Gladwell
Signal Seeker and Writer of Names
I've been called many names over the years. Some call me Mr. A, others call me CJ and a small community near Guadalajara calls me "El Diablo Peludo". For this website, I've decided to take the name Carlos.
For the last week or so, I've been looking for one or two Roleplay partners. (Specially for the time inbetween my semesters,)
I'm looking for people with a certain degree of life experience (not age) to roleplay about either boring or interesting subjects in interesting ways. I've never commited my characters into romance, but I've written several situations in which my characters have fallen in love for other characters in realistic manners. Unfortunately I've been diagnosed with a very rare case of Fandom Allergy. Whenever I start writing fandom, my brain starts swelling till my eyes would probably explode (Haven't gone all the way yet.)
The wierder and the more personality a story has, the more I'm interested in continuing roleplaying with someone. I've been known to cut off a story after no more than 10 replies (... but then suddenly a truck ran him over... while being in flames... within a demonic circle.... right in the middle of Narnia... Right after all the Dragon balls got destroyed)
I don't mind writing with either men or women, but I never do LGBT related themes in my roleplays simply because I don't think I can really understand what it must be to love another man (or being a woman and love a woman). Most of the time, I tend to develop way too complicated relations inbetween characters to the point neither of us were sure what kind of relationship our characters had. Which in my opinion is a very good thing.
As for my expectations:
-Posts made out of more than a paragraph would be required, but I understand if someone wants to do a conversation when both of us are in front of the computer/smartphone
-Semi-daily posts aren't a requisite, but much appreciated
-Creative plot ideas to mix in with my own are a must.
-Please don't do more Cliché'd nerdy yet beautiful shy bookworms or I'll turn my character into a psychopathic serial killer specialized in hunting them down. Interesting FLAWED characters are awesome!
-If I have to see another model/actress portrait for some character, I might feel the urge to scream. Please don't make me wanna scream.
-Grammar/Spellcheck aren't a must, but keep the ball going. Your words should be understandable.
Thank you for taking your time to read this.
I do appreciate you showing some sympathy,
and same taste.
You used all your well-learned politese, so I'll leave you with a smile.
