Tytanus
Tytanus is a planetary capital in the Delta Corpus system. The planet is similar to earth in it's topography, but more extreme. Unlike other planets, nature has prevented humanity from expanding their settlements through extreme reactions from the environment. Tytanus received it's name for the extreme creatures that roam the planet and dominate it. Tytanus is also home to other sentient species, but the UNSC has only come into contact with one: the Shimoru. The Shimoru agreed to establish peace with the UNSC as long as the UNSC kept their number of settlements to a minimum throughout the planet. UNSC emissaries were unsure how the Shimoru would track that information, but their superiors didn't want to take any chances and have remained loyal to the contract.
Tytanus is the home of one of the UNSC's best academy grounds and the planet also serves as a large ONI base. There they study Forerunner, Covenant, and other technologies and do research on highly classified projects. Tytanus is a high-class military planet.
Skywrath Citadel
Skywrath Citadel is the UNSC capital fortress on Tytanus. It's located in the Storm Peaks which would be pinned in the far northern reaches of the planet. The UNSC runs this facility and while ONI manages several classified foreign artifacts that are held at this location. UNSC General Paul Ackerman runs all UNSC operations from this fortress. General Ackerman's fleet is led by Colonel Larkos on the UNSC Earth Shaker. Skywrath lords over the city of Oronbrahn.
ONI: Wind Base
Nestled in the Storm Peaks, the ONI: Wind Base is the facility operated solely by the Office of Naval Intelligence. This facility is the landing connection for Colonel Larkos and his fleet, and is the intelligence center for all UNSC naval activities.
