Grovergrand Mental Hospital is a friendly, safe environment for those who are mentally unstable. The goal of the hospital is to give the help that these people need and to provide a home for those who are not fit to be a part of society. Hundreds of people are in and out of this hospital every day. Doctors and Nurses are caring and grow to want the best for their patients. The ages of patients range from about 19 to 25. There is no absolute age restriction, it's just they happen to get this age range. New doctors are being employed as of late since there were many who have just retired. There are still the veteran doctors as well, however. A lot of people in this hospital are able to get better pretty fast... But there are still the people who have been locked up there for several years.

Jace sat in the corner of the recreation center, reading a book. As he read, his right hand tapped against the table in a steady beat. He did it unconsciously, not even realizing he was doing it because he was too caught up into the book he was working on finishing. The novel seemed about 700 pages long and he was nearly done with it. A blanket wrapped around his body and he looked cozy. It was hard to believe that he was a patient in a mental hospital. He seemed too normal, but he hid very well the fact that he saw more people in the room than were really there. He heard people talking to him in his head, but he blocked it out like it was just normal people having conversations around him. His long, messy hair fell in his face as he leaned over the pages, the edges brushing against the book gently.

Cali watched the man in front of her. His 'aura' was a dark blue. He was reading a book and ignoring everything else around him. She sometimes had a hard time remembering why she was here, but she knew it had to do with her mental breakdown several days ago. Riley walked up to her. She was seven now. Giggling, she said, "Cali's in love! Cai's in love! Cali's in love with a stranger!" "I am not!" Cali hissed. Jonah came up from behind her, gently tapping her on the shoulder. "Hey, Cali. It's been a few days."

He looked up when he heard Cali talking, and he focused on her for a moment as he tried to decide if she was real or not. He couldn't decide. "If you wouldn't mind..." he spoke up, his voice uneven and unsure, "I'm trying to finish this book. It's very good." He told her. "You and your friends need to be quiet. I'm trying to focus." he said. He saw people around her. Whether they were the same people she saw, that was unclear, but he saw people. He saw people around everyone, especially when they talked to themselves or to others. "All of you are way too loud..." he muttered to the people in his head, "Almost impossible to read a book..." He was no longer talking to her.

Clara was walking around with a nurse she looking around, the nurse showed her the recreation center. Clara did not know where to go after the nurse left. Clara was with an expression of who was lost, she decided to sit in a quiet corner but saw that it was already occupied, she saw a man and a book the book caught her attention, after some thought she decided to ask to read together. "umm..excuse me sir, but can I read with you?" she asked smiling.

Yuri had just been let out of his room to go to the recreation center the second he walked into the rec room he felt a hand on he turned around thinking that someone was there and he saw nothing but he heard something whisper "the whispers in the dark will always find you" when ever he heard that it always chilled him to the bone

Looked up when the girl asked to read with him. "Um well... Yes I suppose so. The same book?" He asked her, looking confused. He brushed one hand through his hair out of habit ever since he let it grow out. He started tapping again, his palm hitting the arm of the chair he sat in. "Because reading the same book at the same time would probably not work... Especially as I am about to finish reading it. But if you have your own book, feel free." He said.

she giggles softly "I've read this book before but I could not finish, because...the book is probably burned." she sighs but smiles once more "I'm Clara nice to meet you."

Yuri walked over to the book shelf and tried to find something to read but he couldn't think straight he always thought something was looking over his shoulder and at one point he actually saw something

"What do you mean, burned?" On good days, Cali was able to focus on the events that led to her placement here. The fire was at the front of her mind.

" It's nothing, nevermind." she was sad and walked off searching to a new book or something else to read.

"Sorry..." Cali mumbled. She had screwed everything up again. What to do now? She really was sorry. She had hurt someone else. She was a terrible person. She was horrible. She deserved no one. She deserved to die. Cali began hitting her head against the wall, as hard as she could.

Clara noticed this and ran towards her "Hey stop it!" she tried to stop her to hit her head in the wall "I Accept Your Apology."

But that wasn't the problem. Didn't anyone understand? What it was like to watch everything you love go up in flames, to hear their anguished, red-orange, too loud screams? She was alone in this world, and that relization was driving her to insanity. She would never be the perfect girl that her siblings could depend upon. If she hadn't been haggling over the price of a loaf of bread, they would still be alive.

Yuri at this point was being driven mad and started throwing things and screaming at anything and everything he could see he didn't care who or what it was he just wanted all of these voices being and things to go away and get out of his head he even started hitting himself he wanted it To go away so bad the nurse ended up sedating him and staging him off

Sebrie entered the recreation center, quietly wandering into the area with lost eyes. All morning she's been with the nurses, trying mental exercises and taking her every day depression medicine. It slightly helped with her depression, but nothing cured it more than conversation, and she was dying to earn it. Her fingers flicked in a motion as if to mime that of a lighter every other second as she walked with the nurses. They coaxed her along as she kept her eyes closed for minutes as she walked through the corridors to the recreation room. Thankfully they gave her this time to mingle, and this made her internally excited, although she didn't show it. Her dark brown hair covered her face as she bowed her head and closed her eyes for another moment, then opened them back up to reveal the light of the room. It was lit to a casual degree, yet not too bright. Not my preference.. but I can manage. She looked around at the people in the recreation area, smiling at any face who showed themselves to theirs. Some people were new, and some she's known for years. That included the bookworm in the corner that had two girls conversing with him. He seems to be talkative today, and so do those girls.. I can't remember their names.. Perhaps I can just ask them.

