Grand Fleet

William felt the the knife sink into his face and turned to it's thrower, "Well, I suppose so. I should introduce myself properly though." He bowed to them, smiling in his usual grandiose manner, "I am William Rundell Haus Code, the flesh demon otherwise known as The Gentleman!" He grinned as he straightened up, pulling knife from his face and letting it clatter to the ground, "Now that you know my name and title, you may quiver in fear, mortal. Not many have survived an encounter with me, except perhaps for that insufferable chemical faker." He sighed, bringing his attention back to the task at hand. He turned back to Nanautzin, "Say, do you have any more puppets left nearby?" He asked, not explaining why he wanted one just yet.

Nova Wolfe

Nova watched his whole introduction and rolled her eyes though she couldn't help but find it quite amusing. "Oh I'm quivering all right..." She muttered sarcastically as he looked back at the other demon. She didn't really want to be waiting while they talked and was frankly hoping that one of them would attack her. She sighed some and pulled her sword up, spinning it around for a moment to occupy herself before walking twoards a wall, and leaning on it then quickly pushing herself off and charging twoards both if the demons, lessoning the gravitational pull on herself do she could get some real power. She mainly aimed for the tentical wielding one but was ready to hit the virus demon as well.

The blade flew at William and pierced him in the chest. He slowly turned to look at her condescendingly and smiled, "Now that won't get you far, will it?" He raised a foot and planted it on her chest, kicking her back again with force, "One moment, Nanautzin, I have a pest to deal with first." And with that he darted forward past the girl as she was still flying and held out an arm for her to crash into violently.

Alec had blacked out after he'd been launched into the wall, though he'd quickly gained his consciousness back once he'd been hit in the chest by his own teammate. He didn't make it obvious that he was awake, taking his time to make a plan of attack. About halfway through his planning, he scrapped the whole thing, noticing his dagger just a few feet away from him. Whilst 'William' had been introducing himself, standing near perfectly still, he'd been examining his body, looking for any anomalies. Veins. Muscle build-up. Anything.

Eventually, he found what he was looking for. At the starting point of any tentacle, there must be an immense amount of muscle. And, naturally. if introduced to a surprise few dozen million volts of pure electricity. Of course, he would go for as many volts as possible, without permanently damaging himself from energy loss. That would hopefully be around 50 million, enough to either incapacitate him, or render his tentacle useless, due to lack of muscle use.

Either way, it was worth a shot. He waited till William was focused on Nova, smiling when he lunged at her. He launched himself into a roll, picking up his dagger along the way, and jumped, stabbing his electrical dagger into the base of the nearest tentacle. He released as much electrical energy as he could through his hands, and into the grip, sending the electricity straight to the blade. That was gonna cause some serious damage. He stayed on for as long as possible, enjoying the feeling of electricity flowing through his palms. He felt powerful beyond belief.

He felt like god.

Nova Wolfe

Nova looked at him with a smile as the blade impailed his chest though knew it wouldn't be much help. She frowned some as he was unfazed. This was going to be harder than she had hoped. She felt the kick and flew back, trying to adjust her center gravity so that she wouldn't get too hurt by whatever was to come. She managed to slow herself down just enough that she hit his fist with a yelp though it only felt like a punch. She fell back onto the ground and smirked as he watched Alec force what she would guess was millions of volts into William. She screamed to her feet though was quite wobbly as she did, using her sword to help her. As the man was getting shocked she pulled out three throwing knifes and threw them with as much force as she could at William, hoping to do some good damage.

(Good job xD)

William smirked as he saw the boy artificial try to attack him, but his eyes widened as the blade sunk in and started to get to work. With a snarl he threw his arm out to smash the electric wielder away with his forearm, the tentacle frying and dropping off from his body. William then also felt the blades of three knives pierce into him, all three hitting him in the head and causing it to snap back. The demon pulled the knives from his head and threw them to the ground with force, causing each to fly through the floor and into the room below, "Not bad. Not enough." The second tentacle then did to Nova what his arm had done to Alec and swiped her into a wall, holding her there with increasing pressure. With her held in check, William turned to Alec, "Now that blade is something I definitely don't like." The electrical voltage had also temporarily fried his nervous system as well, so his senses were slightly frazzled for the time being. Even so, he was sure that the combination of his strength, speed and extra appendages, he would be fine. But that attack and definitely taken him by surprise. With grunt, he darted forward with great speed again, picking Alec up and smashing him into the steel wall right beside them.

