Armed Ritualist Shaman
Welcome to the fast and furious world of BatMon! BatMon, or Battle Monsters are wondrous creatures, capable of many amazing skills and natural abilities they come in many shapes and sizes, from the ridiculously cute to horrifyingly gross! They have a misleading name however, since forcing these creatures to battle or fight is highly illegal! One of many laws that you, dear reader, must enforce for the good of humanity and BatMon alike!
Okay, so this is an idea I had years ago and never really got the chance to play with. I always thought it was kind of funny how kids TV shows had a premise that was essentially magical dog fighting. So, this roleplay should be fast and loose, the basic premise is a Pokèmon, Digimon, etc type word, with a bit more realism. A squad of police officers deal with various cases that almost always deal with these battle monsters in one form or another.
A few quick rules:
- as a police officer, you'll be wearing a uniform (unless undercover, which could be a possibility in some cases.)
- BatMon are prohibited from fighting (for good reason,) and therefor cannot be officers
- You can choose your own weapons, but each officer must have one one medium or large caliber pistol and at least one non-lethal weapon on his/her person. Also, every police vehicle comes equipped with a shotgun and/or rifle. Get weird with it if you like.
- Keep the peace!
I'd like to keep the upper limit at 4 total players on any given scenario, but each scenario likely won't last for longer than 15 or 20 posts I'd be willing to guess.