Sebrie nodded to the nurses as they left her to mingle, smiling as they departed. Finally, a little bit of freedom. Sebrie slowly walked towards the group all huddled in the corner and sat up against the wall, smiling at them all the while. "Hello and good day!" The tone in her voice was sweet, matching the way she smiled, as well as her soft hazel eyes. Outside of the hospital, guys fell for her looks and personality. Although she did like the attention, she would always decline offers to date her, seeing that it would only harm the guy. People didn't know what to think of her after she burned a house down, and the person inside...

Sebrie cleared her mind of the past, seeing that it would only depress her and cause harm to her mental state. She did care about what happened to the poor woman, but the more she thought about it, the more she would have problems with her depression and pyromania. Her finger continued to twitch slightly in a flicking motion, acting out that of lighting up a lighter. I could use a smoke right now... No. I don't need it. Smoke comes from fire and fire is bad.

But... It's beautiful.
Her expressions on her face stayed the same as before, but her finger's flicking motion picked up speed without her realizing. If she didn't stop thinking and start speaking soon, she'll have a panic attack and the nurses wouldn't let her back into the recreation room for another month.

The blonde turns around "Oh, Hello miss good morning." she smiles," My name is Clara, Clara Stewart what is your name?" noting that some men are facing them, she tried to ignore the feeling.

"Just shut up everybody! Shut up!" he lost his cool facade then, and looked frustrated. When people got loud in real life, he got confused as they melded with the ones in his head. He slammed his book shut and stood up. He glanced around like he wanted to get away but he felt surrounded by too many people even though he wasn't. His breathing quickened and he hurried out of there. He was slipping into a panic attack, and that was when he ran into a doctor who held him there and comforted him and told him to calm down as he cried into their shirt. Everything was too confusing here. He hated it. He hated everything about it.

Cali just continued to sit on the floor, crying and huddled up in a ball. The nurses had made her stop hitting hr head, and now everything was pressing in on her. The sounds of everyone's voices were grating in her ears, the smooth tiled floor was rough. Her hospital issued gown rubbed against her arms and made her shudder. The colors of everyone's voices flashed across her vision. Red, orange, green, yellow. She screwed her eyes shut and covered her ears, rocking on her heels the whole time. She didn't handle stressful situations well, instead shutting down and making everything worse. "Everybody just go away! AWAY! AWAY! AWAY!" Often, when she was upset, she would repeat herself until someone forced her to stop. "AWAY! AWAY! AWAY!" she cried. She wanted help bt didn't know how to ask for it. "Cali, what's wrong? She felt the touch of her sister on her shoulder, calming a bit, even lifting her head, before remembering that they weren't real, they were dead."Go away, Hannah! You aren't real anymore! Go AWAY!"

"My head.." Clara felt dizzy and her vision was blurry she fainted, the last thing she saw was her dead adoptive parents, some minutes she dreamed that she is still burning the circus, the dream was too real, she began screaming the nurses tried to make her stop moving and scratching her arms, when she finally wakes up she was in a bed, she decided to rest. She sighs " Clara remember have control of your dreams try to dream with something nice." she mutters to herself, and sleeps again.

Yuri was screaming violently the nurses were trying to get him to calm down and the voices in his keep edging him on driving him more insane he started scream "shut up SHUT UP SHUT THE FRICK UP" then he collapsed onto the floor crying and huddled into a ball because the voices wouldn't stop pestering him

Sebrie didn't know what to do as the chaos went on around her. She slowly sat down with her knees tucked in to her chest, and laid her head down on them. Her hair covered here legs as she sat there silently, unsure of what to do. Depression began to kick in as she though of the other patients and how they reacted to contact. It was all her fault. Soon she began shakily repeating the words "I'm sorry" over and over. Nurses came to comfort her and tell her it's okay, but all she did was sit there and continuously repeat those two words. Tears peaked from her eyes as she sat still. The tears soaked her jeans as she kept her head glued to her knees, unable to move. The lighter tick stopped for the moment as her depression took over. The nurses stayed with her, comforting her. Nothing hurt her more than the feeling of being rejected and alone.

Yuri finally calmed down with the help of a doctor coming in and sedating him they were bring him back to his room he was still struggling to some extent not wanting to go back to his room because that's where the voices were the strongest but he fell weak because of the sedatives in his system

Meanwhile Clara was dreaming that she was finally free, relaxing on a beach, outside the dream she heard some noises conversations in the room but she ignores and relax Later the good dream was becoming a nightmare she wakes up before the nightmare begins, she looks around and tries to recover. Clara sighs and mutters "Can I ever relax?" she noted that some of the mens stares at her.

Yuri was put into a strait jacket he was violently against the wall he thought he heard the doctors say (but he didn't know if it was real or not) "he has severe schizophrenia type S3 the worst kind sadly there is no helping him he will be tormented by the demons of his mind for the rest of his life" that pushed Yuri over the edge he collapsed have extreme convulsions crying to himself wanting this nightmare to end and then the demon of the mind showed its self and walked over and crouched by him saying "see the wisperers in the dark will always find you" then he stood up walked through the wall and disappeared
