    God Awful Half-Brother​
    It's a long story, but we're gonna tell it anyway.

    Basically, a friend of Skylie's father gave her a letter that her dad wrote before he died. It explained to her that before he'd met her mom, he'd gone to America and met a beautiful woman in Philadelphia. They'd been together for a short time, but when he went back to Canada, he met Skylie's mom, and the rest was history. While he was engaged to Skylie's mother, though, the woman contacted him, saying she was pregnant. But... he was about to marry someone else, so he didn't do anything.

    Cole was the product of Skylie's father's fling.

    At first, Skylie lamented having a brother, but now that she's met him, and now that they're together, she can't imagine ever being without him. He knows everything about her, and she him, and even though he has no idea how to be an older brother, it's clear he cares. She hates that he does, but she loves it, too.

    They bicker. A lot.

    Relationships​

    Arin [Ares]: Liz met Arin completely by accident, at Walmart, of all places. He was trying to pick out a card and present combo for his sisters-- all of whom he'd pissed off. Liz saw him struggling and went to help, and they've been close ever since.

    Skylie Dyer [Iris]: Skylie is the perfect example of the type of person Liz wants to help. I can see Liz finding Skylie in a vulnerable situation (even if its just a 'what the hell is going on' type deal) and Skylie lashing out at her, and Liz maybe surprising her by not lashing out back/copping a 'tude?

    Avril Cavallon [Harmonia]: Avril and Liz have alot in common, starting with the fact that their parents are dead and ending with their too-nice personalities. I can see them being wonderful friends, and maybe combining forces even to try and keep others calm and from biting each others head off due to stress.

    Ivy St. Clair [Thalia the Muse]: Liz thinks she's amazing-- laughter is the best medicine, after all.

    Kendrick Wheatley [Orpheus]: Both raised in an orphanage/foster care due to their parents dying, I can see them bonding over that. Liz loves music as well, though she's instrumentally challenged. But she can sing, even if she doesn't let alot of people know it.

    Castiel Valdez [Antheia]: Liz would blush and become uncomfortable if he compliments her. He confuses her, but she is intrigued. They also have the lack of parents in common, and their ability to nurture/control/manipulate plants (Liz) and flowers (Castiel).

    Oliver Jarrell [Coeus]: They're pretty close in age, and Liz would definitely be impressed by his smarts and degrees. She'd never treat him like those idiot public school kids; in fact, despite the fact that he's older (and taller) she'd probably feel protective over him.

    Tobias Abernathy [Macaria]: Liz absolutely adores Mushu and would die when he quoted him. She also loves dancing, though she doesn't think she's any good.

    Jacqueline Royster [Asclepius]: Her forwardness would probably make Liz a bit uncomfortable, though she would try not to let it bother her because she prefers it when people are able to be who they are.

    Coleson McKinney [Adonis]: Once again, Liz doesn't do well with flirting attention, so if he were to flirt with her she'd probably blush and giggle like a schoolgirl. But the fact that he wants more than just sex appeals to her inner romantic.

    Naomi Bernasconi [Hypnos]: Liz would be intrigued by the girl, not afraid of her, and would want to befriend her.

    Amelia Felicity Delacroix [Aphrodite]: They're kind of... best friends but not? They like each other but sometimes Liz gets the feeling she isn't appreciated as a third wheel.

    Park Yurae [Ganymede]: I can see them getting along, and you'd mentioned a 'hetero' crush where he was misreading it as friendship. That could be the two of them?

    Ingrid Bjorn [Khione]: Liz would wanna get past her icy demeanor, maybe she does, maybe she doesn't. Liz is a ball of sunshine and really wants others to be happy. But Liz is a part of that #takenoshit squad. [xD]

in case you guys haven't read the rs part of yurae and greer, here's my ideas for possible dynamics/complications. none of these are set in stone, just suggestions. and some of these are far into the rp so im okay with not immediately covering some of them ~ they won't be happening until we reach a certain point

i have a few people in mind but i won't tag anyone because technically none of us are accepted ^^ i'm still reading through some these sheets so once everyone's finished, i'll put some character names next to these ideas. please talk to me about these in ooc cause i like making connections + drama, pm and discord (#5906) is fine too

yurae: has a bi awakening arc (because of ganymede) + cinema/photography (personal)
— korean friend or online pen pal (bonus if they speak korean or are interested in photography) who travelled with him to greece
— alternatively a third wheel to two friends with heavy romantic tension, preferably irl but is okay with online

— gonna talk to a zeus, 'abduction' modern style via consenting invitation (there's also a kind of cheesy/intimate moment i wanna do??)
— hera, an unexplainable discomfort/hatred as yurae somehow invades irl hera's social circle
— rl zeus love interest (not hera if any), an unexplainable discomfort/hatred x2
— apollo, possible person to advise him on his gay/bi awakening
— ganymede and eros are matching besties !! eros consistently 'cheats' ganymede so we can kinda include that somewhere?
— ganymede and helen and cassandra are troy royalty?? and they're all just caught up in the mess that is the trojan war?? idk they could be friends

— a love interest would be cool too, complications galore
— one 'hetero' crush, but it's actually yurae misreading friendship
— one 'gay' crush, that makes him start questioning after he finds out he's ganymede
— one ofc, gay endgame, may or may not be the gay crush but is a genuine love interest
— i also don't mind if it's not a gay bc i decided for him to end up bi since he's already had plenty girl crushes not to be dismissed
— or alternatively he could have the cross sexuality of biromantic homosexual or other variants of that sort

— relating to his personal goals
— a local (or not local) model who wants to do some street photography before they get together
— alternatively someone is interested in modeling/acting and approaches him for something they want to do
— yurae may or may not feel inspired and will start his own project (probably the cinematography kind)

— random prompt: yurae would probably get a tattoo done
— yurae flirting with someone drunk, probably with zeus or someone similar
— yurae being on the receiving end of drunk flirting, probably with zeus or someone similar

greer: no arc but free to be accidentally involved in drama
— another sane person over twenty, preferably someone who drinks whom she recently met before everyone gets together at mount olympus
— would probably be working with whoever else that wants to figure out what the hell is going on (coeus? athena?)
— alternatively wants to stop global warming with her ice powers and aeolus' help

— possible friends: insert names here after characters are finished
— there's a few other similar characters in the whole 'intelligent, asocial, opinionated' type so i suggest: #girlswhowonttakeyourshitsquad
— alternatively they don't get along because they're too similar, but i'd rather not perpetuate women can't get along/hate each other
— greer is still somewhat hateable ! and she's pretty hate driven ! so i'm okay with anyone thinking she's a bit of a bitch or something
— like she's always tryna make problems, being too critical or always point out the wrong with everything
— yknow, that good internal conflict stopping them from working together
— someone younger than her? in a sort of admiration aspect so greer could soften up a bit

— the only person i could think of for a in-mythology interaction is boreas? because they're related?
— apparently she also had a thing with poseidon, but i doubt greer is gonna agree to that
— scraping the mythological barrel, apparently apollo also was a thing (they have indirect opposites thing going on)

— love interest would also be nice ^^ i'd prefer a girl but i don't mind !!
