monoASSESSMENT　21.05.72

Mathias Blumenthal assessment report. Austrian born. Date of birth: 31.01.56. Male. Proves to be a well-rounded individual with particular strength in observation and reflexes but weakness in ranged accuracy. Initially seemed a bit too prideful to work well in a long-term team but the haughty front seemed to be more of a defense mechanism upon further observation. Blumenthal started to warm up to fellow applicants and staff members after his nerves seemed to wind down. Assessment: Passed. End Notes: Needs to deal with nerves without withdrawing into himself, may prove to be his downfall during field work. Seems to work better when not under intense scrutiny. Works well in a group. Recommendation to assign Blumenthal to larger branch in Berlin to facilitate to his skill set.

monoFIRST OBSERVATION SESSION FOR GOD EATER　16.07.73

Blumenthal seems to adjusting to his God Arc well. No issues have risen from his God Arc or wristlet. His long blade God Arc compliments his skill set (aside from his lacking ranged accuracy). Blumenthal seems to be a naturally curious individual but hasn’t tried practicing without supervision yet, as recommended. For someone who has been observed to be stubborn and rather sarcastic, he does follow orders when given.

monoFIRST OFFICIAL MISSION　01.09.73

Mission success. Blumenthal, though initially anxious about being on the field for the first time, adjusted to the new situation well. Team leader, Yulia Hawkthorne, stated that Blumenthal “performed rather well for a newbie after he got going”. He worked successfully with the team and only suffered slight bruising after being blown back by a stray tail. However, he also needs to learn to operate on his own without always looking at the team leader for guidance. Team leader might not always have the patience to coddle their teammates.

monoBLOOD ART -- IN PROGRESS　01.02.74

Blumenthal began exploring blood arts on-and-off after exposure to Evoke support. Currently favoring learning the blood art, Galestrike. Unsure if this particular blood art is recommended. Blumenthal accidentally embedded his God Arc, Toto, into the north-side wall of training room No05. No one was hurt except Blumenthal, who only suffered some bruising and forming blisters in the hands. Sturdier gloves recommended for Blumenthal.

monoRECOMMENDATION TO TAKE ON MORE LEADERSHIP ROLES　05.07.74

Recommended to take on missions as a team leader. Proves to work well with team even in dire situations. Thinks on his feet effectively even when unexpected events occur. Blumenthal shows skill in organizing objectives by priority. He takes feedback into account and strives to improve in the areas that has been pointed out to be his weaknesses. Extra notes: He has covered his weakness in ranged combat with alternative tactics depending on the situation. Prefers to use his bullets at close range in order to not be wasteful.

monoRECOMMENDATION FOR LEADERSHIP ROLES ILL-ADVISED　18.12.74

Blumenthal strangely does not work well when assigned as a team leader. He clams up and his nervous habits from his earlier months as a God Eater reappear and has proven to have negative consequences on his performance on the field. Thankfully, this was only during a mock field run and not during an actual field mission. Further assessments on this matter will be done to see if this behavior can be grown out of.

monoBLOOD ART -- COMPLETE　01.06.75

As recommended from team leaders that have worked with him, Blumenthal has taken time off from the field as his confidence seems to have taken a hit after his assessment as a team leader. During this time, he has taken the time to be more consistent with his training and perfected his blood art. This accomplishment seems to have brought his confidence up but as of now we are unsure if it’s enough to be successfully re-assessed for leadership potential.

monoTRANSFER RECOMMENDED　25.08.75

Upon further observation, it has been recommended that Mathias Blumenthal be transferred to a smaller branch. The size of the Berlin might have been beneficial to the God Eater while he was still a new recruit but that is clearly not the case anymore. Many of the God Eaters who Blumenthal has a close bond with have already transferred to other branches so the transfer would likely be easier for him than others. It’s recommended that he be transferred to a branch in Austria as he seems to appreciate familiarity.