Vail slid out of the way quickly as the tentacle shot out to pierce her. Perhaps fire wouldn't be such a good tactic at this angle, so she switched. To many people in the way, to many chances for her to miss. The girl, even though her boyish figure and the mask and hood hid the fact that she was a girl, fumbled around for an arrow. Tranquilizer dart wouldn't do much damage to a Demon, perhaps paralyze a tentacle for a few hours, but not the whole body. She loaded the crossbow and aimed for a tentacle. Yes, one would think the wise choice would be to go for the head or heart, but the tentacles were the problem. Getting rid of those would get rid of the problem, and from then on it would be a piece of cake.

She closed her right eyes and adjusted the crossbow on her shoulder, letting out a low breath. To many people in the way, so she had to focus and not hit anyone but the target. A tentacle waved around in the air, ready to strike.

She fired, watching the arrow dodge the others and head straight for the tentacle. She prayed in the millisecond that it would hit.

Alec let out a sharp cry of fear as he saw Nova slammed into the wall from his position on the floor, where he had landed just moments before. He was happy to see the damage he'd done, but it didn't quite have the effect he expected. By the time he'd returned his focus to William, it was far too late. He felt his body slam into the wall behind him, letting out a pained cry as he felt the pressure on his chest. Using more energy was too risky... He didn't know what kind of permanent damage could come from that kind of abuse. He just had to hope that Vail had some sort of plan...

He smiled as he heard her crossbow fire.

William was still focusing on Alec so he didn't notice his tentacle getting tranquillised as the dart hit it. However the tentacle worked by itself. Another tentacle grew from his back, this one with a large bone axe blade on the end. It sliced the tranquillised tentacle off before attempting to decapitate the artificial that had shot William. The now cut-off tentacle shrivelled up and disintegrated to nothing. Back to the fight between William and the electric artificial, the flesh demon threw the boy down the hallway, eyes narrowed. These three could easily prove to be troublesome after all, although they wren't terribly strong, they were adaptive, or hiding something at least. If anything, he would have to adapt as well if he were to enjoy this as much as he was hoping.

(I mean, all I did was take damage and react, but okay thanks :D )

Acantha saw Nanautzin's attack coming but She was too slow as the Spikes shot, she decided to minimize damage by Revolving her strings in supersonic speed, destroying most of the spikes but a few got through, this attack however destroyed a majority of her strings. "dammit!" she slid on the ground until she hit the wall with enough force to kill any mortal many times over but to her it felt like shit hit impact foam. She looked to where Nanautzin was but he was no where to be seen. "a suicide attack?!" then she noticed the beast still trying to get untangled. If that thing is still alive then that must mean the old man is still alive. "ich.." she got up tiredly. and put her hand to her ear. "Theon," She regathered her strings keeping an eye on the beast. "I almost got Nanautzin but he got away with some kind of desperate spike attack what is your situation?"

Nova Wolfe

Nova squealed as she was thrown into a wall, the tentical holdimg her against it. She reached for her sword before calling for it to come to her once more. The sword vanished and appears in her hand. She grunts some and continuously attempts to slash the tentical off of her. Though she didn't know how much that would do. She focused her center of gravity onto the demon in an attempt to cause the tentical to fall away if she was unable to cut it off. She knew she would be straining herself by doing this but was prepared as well if that happened.

The tentacle was hacked off without too much effort, but the stump grew back two more that tried to lash at her wrists and bind her. It was clear that they were just trying to contain her instead of properly fighting her. So far, William judged her to be the least threat to him of the three, so he had decided not to focus on her, instead allowing his tentacles to go on auto pilot. And so far, it was going well enough.

