General Rules and Posting Recommendations

Here are some General Rules and Regulations to follow


General Rules:

1. I am Creator, Owner and GM
2. My word is law, but you may contest it if you feel it is unjust to you and others.
3. All RPNation Rules both General and for the Roleplay section apply.
5. In my absence those who have been chosen to take the lead are in charge.


Posting Recommendations:

1. Please no One-lining in IC
2. Please Keep spam in the OoC limited. I chose to leave the post counter on because OoC is the best way to communicate with everyone and for me as GM to answer Questions.
3. You must have an Approved Character before posting in IC
4. We encourage regular posting for the RP's momentum to continue steady. Any resulting lack of posts without warning beforehand will eventually lead to continuing the plot without you and a PM to the member about this action.
5. Should you have been away for a period of time without warning (days,weeks,months) please refer to the Journal Entries, or Announcements in Ooc to recap what you have missed.
6. Keep language fairly clean please.
7. The Posting cycle is always defaulted to 2 posts by different members before posting again.

Character Regulations:
1. All characters, Main, support, antagonists and PC's and NPC's must be reviewed and accepted by the GM
2. Unless deemed otherwise one character per person is sufficient. This however does not include the creation of an antagonist.
3. Creation of antagonists will be under severe observation as well as subject to change greatly. Should you be willing to accept these terms in creating your antagonist it would go a long way into this character becoming a recurring bad guy in the RP.
4. If you wish to keep things about your character secret for the time being, that is greatly encouraged for character development, however anything that is revealed about the character should be put before those who can accept character applications. With that in mind it is practical to PM these ones your character sheet for review, and point out the parts that are to remain a secret for a quicker transition.
5. At the outset all characters shall be humans, no hybrids or halflings or characters of the Keepers races etc.
6. To delegate some work, PC characters who are either one time or recurring will be played by regular members which is another reason why we are keeping characters to a minimal.

What to display in your IC Post


Below you will find information to display in your IC post. Some are Mandatory to help you and others in facilitating responses in IC and some are Optional, giving a little more flair and options to everyone. A simple and effective way to cut down on writing time is to copy and paste the General information parts from your last post, and fill in the correct information about your current post.


General Character Information ( Mandatory )
Character Name: Normally found above your Roleplay Text


General Character information ( Optional )
Character Link: A link to your character sheet.
Charcater Banner/Picture: a visual representation
Location: Where you are
Date: Date and time
Companions: Who you are with at this time.
Mood : What mood your character is it.
Goal: What you goal is for this event.


Character Combat Information ( Mandatory )
HP: Displaying your health points will help players and the gm to visibly see how your character is fairing in battle and is one facet that can change rapidly.
CCA: Showing your character combat actions will help you to remember and determine what you wish to do in a Combat Event
SE: Displaying your Spirit Energy reserves will help you keep track of energy that is used up.

Preferably, we would like to keep the above three aspects separated from other Combat Information. A suggestion would under your Character Name.

Results: The results show the actions you have done, and the application of actions done to your character.
HP: If you needed to add or remove any amount of HP, it would be shown here.
CCA: Whatever amount of CCA you have used should be displayed here.
SE: If your character needed to add or remove SE it would be shown here.
DICE: Please indicate the types ( ATK DEF EVA ) of dice and the Rolls both Win and Fail together.
ARTES: Any artes you used should be shown here as well as their SE cost

Results should always be posted last after your Roleplay text.

DICE: All the types of dice and your total amount,
Your Artes list: All the artes your character can use at this time.
Your Support Tech: A list of all the purchased support tech for your character


Roleplay Text ( Suggestions )
- This includes combat of PVP and PVE types.

-Tags for members if you wish
-Environment description.
-Character thoughts
-Character Dialogue

Tags: If you wish Tags, can be shown in your Roleplay text or at the bottom of your post after your Character Combat Information Results.