monoTRANSFERRED TO VIENNA BRANCH　05.12.75

Blumenthal has been transferred to Vienna Branch upon further assessment. The God Eater has not been notified for the reason behind his transfer as it is not necessary might just cause needless confusion than be of any benefit. He has taken the news well. He even seems to be happy about the change of assignment, though notably puzzled. Blumenthal seems to have a positive attitude about being back in his homeland and has started the process of getting ready for the official transfer.

monoADJUSTMENT TO NEW ENVIRONMENT　09.02.76

Blumenthal has adjusted to Vienna and seems to be more at ease than he was in the Berlin branch. He initially had been a bit intimidated by the new environment but after the first few weeks he seems to have adjusted nicely. He is less stiff with his fellow branch members and has taken to go as far as snarking and joking with them. The God Eater seems to prefer familiar faces, even if he inevitably doesn’t get along with some of them. However, he seems to be one of the few God Eaters who can work with some of the more difficult personalities and is fine with work them (and around them if that is needed). He prefers not to let his personal conflicts affect how he works and trains with his fellow members of Vienna Branch.

monoTRANSITION INTO LODESTAR　29.01.77

Selected and moved to Lodestar. Blumenthal questioned the decision to select him for Lodestar multiple times as if we would make an error while logging in information to the database. After the third round of questioning, operator decided to print him out an official document and sent him off with specific instructions to cease asking questions about the reassignment. Blumenthal has stopped questioning his acceptance into Lodestar.

Lolita Tremble applied for the God Eater program, and was immediately found to have high compatibility with the third generation bias factor. She was summarily accepted and trained in the local base.

monoTRANSFER TO PARIS BRANCH　03.07.74

Shortly after training, was transferred to Paris and put under Captain Geoffrey Bernard's 3rd Unit. Performs well in her duties. Eventually promoted to vice-captain of the squad.

Disobeyed direct orders from Director Delacroix, putting herself and the team at risk to assist a stranded civilian family. Was released from detention after two weeks, with her ranking revoked.

monoTRANSFER TO LONDON BRANCH　21.09.74

Transferred to London Branch as soon as possible. Despite former allegations, continues to perform her typical God Arc duties with little to no instruction or encouragement. Tends to work independently, or with only one or two squad members. Acclimated to the new environment, quickly earning the trust and respect of her teammates.

After showing physical aggression towards Director Cornwall in addition to two other altercations, is scheduled for transfer to Glasgow Branch. Currently under detention for three weeks for insubordination.

monoTRANSFER TO BERLIN BRANCH　29.11.74

Lolita Tremble and the Glasgow Director have brought about a mutual decision to have her transferred. She is under consideration for the Berlin Branch. No charges were pressed.

monoRE-ASSESSMENT　15.06.75

Due to numerous transfers and detention stays, Lolita Tremble, now of the Moscow Branch, has been re-assessed for the God Eater program. Results show a strong work ethic and excellent combat abilities, making her indispensable on the field. Her compatibility with her God Arc has grown stronger since her initial aptitude test. Most allegations on record stem from authority disagreements. Recommendation is to keep her in the program with specific instructions on how to treat rank hierarchy.

monoINTELLIGENCE CENTER ADMISSION　27.12.75

Several more disagreements with officials have put Lolita Tremble under consideration for expulsion from the God Eater program. The Intelligence Center for Fenrir HQ disagrees and request to transfer her to their staff. She now constantly relocates to where she is needed, circumventing her pattern of eventual altercations with the Branch Director.

monoINTELLIGENCE CENTER PERFORMANCE　20.04.76

The God Eater performs her duties adequately, but her disagreements with officials remain. She is willing to follow instructions provided she is given the reasons and variables that lead to each decision. Intelligence Center staff are recommended to send their requests to Captain Kiku instead of asking Lolita Tremble directly.

monoLODESTAR TRANSFER　15.02.77

The Intelligence Center sends some of their staff to assist in the Apotheosis investigations, one of which is Lolita Tremble. Being assigned to Lodestar was a personal request from the God Eater herself. She is tasked with keeping the Intelligence Center up to date with field mission ongoings to supplement the reports of the other officers and researchers there.

