Alright, I haven't seen this here so I figured I'd start one off. In case you don't know what a haiku is, it is a poem written with three lines to convey a simple message.
The first line has to have 5 syllables
The second line has 7 syllables
And the last line has 5 syllables again.
The poem doesn't have to rhyme. In fact, they usually don't. It just has to convey some kindof thought or concept.
In this game, you will take the last line of the haiku written by the person above you, and make it the first line of your haiku.
So if the person above wrote:
Never did I have
Such a strong distaste for cats
They pooped in my shoe
Then the next person could write:
They pooped in my shoe
Such a horrid thing to do
I wore my best socks
Simple, right?
I'll start it off (no poop this time):
The calls they don't stop
Even during my dinner
Telemarketers
