Gossamer

I was designing a high essence Solar who had mastered Quicksilver Hand of Dreams, and trying to find a source of Gossamer for my crafting. Suddenly, I realized there was a Background explicitly described as having access to a supply of Gossamer: the Gossamer Background from Graceful Wicked Masks. I felt unsure about giving it to a non-Fey character, so I decided to see what other people think.

I'd require in-game justification for purchasing the background--interaction with a Court to secure the gossamer, or something like that. Simply mastering QHoD shouldn't unlock the background.

I've voted "yes, but at an increased cost". This is the closest thing to my actual opinion which is "yes, but you probably need an appropriate Backing or similar background too".

I'd insist on some form of explanation where they're getting the Gossamer. Frankly the Gossamer background is not necessary considering they can use the charm Dream Ravager Hand to get their hands on dreams and forge them already.