Noa di Maria. Age sixteen. Found to be highly compatible with a 2nd Generation God Arc. She appears to be very attentive to her surroundings and takes note of potential environmental factors well. Her ranged accuracy and sense of efficiency also appears to be of a promising level for a new recruit, however her stamina and mobile ability are in considerable need of work.

monoFIRST DISPATCH　21.05.73

In spite of initial impressions of appearing dispassionate and aloof, Noa di Maria remained compliant throughout the entirety of the mission and proved to respond to orders efficiently and effectively. Her consideration for her fellow teammates’ positions and circumstances when communication was minimal fit the team synergy well. Overall assessment: Shows great promise and much room for growth.

monoREPORT OF POSSIBLE CONCERNS　13.10.73

While no direct insubordination was observed during the mission, Noa di Maria was shown to prioritize the vitality of her teammates and civilians over the defeat of the Aragami when the mission took an unexpected turn. As the mission was not compromised and the team leader defended that no orders were disobeyed, di Maria was handed no punishment or penalties.

monoEXPOSURE TO EVOKE SUPPORT　21.04.74

Upon seeing a greater increase in her handling of her short blade, di Maria was permitted to begin the exploration and development of a blood art. Currently appears to favor the use of the blood art “Kirin Dart”, although several others were considered beforehand.

monoTRANSFER TO MOSCOW　15.09.74

Having experienced a stall in growth, the director of the branch in Rome suggested that Noa di Maria be transferred to a branch in Russia, figuring that a change in environment and resources would resolve her issue.

monoREPORT OF PROGRESS　03.11.74

As expected, the transfer to the Moscow branch has proved to be beneficial for di Maria. In spite of her initial detachment from the group, di Maria was quick to warm up to her new teammates and has seen smooth progress in the improvement of her abilities.

monoREPORT OF TEMPORARY BREAK FROM DUTY　27.05.75

Noa di Maria has been reported to have broken formation by leaving her specified position in favor of saving the team leader who had been injured during the battle. As a consequence, di Maria herself sustained heavy injuries and the mission ended in failure. Di Maria has been given a suspension from her duties both for insubordination as well as to recover from her injuries.

monoCONSIDERATION FOR DISMISSAL　17.12.75

A few months after her initial suspension was lifted, Noa di Maria’s team suffered a loss of one of their members, seemingly one that was particularly close to di Maria. An alarming drop in motivation and spirit has been observed, bringing to question whether or not di Maria will be capable of continuing partaking in the God Eater program. She has currently been given an extended break and has been noted to be spending her time focusing on tinkering with bullets.

monoTRANSFER TO WARSAW　15.01.76

Noa di Maria agreed to return to her duties and has been scheduled to be transferred to the Warsaw Branch in case going back to her former team would result in adverse effects. The branch director hopes that she acclimates well to the new environment as her skill is undeniable in spite of her previous reports of insubordination and the reason for her month vacation.

monoTRANSFER TO LODESTAR　07.02.77

Although di Maria has been observed to still hold on to her habit of putting the safety of her teammates above the success of the mission, she has proved to be a vital resource in her team and has been selected to transfer to Lodestar in the Vienna Branch. Di Maria seemed mildly surprised at the decision, but nevertheless took the news well.

monoASSESSMENT RESULTS　06.01.75

Leanne Baldric of the London slums has been accepted into the God Eater program. She has shown to have compatibility with a 2nd Generation God Arc and is recommended to be put through further training immediately. During assessment, she suffers from both poor speed and poor accuracy; a tower shield and shotgun are recommended to compensate for both weaknesses. Shown to have a shy demeanour, yet during combat assessment she displays a high level of commitment.

