do you think in the cannonical Setting That A god blooded , especialy a half caste with  the Material resonance Merit Can create an artifact?

It's been described in several places that mortals are capable of making artifacts (albeit mostly of the 1-dot variety); no reason why God-Bloods can't do likewise.


 If you hold to the pseudo-canonical rule that DBs can't reliably make 4- or 5-dot artifacts, placing a lower cap on God-Bloods and mortals would seem reasonable.

I could never find a game mechanic reference for it; only prose limitations. A page ref for the actual rule would be greatly appreciated.

and only to 4 and 5 artifacts of personal scale (They can still make Noble warstriders just fine, if they have all the right equipment.)


Im not sure... is Dragon armor not "personal sizeD" i wondered.
