UNSC:
Rebels:
- Captain Larkos - Commander of the UNSC naval fleet that patrols the district of which Tytanus is capital of. He is the captain of the UNSC Earth Shaker, an high battle-class command-carrier ship. Captain Larkos was trained on New Harmony, and has been a naval officer out of Tytanus since the first Gryugel rebellion, four years ago. Colonel Larkos will be relaying information from the UNSC: Wind Base and UNSC Earth Shaker to the Angel Guard during missions.
- General Ackerman - Military leader over all UNSC forces out of Tytanus. Residing in Skywrath, Ackerman has established firm defenses over the remaining establishments on the planet and has alerted deployments on all other planets in the district area of rising rebel daring. The insertion of the Angel Guard Spartan team was not his idea, but he is glad for the help.
- Sergeant Gorshaw - UNSC Army Sergeant stationed in Skywrath. Sergeant Tessia Gorshaw commands the marine platoon that will be providing the Angel Guard with support.
Rebels:
- Commander Myris - Former UNSC Army sergeant, that was declared "MIA" after a scouting mission that went sideways. As it turns out, Myris has gone rogue after his scouting platoon was wiped out without any signs of support or evacuation. Myris has then gone rogue and has rallied local militias and other UNSC personnel to his cause to fight back the corps that left him to die.