monoSECONDARY ANALYSIS　13.01.75

One week after the previous log, Leanne has attempted to change herself. Displaying a confident and extroverted personality upon morning training sessions, Leanne is shown to slowly break down as time passes. Further observation is required to determine if Leanne is capable of handling the stress given to her - previously mentioned high level of commitment has been put into question. Postponing future missions is recommended to ensure higher levels of success

monoCONFLICT WITH CAPTAIN　16.01.75

Leanne is claiming to be competent enough for field work. Engaged in a ~five minute argument with Captain Quentin Frye. Captain Frye soon allowed Leanne's participation - any inadequacies will call for reassessment.

monoMISSION RESULTS　18.01.75

Leanne has displayed a suitable level of skill in combat. Naturally acquiring an ability to draw Aragami at an increased rate compared to others, Leanne has been used as stall utility. Is now placed full-time in her unit.

monoMONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT　06.02.75

Leanne has become an adequate asset to the God Eater Program. Working excellently with teammates, she seems to befriend each of her allies at a rapid pace. While she is exceptional in a team setting, it is still unsure if she is as exceptional while on solo-missions. As her main role in combat is to stall enemies away from high-damage allies, the removal of the latter will have definite consequences to her performance.

monoBLOOD ART DEVELOPMENT　21.07.75

Subsequently after being exposed to an Evoke support, Leanne has developed both a fascination and obsession with learning a blood art. Heightened surveillance is required to prevent potential property damage caused in a similar fashion that had occurred in Berlin one year prior.

monoBLOOD ART LEARNT　04.01.76

Leanne has successfully learnt the blood art "Dolphin Glide".
Upon learning the move, she has seemingly refused to work towards improving her skill with the art out of pure laziness. Nonetheless, practice on the field will be sufficient.

monoTRANSFER RECOMMENDED　08.07.76

A transfer towards a different branch (which is yet to be determined) is recommended. As Leanne has already fully synergized with her fellow allies and fully knows her surroundings; placing her within a foreign environment will benefit her greatly. Current suggestions are Calgary, Amsterdam, or Brussels.

monoTRANSFER TO AMSTERDAM BRANCH　23.07.76

Leanne has been transferred to the Amsterdam branch with no issues. Extremely curious of this new environment, she explored its various nooks and crannies. Eventually swimming within a now waste-infested canal for an unknown period of time, her health is currently being monitored.

monoSICKNESS　24.07.76

Falling ill to a severe e.coli infection, Leanne has been put on temporary suspension. Transfer towards another location is recommended to avoid similar issues from arising again. Leanne's transcript has been saved for further use to future God Eaters entering Amsterdam.

monoRE-TRANSFER TO LONDON BRANCH　01.08.76

Once in a healthy state, Leanne had been transferred back towards the London branch under the command of Captain Quentin Frye. She shall remain within London for roughly four months before consideration of further transfers.

monoPROGRESS REPORT　04.09.76

Leanne has shown consistent quality in her work, yet there are worries of a different problem. Since her illness, Leanne has faced mocking from her allies. Making fun of her even they pass the River Thames or any river of any sort, she has been shown to lack much of her confidence. She has requested a transfer - a request that is currently being processed.

monoTRANSFER TO VIENNA BRANCH　03.01.77

Leanne's request three months prior has been accepted and she has been transferred to the Vienna branch. While "salty" due to the time between the transfer and request, her general attitude is happy and upbeat. Leanne's performance within this new environment is being analyzed, and a dedicated partner has been assigned to monitor her actions near canals.

monoTRANSFER TO LODESTAR　06.02.77

Leanne has been transferred to Lodestar. Leanne took this news both positively and negatively. Positive: she has joined the "better team". Negative: she feels as though she will encounter much more stress than beforehand. Her recommendation to Lodestar is based on her high defense threshold and her strange skill to attract Aragami.
