((i know im new but i had a pretty cool idea i wanted to try out ^^))
Long ago legend tells of beings called Gijinka or humans morphed with Pokémon. They were renowned, pure creatures with the body of a human and the powerful abilities of Pokémon but due to fear the Gijinka were hunted by humans, accused of using witch craft and altogether eliminated. Today though the theory that humans could possess the powers of a Pokémon drove a certain, infamous organization to conduct a wild experiment in the hopes of recreating the Gijinka. That hope was crushed however when the five volunteers for the experiment didn’t turn out as planned. Although they did gain powers their outward appearance became some-what Pokémon and they lost all memory of any life before the experiment. In a fit of confusion the five “Gijinka” broke out of the lab they were in and away from the organization they used to be members of. Not just any members either but four brilliant trainers who each specialized in a certain type of Pokémon. Now part of that type themselves, the used to be trainers are running for their lives in a world they can’t even remember living in.
There are only four spots open! If you want to join know this: No legendary Pokémon. None of the Gijinka in this story can be based off ANY legendary Pokémon ok? There cannot be two Gijinka of the same type. Once a type is clamed you cannot use it so Ghost type is not open because my character has that. :3 Sorry for all the rules. Aside from that anything goes as long as it’s within the rules of this sight. If you want your character to have a relationship with another character that’s fine to and Yaoi is fine Yuri is uh… well I’m not a fan really but I guess its ok.

Gijinka: Gengar Gijinka
Pokémon Type Specialization: Ghost Type
Age: 19
Personality: Shade has a trickster-like personality that comes off as “Stalkerish” or “Creepy” really he’s just very fun-loving and optimistic but this may just seem like sarcasm to other people. He fights off his inner dark side because he wants to be good but finds this extremely difficult because he knows somehow that he has done terrible things before. When bad things happen Shade is easy to blame though normally it’s never his fault. He will act like he doesn’t have any idea why you find him so scary or creepy but in truth he knows exactly what he looks like and has developed a strong since of self loathing. Alone he often looks at mirrors hoping to find a way to improve his appearance thinking it might make the others like him more. Shade is very loyal to his friends and would easily let the hunters chasing them take him if it meant his friends could get away. He will protect the people he cares about to the bitter end.

History: Before Shade was Shade he was Dr. River Thomson a member of Team Rocket and top Ghost Pokémon trainer. He grew up in Lavender Town around many ghost Pokémon. Living in a house with an abusive drunk mother drove young River to seek refuge with the Ghost Pokémon because he feared them less than his own home. They taught him how to play tricks on people and enjoy life. Funny all the things the dead know about life. He thought that with them he could make it threw a few more years before heading out to be a Pokémon Trainer but he never got the chance. When he came home one night his mother, in a drunken stupor killed herself in front of him. River ran away at age 8 and lived on the streets until he was 11 and legally started his journey. He caught every type of Ghost Pokémon he could and became a member of Team Rocket at age 15. He had no friends and a deep hate for the living and the week. In Team Rocket he became a doctor and started to experiment on the Theory that Gengar are the souls or the shadow of a Clefable. During his experiments he slaughtered many Clefable. When he heard about the Gijinka experiment curiosity over took him and he volunteered for the project. Asylum
Extra Info: Shade has a deep fear of sunlight. He doesn’t want to remember his past and feels like who he is know is like a new start on things. Shade doesn’t know why but he dislikes being around women, they make him feel sick and uneasy.
