The mind is a fearsome thing, don't tread on it.
For this thread you need to know a few things. You will be playing two characters each. You will be playing your Imnuit character as well as the dragon sibling your Imnuit was born with. For your main character I believe a little explaining would go far in your creation. These Imnuits are human looking, but can have elven or dragon like qualities. Such as pointed ears, a tail and even horns.

As far as your dragon character goes, I have very few restrictions. The maximum size is elephant size. Minimum is parrot size. Other than that feel free to go wild. Also, basic powers for the dragons. Some sort of breath attack, flying, resistance to magic attacks and possibly one type of magic they can use.

A kind-hearted girl who comes from the country, She hasn't got used to the city yet, but her handiness and hard work have gotten her well respected within the community. She's incredibly brave and trusting to all, To the point where she's tricked by others and has already been robbed several times as she is also quite forgiving. She speaks with an indiscernible accent which sometimes makes her hard to understand.

A big softie who puts on a fake personality to gain respect. Iosefka seems quite rude and resentful at first glance, Usually acting quite tough and hateful towards others, when in reality he would be the type of person who you would lean on, Constantly worrying about others and Trying to help people in distress. Like Luce he came from the country and is quite gullible, Easily falling for others tricks and constantly getting into trouble without meaning to.

ground: They came from the country a couple years ago, and quietly integrated themselves into the city community. They're still quite young and seem to not understand much about life or themselves but the small village they came from seemed to help them get their small grasp on their situation and their aspirations. Lately, They've wanted to see if they can make an impact on the world and change it for the better, So they've decided to see what they can do to help others. (Their standing on the divine pairing matters who gets to them first and what they're told)

Appearance: Standing at 5'5" normally, 5'8" in heels, and weighing roughly 147-ish pounds, Aurelia may seem like a rather average woman. She has a somewhat slim body, with an hourglass figure, and what appears to be little muscle definition. Her hair is long, past her hips, and a very light blonde color, which actually make her brilliant green eyes pop even more. As for any dragon/elf like features, there only subtle changes to her mostly human like apperance. Her canines are sharper than most, and her pupils resemble reptilian eyes. Also, along the the small of her back are three long, somewhat faded scars. Obviously a claw mark.

Powers:
Superhuman Strength: This isn't crazy Superhuman Strength, but it's still superhuman. Amari can punch through stone and brick walls with a single punch, break metal with little effort (said effort increasing with the quality of metal) and lift about 1000 pounds.
Pyrokenisis: Pyrokenisis, aka Fire Manipulation, is the abillity to manipulation fire with your mind. The fire will do practically anything you want it to, so long as you're within range. Amari can only manipulate pre-existing fire as she cannot generate it. Lucky for her, her brother can.
Electrokensis: Like Pyrokenisis, Electrokensis is the manipulation of lighting and electricity. Except, a little harder, and a little led predictable. Unlike her Pryokensis, Amari is able to generate lighting by using her own energy (which means she can exhaust herself and/or make herself short circuit and unable to do anything), as well as manipulate natural or artificial lighting. However, she cannot full control the outcome of her initiating a spell. It could bounce around targets like she intended, or completely miss and hit something she wasn't even remotely aiming for. Short range attacks/manipulation tends to be easier for her.
Weaknesses:
(Mostly) Mute - Amari have a very limited ability to speak after an incident when she was younger. Due to this, she is often the odd man out in conversations as many people don't know sign language, nor do they give her enough time to write out what she wants to say in her journal. So she often comes off as stuck up or just plain rude when she doesnt respond. When she does speak, it's painful, her voice is hoarse, and it's normally nothing above a whisper.
Weakness to Water Magic: Because of her fire magic she is weakened against water and water magic. Though her lighting magic can combo well with it, it doesn't always work out that way, it's fairly uncontrollable and dangerous to attempt most times. So, she has to be extra careful when it cames.
Control of Strength: Her strength isn't exactly something she can turn off, as much as she would like to. She often breaks things, hurts people, and does unintentional damage simple because it's a factor she has yet to master a good balance of. Her accidents often lead to people being mad at, or alienating her, so she is also only in the company of her brother Nyx.
Personality:
Amari is a rather hard woman to read. Often keeping to herself (other than the fact her brother is with her most of the time), she's seen as somewhat rude, and little stuck up because of her preference of solitude, and the fact she cannot speak. However, unless you engage her, you probably wouldn't know this. She's an introvert, so she often doesn't make an attempt at making friends. However, she uses this to her advantage, observing situations and the people involved. If you do take the time to try and get to know her, you'll find a rather ill-mouthed (lol), somewhat spite young woman with a mean streak a mile long and a tendacy to hold grudges. And, you'll find a woman who genuninly cares about those she's close to, and wants what's best for the world. Even if the world can sometimes be a little stupid.

Appearance: 11ft in total length/height, with a wingspan of 18ft, he's one of the larger dragons you'll see walking around, right around the cap of dragon sizes.