@Psychopath

Nova Wolfe

Nova smirked some at how easily she was able to hack off the tentacles, giving her an idea. She quickly forced herself into the air and pushed off the wall, flying twoards the two tentacles, she spun the blade to try and cut through the two before aiming the blade at one of his arms, she didn't know how well she would be able to do at keeping the tentacles at bay though was willing to do as much as possible to do so. Considering she had one of the weaker powers she wanted to focus on weakening him instead of attacking head on. "I'll hold back the tentacles, you two aim for him!" She yelled out.

((xD I kinda wish I had chosen something else for her power >.< Gravity is kinda hard to work with))

Vail let out an obvious frustrated grunt. She would have to step it up, it seemed as though this Demon was not taking any damage at all. Vail's armor and weapons had been made fire-proof just for her, and she wore gloves and thick black boots to keep from singing things. She threw off her heavy weapons and gloves in a corner, away from the Demon to access them. Her hands now free, she was ready to put on a fight. Although no one could see, from behind her mask and hood, her hair had flames licking the ends. Her fingertips held little flames that came together into massive fireballs. She threw one of them, aiming for his face. She threw the other a moment later, going for a tentacle. Although Vail wasn't one to follow orders, she followed her friend's orders.

@Thetas

@Psychopath I think your power is uniqueee!

@Destructus Kloud

The dual-headed tentacles were shredded as the gravity artificial rushed towards him. Just as she was about to stab him in the arm however, a fourth tentacle shot from his back. This one was just a normal long string of thick flesh, but it bundled into her and acted as a springboard, rocketing her away from his body at great speed. He needn't anymore distractions at this rate and he was growing impatient.

It was at that point that a fireball hit him in the face, burning half of it off. He growled as a second hit his axe-mounted tentacle, but it was too thick for the flames to completely sever it. It regrew the damaged part and lashed out at the fire artificial again, aiming to slice the hands off.

Nova smirked some before being slammed into the wall. She grunted and let out a whine as she fell from the Nova shaped dent. She quickly stood up and held her hand out towards the tentacles and used her Gravitational power to attempt to slam them into the ground and hold them back. Though she knew she wouldn't be able to hold all of them, it was worth a try. Her hair fell over her eyes as the powers began to affect her as well, feeling some more weight on her shoulders though she continued to go for as long as she could. "Watch out for the area around those tentacles, it has a great gravitational pull. I'd hate to crush you guys..." She joked some, having to use her sword to hold her up from the pain of her being thrown around quite a bit.

Alec grunted as he was thrown down the long, metal hall, skidding to a halt a few meters from the end. He grunted and clambered to his knees, looking up at William through blurry eyes. He wiped the sweat from his forehead, and rubbed his eyes, clearing his vision. He got to his feet slowly, and held his side. Something wasn't right there... He must've hit it on the initial impact. He took a step forward, and grunted a bit, feeling something move in his side.

He sighed a bit, and looked up to the beast attacking his allies... He grunted, and took another step, gasping and falling to his knees. He pounded his fist into the ground, and stared at the ground. He was letting his team down...

And there was nothing he could do about it.

((I'll throw him back in later ^-^ I think it'd be a little OP if he were thrown around that much and just got up like nothing happened.))

Nanautzin had just been watching as his compatriot attacked the children. It was going about like he would have expected it to go. William was certainly winning though the children were making things interesting. "You know I feel like I need to release some stress. So I'll be joining in." The viral demon said as he ordered the copies that weren't in a fight to converge on him. He needed to put himself back together. Nanautzin lifted his hands and his wings turned into three large viral spores. Chuckling the demon said, "careful... it spreads quickly." With that Nanautzin launched on at each of the children. " my clones will be gathering on me. You can use one... why?"

To match Gabriel, several small spheres of gravity appeared, revolving around him. He chuckled "Guess you don't feel like talking huh?" he slammed his palms together and the spheres suddenly turned into extending spikes, shooting towards her "Then we will get right to it" his body vanished once again, a sword forming in his hand as he swung down towards her. The energy from this sword was far stronger than his original attack. He'd held back the first time because he'd been aiming to destroy her syringe, not kill her. Now that she had an armored form, he certainly didn't need to hold back.

