Self-Loathing Werewolf
1. No images or pictures allowed. This is mainly to prevent accidental art theft, though photos may be allowed, written descriptions are still required.
2. Keep the ratio of patient to doctor characters relatively even.
3. Type C patients are relatively rare, so try to keep the number of them to a minimum. For reference: Type As are patients whose symptoms alter their physical appearance, Type Bs are patients whose symptoms alter their abilities (i.e. Gives them supernatural powers), and Type Cs are patients whose symptoms alter both their physical appearance and their abilities.
4. This is an advanced RP in general so please try to be detailed in your responses.
5. Your forms don’t have to be 100% like the ones provided but please try to include the core details.
6. Doctors should be mid twenties and up when it comes to agewise.
7. Patients can be any age but I would prefer if the majority of them were adults.
8. All patients must have some sort of weakness or drawback to their power. While they can be powerful, they must have some sort of limit that prevents them from being overpowered.
9. The majority of doctors are simply apathetic towards their patients, while some are more benevolent or malevolent, try to keep some of the more outwardly nice ones to a minimum. (Remember: GreenGlen does not tolerate friendly interactions between doctors and their patients.)
10. If your character has some sort of secret that you don't want to outwardly share, you do not have to mention it within your form, however please DM me about it so I can give you the okay on it.
11. As a matter of fact, in general, if you are unsure about a specific aspect of your character or story you're adding to the plot, please let me know.
12. Have fun and be creative!

Additional Information:
First Name: Dr. Octavia Fitzgerald Moore
Age: 30
Gender: Female
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Sexuality: Asexual Demiromantic
Doctor or Patient: Doctor
Dr. Octavia Moore stands at about an inch or two under that of her fellow doctors, however in combination with her thin and slender body gives her the impression of her being a lot lankier than she actually is. She's the type of person to walk around the halls with a sense of importance and urgency, with a slight slouch as well as a slightly janky step that gives her even more of an unintimidating or even unnoteworthy figure. Dr. Moore is an overall rather plain looking figure. She has an admittedly ridiculously long amount of hair, with its fiery redness halting at the top of her waist. Her hair is perfectly straight, with both the bottom tips and the top bangs being cut in a perfectly straight line, giving an almost rectangular look to it. She has pale skin and bright green eyes with only the tiniest bit of freckles across her nose if you look close enough, (not that she would let you get that close to her). She wears thin, black, circular glasses on a part to her farsightedness, along with a long, white lab coat, that of which is usually unbuttoned. Underneath that, to work she wears an icy pale blue turtleneck, a dark brown pair of khakis, and black work shoes. Along with that, she is always seen with at least one facility sanctioned yellow lab glove over her right arm. In fact, due to her dedicated nature, she is almost hardly seen out of her work clothes, though she claims to wear as equally professional levels of clothing outside of work.
As you could already tell, Octavia is a highly dedicated researcher, believing in the pursuit of science for the betterment of human knowledge. She works to make herself useful and known to the Higher Ups in order to prove her worth both to them, herself, and the scientific community. Ever since a young age, she has been striving to reach a form of scientific breakthrough that would test the boundaries of what we know. She's spent years and years of research and studying, trying to learn as much as possible and make her mark on the academic world. She raised herself to be a scholar, the best scholar she could be, so much so that she places the pursuit of knowledge before all else, much to her detriment. She often times does not consider how her actions or even if her actions affect other people, believing her studies are overall more important in the end. She does not understand that why she is doing to the patients is wrong, because she cannot see things from their perspective. She is often times out of touch with both those around her and her own emotions as a result. While professional and polite, she tends to have poor social skills around others, ultimately being described as boring by her peers during nonwork scenarios. Even though she is rarely seen outside of work due to a combination of GreenGlen's 24 hour work policy and Octavia's dedication to her craft, she spends her freetime playing online games of Botticelli and watching documentaries about the intricacies of Bocce ball, subjects of which she cannot bring into a casual conversation to save her life. While she may not be a high ranking doctor within her facility, she tries her damnedest to keep the other doctors and patients in line and on task, maintaining GreenGlen's schedule. This attribute gives her the reputation of having a cold and stringent nature, a note of which isn't entirely false. While incredibly intelligent and skilled in her field, she gets easily annoyed with other people around her if they do not take things seriously and she is most certainly emotionless and unfeeling when treating her patients, as doing so could potentially affect her studies and her standing within her job. Octavia wishes she could be in touch with her emotions more, but she worries that they could get in the way of what she perceives as important. She has an air of insecurity hidden beneath her confident and professional exterior. She wants to do the best she can in the field that she's good at, but she's had to sacrifice a lot of things in her life to get there, and she doesn't even know if she's entirely happy with it. She's certainly gotten painfully numb to the monotony of her daily job, to the point that the screams and wails of the patients around her have become white noise. Still, she often finds time to put in a snide remark here or there or make a joke that only her will laugh at.
Octavia Moore was born and raised in New Mexico as an only child, the same place where the events of the initial Incident took place. She lived with her two parents Julian Moore and mother Adriana Moore nee Dunst, where her father worked as a professor at the local university and her mother assisted their grandfather at the family's grocery after he grew too old to run it himself. At a young age, Octavia found great joy in helping her mother and grandfather run their shops, and even to this day she tends to have fond memories of the experience. Still, her mindset shifted towards academics after taking a biology course in sixth grade. She became an avid studier, spending most of her remaining high school years being tutored by her father into becoming the perfect scholar. She managed to get lucky enough to attend a high ranking college within state where she continued her studies on her own. After graduating, she went from place to place looking for work, which was around the time the virus initially broke out. She initially didn't have an opinion on the whole situation, as to her it just seemed like another odd event happening in the news, until she was approached by GreenGlen who saw her credentials and offered her a job at their facility, as they were looking for doctors to perform tests on those who had become infected. While Dr. Moore had not really had any clue what was in store for her, she agreed with their terms and conditions, and has worked there ever since. Even though she found the unusual nature of the patients and the facility odd and even questionable ethically, she soon became used to it and dedicated a fair portion of her life to working there. Unfortunately, this did strain her relationship with her family as she has not seen them since getting hired. She is one of the earliest joining members at the facility, and although by no means an employee of high standing, she does tend to gleam some respect from her peers, at least on paper.
Medical Conditions: Aside from her astigmatism, she can be seen on occasion taking some sort of medically prescribed pills, though it is uncertain to her peers what ailment it is exactly for.
"How Do You Feel About Your Patients?": Octavia is apathetic towards her patients, neither outwardly kind nor cruel to them. To her they are merely test subjects, there to be studied and experimented on to figure out the origins and inner workings of the disease. Perhaps once, when she first started, she felt a twinge of guilt ache up inside her about what she was doing, if it was right, but over time she's gotten a bit numb, seeing it as just a part of the job. Even if she feels bad about what she's doing to these people deep down, it is ultimately for the pursuit of knowledge, and if the government sanctioned her to experiment on them using these methods, surely it's for the greater good.
