So, I'm an author and im working on a manga but I need inspiration, some ideas. Halllpppp, oh and also i need a co-author. Someone who can draw too

seems a little vague. Do you want ideas on anything specific or do you just want someone to brainstorm with/bounce ideas out of?

Err I'm sort of confused. You are working on a manga, but you need help for some ideas, a co-author, and an illustrator? What do you have on the table? Your words make me think you have nothing prepared other than some vague concept

When you say "working on" what do you have so far?

I suggest if you're stuck for ideas that you go do things that will give you more input into your brain: an art exhibition or museum, watching a film or tv show you've never seen before, talking to friends and looking through their old photos, reading newspapers, searching your library for interesting books at random.

You can also try random plot generators or idea/character generators.

Then just start writing down notes of anything that sparks an idea.

I would highly recommend making your first manga a short one-shot, no more than 8-10 pages. You should also think about saving money to hire an artist, as there aren't many who will work for free unless they are really invested in your concept.
