In the city of NeoGen there is a plague of immorality. Corruption runs rampant in their government. With employment at an all time low theft is at an all time high. Gangs and Mafias run the city from below. underhandedness and betrayal are the norm. Drugs everywhere, new more powerful drugs being developed every day. Who could survive long in a city like this. That's right. Cell phones, headphones, earbuds, pocket Mp3s, laptops, computers, game systems even. All, Illegal. Contraband.
If you want fun, you have to go to the Neon District, to an Electro café where you can plug in and forget your miserable existence.
Well, that is, unless.........you happen to be. A Hacker.
No no not your typical Happity Hackity Hacker sitting at their laptop trolling the government or large corporations.
I mean, a Hacker, as in part of a small group of people called Hackerz, born with... extraordinary electric ability.
There are 3 kinds of Hackerz born into this city.
*Conjurers- capable of conjuring his or her own electronic device, capable of hacking into anything when the user knows what they're doing (except other conjurers devices.)
*Emitters- Emit electro waves within a radius of 20 feet of themselves enveloping those around in a form of hallucinations. Emitters can use their surroundings to manipulate the neon lights and radio waves and any other electro vibes to create illusions and what would seem like magic to any ordinary person
*Tamers- Monsters? monsters. Invisible to the naked eye Tamers can see the beasts within the Electric City. The creatures born of pollution and electricity. Small or large beasts made of Electric strings and smog. Lost to the world, saved by their Hacker.
