To describe Matty in three words:


A cocky bastard.


Matthew is full of himself, thinking that he is just brilliant. His ego is as big as Hawaii, and then some. While being whole-hearted and passionate in what he does, Matty never realizes what is "too far" and how to take a breath. He's the epitome of teenage rebellion, craving just to do something bad or illegal.


He is usually at a battle with himself, since him being disastrous and punk is his fun side shining through. He was raised and taught to be proper and have pride in himself, and to be humble towards others. He feels bad if he gets caught being rude or not respectable, but he can't always keep track of what he's doing.


He's always been terrified that there's something off with himself, because when he's trapped in the high of adventure and danger, he can't seem to escape from it. He's lost friends, got into fights, and even ended up with the police because of how he acts. He's managed to hold on to his current group of friends, and plans to keep it that way, but he can never be sure. He was supposed to be the leader - hell, he is the leader! - but he heavily doubts himself when he could turn on them due to paranoia and passive aggression.

High School Experience;

Up to about 5th grade, Matty had been doing relatively good in school. Once middle school hit, everything went downhill, and frankly, he stopped caring. He skipped school, since the lapping waves were much more important than learning algebra. The majority of his teachers hated him, and he couldn't be bothered with anyone in school. He dropped out around grade 9, and never looked back. He already has all the life lessons he needs.

Future Plans;

Kick butt, look great, be the ruler of the human race.


But really?


Matty doesn't even know.


He's had an unconditional love to music, and loves creating it, but that isn't going anywhere. Truly, he just hopes to have a good time, and hopefully fall in love.

History;

Matthew was born in Manchester, England, put moved to Hawaii when he was 6. Despite being on the island for nearly 15+ years now, he still has a relatively thick English accent when he speaks. He throws in occasional Hawaiian words, without knowing the complete language front-to-back. His life was boring, to say anything, being as normal as anyone else's. Once he became a teenager, though, was when he began living. He had the proper freedom his thirsted for, and with that, followed the trouble. He had given himself a reputation at this place, but he couldn't care less. What's life without some girls, some drugs, and some adventures in the sun?

She is the kind of girl to sit in the corner of the room making snarky comments under her breath with a perfect smirk plastered on her face the entire time. Don’t hold it against her though, at least she is kind to her friends. Which she is. If you’re friends with her she is perfectly kind and talkative… but not too talkative.


Lokelani is also very impatient and restless. She gets bored easily and doesn’t like doing the same thing for an extended amount of time. Lokelani hates living in Hawaii being stuck at home, and she’s impatient to leave and start her life.

Future Plans;




Move to Iceland, Build a mansion there, and raise sheep.




History;




Lokelani’s father is extremely rich. Her father inherited his wealth from his father, who ran a very old fine china company in England. The company had been running wonderfully since 1765, but Lokelani’s grandfather ran it into the ground, which was no matter, since he was still fabulously wealthy. So Lokelani’s father, counted among the idle rich, moved to Hawaii and fell in love with a local girl and they had Lokelani, who has none of her mother's looks at all. Lokelani grew up spoiled, but wasn’t braty or demanding thanks to her mother’s stern hand. Her father took her on international trips all the time and they had great times. The last trip they went on was Iceland, and Lokelani fell in love. She adores Iceland and they were planning a second trip when her father had a stroke. That was 6 years ago, and her father is basically comatose, being wheeled around the house in a wheelchair, drooling in his applesauce, unaware of anything happening around him.

History;

Nicole was born in Los Angeles, California. Her family moved to Hawaii right after she turned 4 years old because her father was in the Navy. Which, was a little convenient because her grandparents lived on the island, so, she got to see them more often. A few months after they had moved to Hawaii, her mother died of a heart problem. Then, when she was about 7 years old, her father left the island, leaving Nick with her grandparents. He promised to keep in touch with her but never has.

History:

Star doesn't remember anything after the age of 15, she was involved at a car wreck at 14 that put her on a coma for a year. When she'd finally awoken all her family was there.. except her mother. Her mother had died in the fatal crash along with her younger brother which left her to her father, she tried to rely on him but she couldn't as he was always out doing some terrible things he shouldn't have and she soon had to fend for herself, learning to do pretty much everything she had to which helped her discover her love for cooking. At the age of 19 she moved out and is happily in an apartment and currently loving her job.

akoni was born and raised in hawaii, though it wasn't the ideal circumstance. he hasn't the faintest clue who his birth parents are, and if you were to ask him, they were simply the sperm donor and the incubator. with his first few years of life spent in an orphanage, he grew swiftly used to rough treatment and less than perfect living circumstances. he was frequently treated less than kindly by the other kids, though it bothered him little. by the age of six, he was adopted by an older couple and taken in to a fairly nice, very standard home. around twelve, perhaps, he fell in with a group of older kids who were up to no good, and they dictated many of his life choices on from there, for the next few years, he did some things he wasn't so proud of, with one particular incident landed him incarcerated for a couple of months at the age of seventeen. he decided to turn his life around, then, focusing on school again and trying to get everything on an alright track. at nineteen, he moved to live on his own, and now, here he is.

Harlyn is a mellow soul, doesn't try to speak against anyone but also doesn't try to speak for someone. She does have strong opinions on things, but they are rarely shared. High school to her didn't really matter- there was so much MORE in the world. She wants to see the beauty of the world, not stare at whiteboards and listen to teachers droning on about things she would most likely never use.

