I'm listening to Re_New World Order to help me get over the writer's block and into the DR mood.

I listen to some DR music and other VG stuff whenever I have to go on walks and such. When I listen to the "Discussion" themes, I usually imagine a bunch of intense stuff happening in the trials of this rp. Desparate final arguments, hope speeches, and panick talks galore.

You know. This reminds me when I was a young and naive Dani playing Call of Duty on her college roommate's 360 and talking to the other players online. You'd think a girl playing video games was a rare and elusive creature. So many people asking me questions and I'm like "I..I just wanna play a game and talk to people yo."

Really, though, that's pretty awesome. The way I see this kind of thing is:


Gamer girl: A gamer who just so happens to be a girl and plays just like everyone else. Wants to have fun/compete in just about the same way as any guy playing video games.


Girl gamer: Your typical "girls who try to absorb all the attention gotten from being a girl who plays video games." Usually consistently mentions she's a girl to get more attention, and usually isn't even that good at video games.
