I strongly recommend black desert if you like a fighting system and something else to do besides the regular dungeon. It has strong economy system, along with cooking, trading, fishing, etc.

If you have the money to fish out $20 for the game and then $13/$15 for the monthly subscription, then FFXIV: A Realm Reborn is a decent MMORPG that you can have fun playing with friends. If you have a standard membership tier instead of entry then you only need to be pay $13 for 180 days as far as I'm aware.

If you like hack-and-slash games, Elsword is a good MMO to play. It has a good set of charactersto choose from too.

Tera and Path of Exile are my favorite ones. I find Tera better but PoE is fun, especially if you're a casual mmorpg scrub nut, like me.
