asking questions. 'It's good he's not some brainless drone, but asking to many questions will only lead to trouble,' Menendez groaned and looked to Kade. "If you can't tell me anything else then fine, but if shit goes south because of info you're holding out on us then you have to pay for my bar tab. And let me warn ya, it's a big one," he smirked and patted 14 on the back. "Good luck Mr. P.I," he chuckled and turned towards the door, but before he left he ruffled the thin girls hair and grinned. "And thanks for the help today 50, though try and find other methods in getting rid of a bomb, or at least throw it in the bad guys direction," he chuckled and walked towards the door while lifting his hand up to give Kade a wave. "I'm gonna go see the Doc for a check up so those two can fill ya in on anything else ya wanna know. Talk to ya later," he said before exiting the room and began to make his way towards Dr. Emily while rubbing his scorched back. He cringed from a sharp pain and sighed. "Yep, gonna need to improve that wall."

Blythe, 50
Location: About to leave the room
With: D duegxybus Squad141 Squad141

Mendenez spoke, obviously about to leave. He patted Arvon on the back, wishing him good luck. Yeah, Arvon would definitely need that. Mendenez then ruffled Blythe's hair. Her cheeks reddened, again. She wasn't a five year old... Anyways, Ten left.

It's time to get the fuck outta here.

Blythe didn't want any more questions about herself. She didn't really need to be here at all, and she certainly did not want to delve into the wonderful world that was her Bullet Attraction... and while leaving Arvon with Kade was definitely a recipe for trouble, Blythe didn't want to be here.

"I think I should go, too," Blythe said.

She gave Arvon a warning glare, trying to tell him not to fucking mess with Kade with her expression. She then turned to leave, resolving to go back out for some bubble tea.

No, the girl thought when she got to the door. Today's a good day. I'll get frozen yogurt.

Barriers and Boundaries
Strange Body (Kade Melein), Rank 4
Dir. Jonathan Sullivan
Kade closed his hand and looked at Arvon. He was already suspicious of him, so that left enough time for Kade to make up stupid answers. He did think himself better than most people, being ranked 4 meant he was high in the hierarchy. However, he did have severely corrupted ideals at times, and now was one of them. "The reason I can't reveal any more information to you, is because I can't reveal it to her." Kade raised a spiky finger to point at Blythe.

"Something about her that I just observed. The numerals floating around her body really gave me a heart attack. For a second, I thought that she was G-"
"Kade? Kade where are you?"

The director slowly lifted his head off the table, looking around with his eyes closed. His eyes seemed to be glued shut, since there was a transparent blue liquid dripping from his eyes, like cartoony tears. After a few moments, the director managed to open his eyes and the blue liquid dissolved. "Ah, yes, Kade. Where were we again?"
"Uh...our place in the universe?"
"We have no place in the universe."

At that point, it looked like Blythe was leaving. Arvon and Kade were left alone with the director, which was good for both Kade and Arvon alike. The director could explain the situation, and Kade couldn't lash out. Win, win.

"Hey, 50, before you leave, check Archive Thirty Six Point Twelve when you get the chance. There's some important crap written in that book." Kade nodded. Meanwhile, the director was retrieving the gun. "Hey, Kade? Why does this gun smell like ozone?"

Kade smelled like ozone.

Blue Phoenix The Sloth!
Linx was currently in one of his favorite places, the top of a random tree located in the quietist park in town; and what is he doing you may ask? Catching up on his reading? Watching the clouds as they drifted peacefully above his head? Maybe even watching the birds? Nope, he was currently taking his routine mid-day nap. Hat covering his face in order to block out the sun as he get's his rest. While this is ONE of his safe havens it's very easy to locate and he talks about it a lot, more often than not you will be able to find Linx reading and or sleeping in the biggest tree in the park, the one with a bench located directly below it.
(Open if anyone cares lmao XD)

After waiting too long for bus Match got up from the bus stop and walked too a nearby park. He walked there people giving him funny looks for one reason or another. Mostly because he is 5'3 and has a hoodie on. To put it simply he looked like a kid.
He walked up to a park bench and sat down. Spending his first 30 minutes free from the lab ( for the time being) underneath a tree in nature. Matchbox sat there perfectly still, letting the tempature rise slowly around him. Before he opened his eyes and saw a.... A sloth? He had to admit that he curiosity was peaked. He climbed up the giant tree, branch by branch until finially shimmying up to his branch. But he wasn't worried about the branch breaking, he only weighed 40 LB after all. No organs and fluids and the like, he was worried of falling off.
He poked the sloth from his stationary position. Whistling as he poked it.