Power:
Flight: Like most dragons, Samael can fly, but he's obnoxiously good at it. He's an expert at flying fast, crazy maneuvers, and just a bunch of tricks and stunts that most people call absolutely insane. Not only that, but he can occasionally reach speeds that others simply can't, giving him and his sister an advantage or two in some situations.
Venomous Claws/Teeth: Samael's claws and teeth can produce a poison that, while it most cases cannot kill ypu, it will feel like you're burning. It xan some times trigger blood poisoning, extreme nausea and vomiting, and in large doeses death. However, this is on my possible when Samael is in an absolute blind rage.
Weaknesses:
Water/Water Magic: The same weakness his sister has with the same drawbacks except he has nothing to combo with. He just can't deal with water based attacks/just water in general.
Violent Tendencies: He's a rather violent dragon based, prone to snapping at people, threatening innocents, and challenging other dragons. He's a very alpha type dragon, and while he's typically kept in line by his siter, sometimes even she cannot calm him, and he ends up getting then both in varying degrees of trouble.
Gold: Stab him or wound him in anyway with gold, and it will actually hurt more than normal weapons. His scales will break a bit more easier, and those wounds heal much slower than others.
Personality:
A stoic young dragon who's only goal in life is to protect his sister. He doesn't make friends, he doesn't trust anyone except for a few secret people, and he's very distrustful of other dragons. Extremely territorial, he will often get into fights, and challange whoever he feels like, only curbed by his sister who may be the only one who he will allow to "disrespect* him in anyway. So, Samael is just an overgrown lizard filled with seething rage, who just needs to chill.

Background
:
Mich of their younger years are unknown, even to Amari and Samael as the earlier memory they share is a Kind hearted older woman watching over them as they ran around through some little wooded area. They called her gramma, as that what they assumed she was. Anyway, they lived rather car from a village, and much further cro. Any city, simply because the old woman felt like it was right to raise those childern out somewhere they could be be themselves. She had planned on moving then to the city, but Samael grew rather quickly, making that idea an after thought. It was during these few years, between the ages of 9-13, the siblings began to experiment with their powers, and Samael's flight. This is where he gained knowledge of the flying style he and his sister both enjoyed as she liked to fly and do daring tricks. However, at the age of 12, Samael experienced his first blinding rage that produced the poison he quickly grew to hate because he attacked his sister when she tried calming him down, scaring her back. She nearly died, but thanks to the old woman raising them, she survive. However, the poison attacked some parts of her brain, causing her to mostly lose the abbilty to speak. During her recovery time, Samael avoided those he called his family because of what he did to Amari. She was also forced to learn sign language in order to communicate, and she found her new disability a hard change to deal with. Anyway, over the years she and Samael grew past what happened, and when the turned 20, moved to the capital. There, they began a new life as "swords-for-hire". They would make decent money serving as extra protection here and there, escorting important figures, and a plethora of other odd jobs.

Name: Kiloae Arcanis
Alias and Former Title: Felix Morrowseer, The Alchemist
Age: ???
Appearance: Kiloae Arcanis is a young man who appears to be somewhere in his early twenties and is easily distinguished by his bright red hair and the tattooed markings beneath his eyes. He's five foot seven with a relatively slim, but athletic build that suggests an active life-style despite his supposed preference to remain indoors. Likewise he has some recent scarring and a particularly nasty wound around his right ankle.

Powers:

Transmutation:
The unique ability possessed by Kiloae to transform any surface he touches into a material of his choosing. Transforming non-organic materials is the easiest to do, as are transformations that remain similar to the origin material. Organic materials tend to take the most time and energy to alter, though he is gradually becoming more capable with practice an is curious to see if he might be able to transform parts of himself like his dragon-brother. While useful, it's discovery by the capital has caused Kiloae and Alkali a great amount of pain.

Psychometry: With a simple touch, Kiloae can access the history and function of any non-living object. He calls this ability reading and like a book it does requires some level of concentration to keep focused on the item long enough to know everything. So of course the more history there is to read, the longer the reading takes.

Memory Implantation: The opposite of his ability to read objects, memory implantation allows Kiloae to fragment his memories and leave them behind in select locations. It's a very tricky skill to use, requiring him to maintain physical contact for the duration of the transfer and it also requires a great deal of focus to avoid corrupting the fragment. It's also quite risky to use, as more often than not leaving a fragment erases that part from his true memory. Kiloae can leave fragments in objects or with great effort transfer them directly to a select individual. If the vessel is damaged, the memory fragment may also be damaged or lost. He calls this ability writing.

Subspace: Kiloae is connected to a small pocket dimension which may be used to store things for later use. There is no limit to the number of items that can be stored at any one time, but the total mass of everything combined cannot weigh more than what he's actually able to carry on his own.

Weaknesses:

Identity: Hunted by those aware of his ability to transmute substances, Kiloae must remain hidden to avoid drawing the attention of his pursuers. This includes maintaining his physical disguise (finding ways to hide his hair, tattoos, scars, etc) and avoiding using his powers or otherwise attracting unwanted attention. Performing any transmutations in public is particularly risky and he's limited by the need for secrecy.

Name: Alkali Arcanis
Alias and Former Title: Bismuth, The Silver Dragon
Age: ???
Appearance: Alkali is a very large dragon with an aerodynamic build and features that are often described as looking nearly artificial. This 'artificial' look of his along with his tendency to remain motionless for long periods of time has led many to mistake him for a statue, something which he finds amusing.
(Rough Size Estimate: 4 meters at the shoulder, 7.5 Torso Length, Plus tail)

Breath Type: Arcane Energy Beam: Alkali's breath weapon is an intense, long range beam of pink-white arcane energy that causes matter to disintegrate upon contact. The concentrated form of the arcane energy beam is purely destructive, but the residue remaining at the damage sight may be repurposed for other uses.

Power: (only 2)

Crystal/Mineral Breath: (WIP, may change this for size manipulation)

Armor Manifestation: Alkali can manipulate the surface of his body into different minerals and crystals to form a protective layer.

Weaknesses:

Precision: Alkali's Arcane Energy Breath is an extremely precise weapon that can only effect a very localized area—direct contact with the beam is necessary for damage to occur—and it cannot to spread from the targeted area under normal circumstances.
