aloha! maximoff is back with a brand new track partner search, and this time it's a little more specific — i have a terrible habit of going into unnecessary detail. however, before i digress, i wanted to get the search rules out of the way. i'm looking for a partner that is at least eighteen (18) years old, but twenty-one (21) is preferable. however age isn't a huge factor in the grand scheme of things.

i also write multiple paragraphs per post, so i'm ideally looking for somebody who can do the same. it won't be a small novella, but there'll be a generous amount of detail in most of my posts. again, i don't want to scare anybody off — posting length is entirely negotiable! the last rule for my search is also that i will only roleplay within dedicated threads on rpnation. i absolutely adore getting to know my partners, so it would be ideal if you have discord so we can chat out-of-character.

i am completely content with all manner of potterverse scenarios and settings, but i am particularly craving diagon alley. i've never actually roleplayed in diagon alley, but i do have a particular idea that i'm curious to try.

so, it is the height of the summer school supply rush and parents and their magical offspring are roaming diagon alley for wands, animals and the like. it's a tradition for many families, but this also means that there's a guaranteed high number of casualities should anything or anyone attack. enter the death eaters! they have attacked en masse under the instruction of he-who-shall-not-be-named and their targets are pretty much, everyone. they do however have specific instructions to whack off harry potter —if he's seen in the crowds— but also draco malfoy, son of the traitorous lucius.

this plot can pretty much work with a number of pairings, because at it's core it is the death eaters causing a little bit of destruction and would you believe it, death. i am totally open to suggestions and off shooting ideas that could potentially carry on to drarry returning to hogwarts. i have however taken the liberty of outlining some pairings that could work — my preferred roles are bolded!

I do believe I meet all your criteria, as I am over 18 and accustomed to posting anywhere from one to three paragraphs, depending on the situation. Obviously, I post less quantity when there's more conversation going on between characters, but I'm usually pretty good with sticking to a one paragraph minimum. I do have a discord so we can always chat on there about the details if you're interested in exploring this idea with me.

Personally, I would prefer Draco x Harry, and I'm relieved that you prefer Harry for that ship, as I'm a Slytherin through and through, and find it difficult to play our golden boy. I love your concept of Diagon Ally being attacked, and I'd like to delve in deeper as to why Lucius is a traitor in this AU. I'm very excited for this if you choose me as your partner.

Side note: originally I misspelled 'traitor' and it autocorrected to 'tractor'. I was proofreading and laughed so hard when I read, "Lucius is a tractor". XD