@Gabriel Forfax

Gabriel summoned her war scythe in an instant, raising it up above her head. Following the motion, her energy built a massive wall, thick enough for the gravity spikes to remain stuck in them. The Officer grabbed her scythe with both hands then just in time to block the immortal's sword attack, and in the meantime she focused a decent amount of power into her foot. Gabriel moved her leg up to forcefully kick Alex away by kicking his abdomen with a mass of an entire Earth, force equaled mass times acceleration after all.

@Seraph Darkfire

Using the momentum of his sword swing, he swung over Gabriel's head avoiding her kick. An attack of that magnitude wasn't good for her, especially in space. There would be nothing to stop her. As he moved, his feet struck the wall that held his gravity spikes. The spikes suddenly changed direction and began to spread through the wall, the intent was to shatter the wall and use the resulting gravitational force to attack Gabriel.

At the same time, he used the force of his kick against the wall to leap upwards and away from Gabriel.

@Gabriel Forfax

Gabriel briefly chuckled as he moved away, stone shards the size of a human that were floating near the Officer now propelling themselves towards the immortal. The shards quickly crossed over the empty space on their way to penetrate Alex and pin him to the wall behind him, and the Officer readied her stance to move. Gabriel jumped on one shard and started jumping from one to another and doing so fast, she swung her scythe empowered with high pressured stone at the immortal as she got close enough, wanting to finish Alex off by slicing trough him.

Alex brought his hands together in a praying motion. The gravity around him warped space as it twisted. The shards driving towards him went off in random directions before he brought his hands forward and clapped his fingers around the blade of her scythe, a thin gravity field around his fingers to protect them from her energy. The eyes of his helmet flashed with purplish energy as black spheres of gravity appeared at his fingers, twisting around the cane of her scythe, shooting their spear like points towards her hands.

Pushing away from her, he slid downwards, gravity wrapping around him and distorting the light. At first, it gave a rippling effect before the area in front of him smoothed out, erasing his image completely, making it appear as though he'd simply vanished.

Using his gravity to cause the light to avoid him was quite difficult. Gabriel's attack had still managed to crack the gauntlets of his armor, even when he'd been using his energy to defend, he needed time to repair them. He also had an idea.

@Gabriel Forfax

Gabriel let her hands suffer the damage that bruised the armor there, opening her hands that resulted in the bent scythe floating away as she looked around for the immortal with a haunting cold look. The Immortal took away the Captain's life and honor so carelessly, and now it was her turn to carelessly rid the immortal of his own. The Officer closed her eyes as she couldn't see the immortal anymore, focusing her senses on the shift of particles in the space surrounding her.
Forfax manipulated her energy externally, strengthening her armor and leaving her energy to fill the vacuum in the medium radius around her, making her able to block his attacks instantaneously. Sensing that particles tended to shift closer to one particular spot the Officer opened her amber eyes, raising her hand in that direction only for it it to take a form of a stone snake with diamond scales, the monster hurling towards the hidden immortal with jaw spread wide open and long fangs ready to bury themselves into the gravity wielder.

Silence was heavy in the section that Pieta had entered, but gradually the sounds of chaos was getting progressively louder. The blonde woman had slipped rather quietly from one of the entrance ports to the Grand Fleet. Continuing to wind her way down this corridor, she looked over at the doors to the side. A few of them were open. These looked like cabins... for the artificial immortals, perhaps?

Everyone seemed to have fled this area due to the chaos. A small smile had crept onto her face. Even though she couldn't hear it, she could feel it. Even beneath her feet the small, small vibrations. It was different from meeting the few mortals she had encountered on the way here. Breaking their will and swallowing their souls had done little to satisfy the demon. She lifted her hand to run her fingers through her hair to stop her fingers shaking. She was already feeling excited, she observed as she turned around the corner to continue walking.

There was no faltering in her footsteps, as though she was simply taking a stroll on a relaxed afternoon. Yet her senses were sharp, always on the lookout for anyone that would be of interest to her.
