Frankenstein. The Phantom of the Opera. The Picture of Dorian gay Grey. Les Miserables.
What do all these great works have in common?
they are all written by Romantic authors.
and like- they are a bunch of good books. really good books. and they've made me sob uncontrollably.

I mean, surely, there has got to be someone else on RP Nation who loves these works. Right?

so uh anyway, the point is, the books are in the public domain, and I want to plagiarize use these works for prompt inspiration. and shit will be gay. all the gay. I like the gay, and these books were either pretty gay, subtextualy gay, set in an opera house because theater is gay, or literally used in a trial as evidence that the author was gay..