Future Plans;

To Harlyn, she didn't know that growing up meant all of these responsibilities thrown upon her. Harlyn also didn't know that she'd have to grow up very quickly. She hadn't planned ahead much besides wanting to sightsee.

Although she's twenty-one years old, she hadn't set high expectations for herself. Harlyn always dreamed of living in a small apartment with someone she cared about, watching Netflix underneath the covers with a cup of hot chocolate. As a job, perhaps maybe working at a small coffee shop. Harlyn never aspired for the big jobs like a doctor, lawyer, firefighter.

History;

She's moved around from city to city a bit in her childhood and teenage years with her dad. Harlyn's mom left them when she was about five years old. Her dad was always kind to her, but he worked way too hard to try to get luxurious things for her. Harlyn didn't like the idea of him working his tail off to give her stuff she didn't need. All she required was clothes on her back and food on the table. She's always wanted to work small jobs like a cashier at a coffee shop or a waitress in a small diner, but since she's moved around a lot with her dad. When she turned eighteen, she didn't want to burden her father any longer. She'd always imagine of living in a beautiful place with beautiful scenery, and luckily she moved to Hawaii alone. You could say she's a bit of a newcomer.

She mostly resorts to this when she feels uncomfortable.

Relationships;

She's single, she's never really been in many relationships. Harlyn developed deep feelings for this beautiful female that shined as magnificently as the moon and the stars combined. She kept them hidden of course, but the female obviously did not feel the same.

Carter was always considered "average" when it came to schoolwork. She absolutely hated being put into a very basic group, but she could do nothing about it. She dedicated most of her time to writing, or creating art. She was in both the art club, and the writing club- which is where she met her few friends. Her friends never really stuck around, whereas she was too consumed with the creations she would never show the world. To others, she was just another face in the crowded hallways. To those whom she was once close to, she was the brightest shining star in the night sky- which is why they were all so ​

to leave her behind. Carter always wanted more, yet she always ended up with less.

Future Plans

Carter never considered herself as responsible, so she then therefore was quite frantic with the whole "growing-up" idea. She never had to do anything for herself, because her parents would always help her. She realized that she needed to step up and help herself grow, but she continues to put it off. She spends her days writing and creating masterful art, and has hopes of making a career out of these skills one day. If it doesn't quite work out, she plans on attending Emory University with the money her parents have left for her.​

With two happily married parents and a higher income than the average family, Carter was always very happy as a child. She lived in the city of Chicago for most of her life, but ended up moving to Hawaii just before her high school years began. Her parents wanted to get away from the constant traffic and bright lights, and instead go somewhere relaxing. Life was still as perfect as ever in Carter's eyes, but it all became brooding after she had graduated high school. Carter and her parents were, in fact, the last members of the Royale family. Shortly after Carter's graduation ceremony, her parents died in a car crash, leaving Carter as the last member to carry on her last name. The death of her parents made her go absolutely insane for the longest time, leaving her with the personality she has now.​

Personality; Eden is what you classify as a rebel. She brakes the rules on a regular bases, never listens to what anyone tells her, and shes always ready for a fight or a challenge. But once you get past that, she is probably one of the most interesting girls you could ever hope to meet, with a junior PhD in marine biology, a sweet sense of humor, and a tough girl personality, its hard not to get along with her.

History; Eden has lived on Oahu Island all her life, from the time she was born to the time she left to the mainland to get her PhD. She came straight back to this cute little island after she graduated college. But her childhood on this small island was spent swimming, surfing, and some terrible unspeakable things.





She spent most of her days outside, sitting around or in the cool calm waters that surrounded the island. But the time that she spent inside was hectic, her only parent, the person which she called mother, was always running around looking through weird things and telling Eden to leave the house because she was busy. Her Tutu (Grandmother) would say that her mother was searching for the reason her husband was lost.





It was only later, after her mother died because of stress, which the village said was caused by a broken heart, that Eden learned that her father disappeared off the shoreline. The reports say, that her mother was standing less then ten feet away from her husband as he stood alone the water edge, when what the woman said appeared to be a mermaid reached out for her husband. It said that her mother watched as her husband was taken by this monster, without a scream but only a whisper, "I promise you dear, i will come back."

Eden then understood why her mother was always frantically searching through her fathers office, why she was always sent to her TuTus, it was because her mother was a god damn wack job.

Secrets?; When Eden was seventeen, she got involved in drug trafficking. The only reason she did was so she could pay for college.


Eden has never told anyone this, but when she was seven years old, she thought she saw a mermaid coming out of the water to sit on a rock close to the shore line.





Mannerisms; When Eden talks she is constantly telling the same story with her hands, she hasn't found a way to stop it yet. But she hopes too.

History;


Patty was born in England, thats actually where he met Matty. They were only young so there wasn't much to connect, their parents used to talk and that was the only reason Matty and Patty ever really hung out. Later Matty had moved away, and Patty became very bored, as did his parents. So about a year after Matty moved, and a lot of talking and calling to Mattys family. Patty and his parents moved to Oahu Island, right next door to Matty. Thats when trouble started to brew, and Matty and Patty got into a lot of problems and a lot of fun.
